I have always been satisfied with the quality and customer service.

Don’t go here for Ford parts they won’t sell anything aftermarket.

This company is a FAKE! We bought apart and we never got our part. We called over and over, sent email, with no response. Our next step is calling law enforcement.

Walked in, no wait, they had what I wanted at an excellent price. Quickly brought it up from the back and (I like this) insisted that I look at it to be sure it was correct before I left! Not my first or last time to do business with them.

I have used this place on two occasions and both time they have had the part at a way cheaper price than expected. Right part at right price .

Poor customer service. Doors are open, gate is open, employees inside working, yet I was refused service because they’re closed. Holiday hours listed on the door state they’re closed Christmas Eve, totally understandable. Says nothing about closing early on the 23rd. They just lost a $500 order, plus all future business from me. Hopefully management actually reads their reviews and knows your sales person lost them business

It's a great place to get replacement parts for you vehicle at a reasonable price.

I’ve purchased headlights and bumpers for my vehicles to replace and the prices have been reasonable and I’ve never had an issue with any products purchased here. Will continue to give them business and recommend them

They almost always have what I need but like every body no one place can have everything always it's my to go ♥them

Always make sure that if you ever buy headlights that they are not broken or that the light itself is not busted

Starting with the customer service I received over the phone. To actually getting me there to them. Priced reasonable to me... They had what I needed and more. There were other items I need for my truck and the cs rep inside looked them all up and gave me prices for them. They have it all and priced fair. I will definitely continue to do business qith UAP

Whenever I need a part, they have it. The customer service on the phone, and in the office, was fantastic. They are always priced better than the retail stores and online vendors.

Great parts at great prices. Got Chevy Silverado rear lights. Requesting parts was a no hassle process.

They had the part I needed at a great price. It isn't a box store, so it took a little bit longer than at somewhere like Autozone or Napa. The workers all seem to have a family like rapport with each other, the grumpy brothers and sisters kind, which makes the wait entertaining. If I need to get more parts soon, I will be going back without question. Just wish they were open on Saturday.

Someone recommended United to me YEARS ago, and I bought some parts from them and was very pleased with the service, price and availability. I always said I would be back when I needed someone like them again, and that happened this past week. They were wonderful. I am very comfortable with them. They care about sourcing quality parts, and no one even comes close to their prices in almost every case (and then you have to wonder about the other company's quality when you do find a better price). They guarantee their parts and will even take something back if you find that you didn't need it after all.
