If i could I would leave a zero star. They said they had my part ready for pick up, I drove 45 mins for them to only tell me they didn't have my door part. They didn't even want to apologize. This is just ridiculous! Dishonest people. And I was willing to pay $200 for a 2016 Jeep Compass door. These people don't give a damn about the customers!!! May God bless their business but the way they treated me, it's not fair.
I was a long time Clint always loved coming here but today they’ve lost a good Clint over $10 dollars they sold me a part saying it would fit but that ended up not being the case I than found one at a self service junkyard $3 bucks I told myself I’d return it and let them know that wasn’t the case Sam isn’t taking care of business personally making sure that across all boards that all clints get treated with quality… answering phones in front of clients is extremely rude and disrespectful to.. at least say to a client I’m so sorry one moment while I take this call.. also smells extremely like dog, when you come in no Clint should be greeted to that smell
Love this joint.... Great staff & service ... Ahmed & Sam are solid.... Ahmed replaced my stud on a wheel ... Was quick....I recommend them for car parts & repairs... Tires repairs also??????????
Honestly, I’m going to take the time to write this out and rate these amazing people. I don’t usually do reviews so best believe there is a reason. The person that help me which goes by the name of JiJi was very helpful. I appreciate her time trying to help me find the part that I needed. She was very respectful and the price was very reasonable. The quality was amazing. I highly recommend this place!
Lady at the front desk is rude. No manners whatsoever. Answered a business phone saying “hellaw” instead of introducing business name, had to ask if i was speaking to platinum auto parts.
Even though they're a very busy shop I was able to get my parts in a reasonable time. Gave me a great deal and I would absolutely come back in the future
I came here for a used door for my truck. I got to pick it out. They had it painted for me. They had their guy put a rush on it. The staff are very nice personable and down to earth. I didn’t get any shady scammer vibes. They were very helpful. I’ll come back to their shop if I need any parts in the future. Great shop!????
The front desk girl is very disrespectful, they don’t help you at all, when I drive over an hour for parts, give me broken parts, I would never recommend buying from this place!
Everyone in the establishment have great customer service skills and positive attitudes. They handled my request with no problem. And made my first experience here easy. I will return next time

Never experienced such a high quality of customer service at an automotive business while indulging in honesty. I’ve been in the automotive business for years and have yet to see a duo of honesty and great customer service until coming to Platinum. Highly recommend
We waited over a hour for the “tire guy” he NEVER came they don’t acknowledge you they don’t answer when you ask them questions just walked right pass us as if we were NOTHING poor customer service!

Very Reasonable prices. They have every part you can need and a wide selection in inventory. All the workers are hands on and willing to help their customers. Best place to go to in Detroit Area!
