This is the best towing company ever!!! Sammy got to us very quickly and was very friendly! He got my son’s truck on the flatbed fast and took the truck to a garage. What great service! The price was great too! Lucy’s towing service is hands down the best!

Lucy's Towing was upfront and honest about the wait time and they got there early. The driver was very nice as well. Had to get my vehicle towed through my insurance. Waited 4 hrs for Lara's Towing when they initially said 1.5 hrs the night before and was told they were 15-20 minutes away and stuck in non-existent traffic multiple times. Anyone can pull up GPS and see the traffic. Gave up after 4 hrs and decided to try again the next day. Thankfully my claim was assigned to Lucy's.
Scheduled a tow from my home to a shop, and everything went smoothly. The driver was punctual, drop-off was prompt, payment was easy, and Sam was friendly and professional. I’d definitely use Lucy’s again.
Called Lucy's because my vehicle had a dead battery, has an electronic ignition, and the hood was parked under a work bench. I just needed them to yank it back a few inches so that I could jump start it. They were quick, price was fair, and they even jumped it for me once we could open the hood! Excellent and kind service performed quickly.
I had to get my fully functioning vehicle inspected by the local sheriff. I called them three days in advance telling them how important the timing was. The earlier the better. Scheduled it for 630am. They texted me 22 minutes before arrival they would be up to 2 hours late (past my appointment)... I am now scrambling to find another company at this time.
Sam is the absolute best! It was a couple days before Christmas, and late at night, when I needed a tow service. After calling a few services, Sam picked up the first time and immediately the 2nd time when having to call him back. Even with him being on the other side of town, coming to me was "No problem". Though it was a bit of a wait, he showed up, connected everything and got things done with a sense of urgency (vs dragging on an already long night). Definitely my 1st call should I need a tow service again! Greatly appreciate you, Sam!
Halloween night…a Friday night of all nights to need a tow truck! We needed my boyfriend’s motorcycle towed back to storage because the battery had died. When I called a few other places they wanted hundreds of dollars just to tow 4 miles…but thankfully we ended up contacting Lucy’s Towing Service. Sam was so friendly and very quick to come out to us. He is AMAZING and provided the best customer service. Honestly because of him …if we ever need another tow we will use Lucy’s again. Thank you!! :)
Lucy’s Towing helped me out tonight with an unexpected broken down car. Michael, the driver, was very helpful and had sympathy for what I was going through. Very nice to have someone like Michael and Lucy’s Towing to help me out and stay positive during my breakdown! Thanks again!
Michael was very knowledgeable with helping get my car up on the truck. It was difficult because the control arm to the left wheel was disconnected so it was hard to steer it up but he was able to figure it out and get it to my home since it was late. I would recommend their services.
Michael came within the ETA. He was very polite and extremely professional and he was familiar with where we were going. Highly recommend using this company.
Man what a great company. Out of three companies that came to town my car, this was the only one experienced enough to know how to tow my truck. He took great care of my truck. He pulled emotions the road and brought me home. He was so good that I called him back the next day to take my truck to the dealer. Super nice guy as well. Often we judge companies based on their service and not the people that run it but this guy cares about his job and it’s extremely kind and approachable. Keeping his company on speed dial. I called another towing company and the gentleman was out of town so he gave me his friends number. The driver called and asked my location and I was thinkin HoustonLantaVegas, but was really in SA. A professional pulled up on me in 30min. Didn't matter at this point, I was @ the gas station for 3 hours tryin to fix it with no tools. Ohh and it was raining off and on. Told him my whips ingition cyclinder was shot so It wouldnt recognize modes or unlock the wheel. He then went into the zone and towed me down me to the pad. Quick n easy bra
Lucy's Towing Services is absolutely outstanding. i have worked for a towing company before, so i know how how things should be done. Everything thing was done right and to my surprise the driver came a few min earlier then quoted time. ? That is a rare event in the towing world. Not only did i get prompt service, the driver was very respectful of my car. I appreciated this very much. Hands down this is a great towing company with great pricing. Thank you for such a great job.
After a long 12 hr shift I get off only find out my had a coolant leak and I wasn't able to move without overheating. Luckily Lucy's Towing came in clutch. Picked me up and delivered my car home safely and for a VERY fair price compared to what I've been quoted in the past. If you're looking for a friendly, safe service, with a pretty small wait window....look no further!!
My tuck was broken down so I left the keys in the glove box for Lucys towing.
Sam called me when he arrived and I asked him to tow the truck to my mechanic.
For some reason, he loaded the truck backwards when he had clear access on both sides. While on the road, the fiberglass lid on the truck bed blew open and broke out the rear window, destroying the fiberglass lid, shattered the cab light and caused paint and body damage.
Sam called me from the side of the road explaining what had happened to the back window and was going to have it replaced but decided not to tell me about the other damage. When I arrived at the mechanic shop and saw the damage, I called him and he said he would pay for the window and not charge for the tow but he wasn’t responsible for the other damages because I didn’t lock the truck bed. When I told him the key for the bed was on the key ring he said, am I supposed to check every key? After yelling at each other on the phone, he refused to give me his insurance information and said we could handle it the hard way.
After the back glass was replaced they didn’t even vacuum the old glass out of the truck.
Craziest experience I’ve ever had.
This was my first time ever having to call for a tow and I am so happy I used Lucy’s towing services. Beautiful tow truck very professional and show great care for my vehicle. Would recommend and use again absolutely!
My tow truck driver Saif, was awesome! He fought through traffic to get to me before SAPD would have me towed for car blocking traffic. He was professional, kind and gave me a great rate which was at least $50 cheaper than any other quote I received. I would definitely recommend Lucy's, particularly the driver Saif to anyone in need of tow service!
Fast service, great rates, and showed care with my vehicle! I had used them before so I wanted to give them another shot, both times they were outstanding! I highly recommend Lucy's towing, they will be my first call for towing from now on!
