Excellent service very prompt when u call splendid job with good prices

Was promised 500 dollars for a car junking and they came out and said 450. Put me on the spot that I had to take it. Never again

I called Access Point for a tow after an accident early on Saturday morning Very Professional, Reasonable price quote, gave a time frame of 10-15 minutes with drivers name, arrived within that timeframe Driver very polite and pleasant had the car on the truck in timely matter, The whole experience with Access Point was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation The company will definitely be mine go to towing company in the future and I will gladly pass their company name on to others in need of a tow going forward God Bless Krystal Murphy

Access point towing was the only towing company that actually cared enough to go the extra mile and do what was needed to be done to get the job done. Without going into specifics but the driver (cliff) pushed a big truck to spot where he could hook up. Multiple other towing companies just said sorry and left us dry. Thank you cliff. **Edited with new information provided** Access Point Towing offers a wide array of services to businesses and people alike. It is not specified on their website but their 24/7 service applies to roadside assistance and other things and not their storage. If your car is towed by their services they do NOT offer 24/7 services on getting your car out. For everyone else’s info the hours are: Mon- Sat BEFORE 6pm They were so courteous and gracious to give me the pleasure of allowing me to get my car out on Sunday and because of that I bumped it to 2 stars. However, all of the information and criticism in my review is not wrong nor am I lying. I think information from a business should be transparent in ALL aspects and services that they provide.

Quick, fair pricing, and extremely professional. 2 extra stars for driving well too, maneuvered traffic and weather meticulously and got my car home. The DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY y'all! There earlier than quoted time and communicated with me thoroughly! 10/10. Will be using this service quite frequently considering Michigan weather!

They were available and the driver was very polite and efficient. They didn't let me stand out in the cold since it was freezing and the driver made sure the heat was on. Got my truck and me back home safely and didn't break the bank in a emergency so close to Christmas.

I had a flat tire on I94. This company was pleasant and polite over the phone. They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes, and arrived early. The tow trucker was knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend. PSA: tip your tow truck driver***

Came in a timely manner while it was snowing. On the fwy I was in a very difficult to find location. But he found me with no problem. Very friendly and dropped off a hr before I got there. A++ 100 stars

THE ONLY TOW TO CALL: friendly driver john got there in 15 minutes, just like they said, even though it was saturday night. got me off the highway and home safe quickly. he even said he’d go look for the brick i hit on the highway and try to move it. couldn’t have been better.

I had a tire blow out and needed both of my front tires replaced and Access Point Towing came out and did everything on the spot, no tow required! I will definitely recommend using this company if you break down or have any vehicle issues in the Detroit area. Much appreciated!

I am so impressed with this business! I had 2 flat tires yesterday while on the Lodge freeway in an unfamiliar area during evening rush hour. Our insurance company provided a towing company but they would not be able to get to me in a reasonable amount of time and it was getting late. I searched Google for a towing company within the area. Based on the reviews I contacted Access towing and was not disappointed at all. John answered the call and was so polite and professional and quick to offer assistance. He followed up with a call to inform us that someone would be at my location in under 30 minutes. Carl was dispatched and called us shortly after to make sure we knew he was on the way and would be there in “11” minutes. He arrived on time and was also so polite and helpful. He brought our car to a tire shop that was far from the area(our request) and called us after he arrived to let us know the car was dropped off. I would highly recommend this company!. They really went above and beyond!

Battery died after having our hazards on while helping someone with a flat tire. Regardless, they were able to come out and get us jump started. Reasonable cost. Reasonable time for arrival.

Called my insurance to request a towing. They sent a towing truck and the driver was telling he could only tow my van if I pay $210. I called back my insurance, second time they sent me Access Point towing. They arrived within 60 minutes as promised. The driver called me to let me know the ETA. Best experience and customer service.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She quoted me 35 minutes for a tow, it took about 45 mins but other places were not polite and were quoting at least 1.5-2 hours. I would definitely recommend access point towing to anyone in the area. Great service all around. Convenient pay options. Also the tow truck driver was very friendly as well.

I never got the drivers name but he was extremely respectful to me and my bike! He made sure everything was strapped down and took care not to scratch the bike. These guys know what they’re doing!

My Tow truck driver Rich was quick to arrive once he was dispatched. He was knowledgeable about my car and how to get it in neutral even though it’s an EV which allowed him to get me loaded and on my way quickly. Hard worker with a good attitude.

The two men that came were excellent and very courteous. The gentleman that changed my tire as well was amazing! He even checked my tire pressure and added air into my other tire. I’m very grateful they came!

This was a great company to tow my car. I was well pleased with the time it took for them to come and get my car from my home. The driver, whom I think was named Jerome from the tag on his coveralls, called and told me he was en route. That was about 10 minutes after I placed the order through Progressive. He was pleasant and nice. He didn't have an attitude nor bad demeanor. If possible, I will be using them again. I believe they are Black family owned, which is a HUGE plus in my book. I love seeing us win when we can. Honest and dependable!
