This was hands down one of the most unprofessional and hostile business experiences my husband and I have ever had. We pay for and are registered for a parking space at our apartment complex. Unfortunately, our placard fell out of visible view inside the vehicle — something we were unaware of. Instead of any warning, our car was towed. We genuinely believed it had been stolen and had to call 911 before learning it had been impounded. When I called this company, a man answered by saying only “Trinity” and immediately placed me on hold for 15 minutes without gathering any information. When he returned, I provided my vehicle details. I was then placed on hold for another 15 minutes. During that time, my husband called to see if he could get assistance — and the employee hung up on me to answer him. When my husband calmly pointed out that I had just been disconnected after holding for nearly 30 minutes, the employee became hostile and argumentative. Instead of assisting customers trying to retrieve their vehicle, he escalated the situation with attitude and disrespect, then hung up again. I called back once more, hoping to finally get basic information. Instead, I was met with sarcasm, belittling comments, and outright rudeness. He even made inappropriate remarks implying I had sent my “boyfriend” to call — which was not only incorrect, but completely unprofessional. When we arrived in person, the behavior did not improve. My mother accompanied us and was initially the only one allowed inside. The hostility and dismissiveness continued. It was clear that customer service and professionalism are not priorities at this company. Let me be clear: towing due to a visibility issue, while frustrating, is not the main problem. The problem is the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency displayed throughout this entire experience. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this behavior is a pattern — not an isolated incident. If this is how customers are treated when they are already in a stressful situation, that speaks volumes about this company’s standards. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to proceed with caution and document every interaction.

They illegally towed my car from my carport (that I pay for & have registered) at my apartment complex. Spoke with a man named John over the phone explaining that they illegally towed my car and he was extremely rude unprofessional and not helpful. When I came to pick up my car with my partner a very heavy set masculine woman was also extremely rude and would not allow us to enter together. I understand these people make a living off making others miserable and are unproductive failures of society but theres still no reason to continue to plague everyone with their misery.

For the second time in one weekend Trinity towing towed A lender car from my apartment complex. I was told I would be put on a do not tow list. I wasn't, everybody makes mistakes, but I still had to pay the towing fee to get my lender car? Is this even legal?

This company is totally predatory, I can't believe they're still in business. Kens 5 did a story on them a year ago where one of their tow truck drivers took off with a 5 year old girl in the car still and they defended his actions. Wild. They illegally towed my car a while back, disputed it with my credit card company and got the money back. Use a credit card to pay if you do so you can dispute it

Literally parked in visitors at my mother in law’s apartment complex, got towed and I wasn’t even gone 10 minutes never was told to sign in anywhere ,there wasn’t a sign telling me anything ,just came outside and my truck was gone .$230 to get my vehicle back. Very predatory behavior. Just trying to take people’s hard earned money.

This company will find every grey area they can to tow your car and scam you out of your money I suggest if your car is ever towed by this company to document where and when it was towed and file complaint and small claims form with your county, the employees are also just as terrible and completely rude and to a point where I can’t even look at this place as a company.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Last year they towed my car from my place of residence, and even after being shown proof of my car being registered they refused to allow me to take my car without paying. Luckily my complex decided to pay my fee for me because I genuinely didn’t do anything wrong. But that’s not why I’m writing this review I’m over that. They just towed my friends car within 15 minutes of him arriving to my apartment, despite it being registered. Their claim is that they documented, and took pictures of the car before it was registered. Despite the fact that we registered his vehicle while on the balcony and clearly seeing the car parked just fine. When we went downstairs not even 15 minutes later the car was gone. “Although you registered it before it was towed we received the claim before it was registered”, if that isn’t the biggest load of BS I’ve ever heard. I hope the people running this clown show get what’s coming .

How do we start legal action against them? Permit was visible on dashboard. They first said it was permit violation, then when we confronted them that the permit was there. My son walked to the car after paying the fine and there it was. They then said it was because it wasn’t registered, so then why did the manager email them to let them know that he did. They offered to reduce the fee by $100. Should have been free since he did have permission visible.

Towing companys obviously got a bad rep because no one wants to get there car towed until they are stuck in the middle of nowhere and really need them. The were able to come and save me in little to no time while I was stuck in the middle of the highway. I appreciate there services.

I had them come pick me up because my suspension was bad and they dropped my car causing severe damage. I don’t think my family will ever recover financially

I dont even want to leave a 1 STAR But they are not even supposed to be in our apartment complex anymore and they attempted to tow my car and but I came outside and saw them and also saw the DAMAGE done to my bumper all crushed because they hire unprofessional, and people with no knowledge at ALL what their doing. I keep calling asking for a manager , (which is what I was told to do after the towers took off right after I confronted them about my broken car) and everyday its ill return your call or , Managers aren't present. This is unbelievable and I am getging the cops involved

Horrible customer service, I registered my vehicle through my residential portal and called to verify. The young man advised he did not see it on his end. I proceeded to ask if I could email him the confirmation of my vehicle added through my online portal so my vehicle does not get towed and he just kept repeating the same thing, that he doesn't see it on his end. I understood him the first time! I asked for a manager and no manager available till tomorrow morning at 10am. What is so hard to switch the vehicle I had for a new vehicle....... Money hungry. You reap what you sow! Here we are again. Still harassing residents, Called to the office, spoke with NICOLE, HORRIBLE, RUDE, CONDESCENDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My vehicle is registered with the property. They are at it again. Parked in front of my apartment. Trying to tow my vehicle. At this point, y'all are reaching and harassing. Money hungry. I pray you are never on the receiving end of this harassment!

Horrible experience. Told me a driver was on the way and would be there in 15-20 minutes and we then waited over an hour. They dropped the car off crooked and in two spots, demanded a tip from us, and then after we left they came back to put a warning sticker on our car saying they’d tow it again for being in 2 spots???? Absolutely ridiculous. We ended up having to push the car into a new parking spot because of their incompetence and inability to drop the car off correctly when they had more than enough space and multiple additional parking spot options.

This towing company towed my vehicle from my apartment complex even though I had a valid parking pass clearly displayed on my windshield. When I contacted them, the representative was incredibly rude and insisted that the car was towed because there was no pass visible – which was a blatant lie. They demanded \$250 for its release, with the fee increasing after 9 AM. This is predatory towing and poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would too! My family and I woke up early this morning to see that our truck had been illegally towed! Our entire family was confused because we just registered that vehicle this past week in our apartment complex (The Anderson at Brooks) at the office. They towed our truck at 3 AM in the morning, so we had to get a uber ($30) to the Trinity Towing while my a family member of mine was on the phone. The guy on the phone was completely hostile and never gave a proper response as to why our truck was impounded when we did register it and as it turns out, there were two guys at the front office so, they put you on hold on purpose. Mind you it’s cold outside as we head to the building, when we enter, this bald headed white guy immediately tells another family member and I, “Outside, outside.” Because it’s only “1 PERSON ALLOWED INSIDE” because they’re cowards and it’s an UNLAWFUL AND ILLICIT BUSINESS PRACTICE when we made a complaint, the guy that were talking to gave us a submissive answer. “It’s on the back” as to why it was towed. They know why because it’s FRAUDULENT WHAT THEYRE DOING. We will be seeing them at court.

Horrendous and awful. Two truck drivers took my vehicle from its registered spot and took it halfway across town to a tow lot. When trying to catch the drivers to explain my situation they kept driving and LAUGHED as they drove away. When you arrive at the lot only one person is allowed in. When speaking to the worker he completely ignored the fact my car was registered and that I own the spot. Claiming I was on the wrong floor. This information on where to park is not posted ANYWHERE. It is not posted on the apartments website, the towing website, or anywhere in the garage. Furthermore, he offered no insight on how to fix this problem and kept insisting I was the problem. They make money as soon as they pick up your car and fail to put any information in or around the garage that would keep you from getting towed.

Sexist & hateful company. My wife got improperly towed, the apt complex approved free release & waited for approval from higher-ups, but no record of it with towing so “cash or card?” Daddy gets mad & we leave, 20 min later I CALLED back & it’s “been updated” with no charge. Too many reviews say garbage.

HORRIBLE! I’m glad to see that i’m not the only one with a horrible experience. I called them to see if they had my vehicle and they said they had found it based on the make and model but it was registered under joshua? I said that’s not true i’m the only car with that model and color at the apartment complex it got towed at so i’m pretty sure it’s mine. I told him i had the plates and i gave them to him. He “checked” and said no we don’t have it. He told me I should file a police report. As i was talking he just hung up on me ?!?! WHAT? I called again and told him that i had called earlier like 2 seconds ago and he had just hung up or it got disconnected but he didn’t seem to care. I had to give all the details about the car all over again. He said they had it but someone else was already going to look at it. Brother what? i just called literally 2 min ago or less. This time he told the truth and said the car was under my name. I’m not one to leave reviews or be rude. But how is the guy answering the calls and doing everything at the office allowed to have the worst customer experience. The page looks so welcoming but the location does not seem to align with the company’s image and mission. I don’t know if they were trying to trick me so i’d leave my car there and they could make some money or the guy at the office is just dumb. Experience so bad I will NEVER forget to register wherever I go. Also 233$ !!!! Broo It got towed at 11pm and i picked it up at 11 am the following morning. So trash man.

They want to be predators and take away cars parked for 10 minutes knowing their registration is nearly impossible when people working with them don’t know how to give east guest code instructions. Smh, making money off people baring scraping by making it harder, how does this benefit anything. This is 2 funny n dumb. Birthday yesterday too. Thank you!!!! 240$? Just to get my car back!???

this place is overall horrible, they’re rude and so unprofessional. was willing to pay my dues and leave with no issues but it turned into the complete opposite. The front desk lady had an attitude through the roof from the start, a big long haired dude came out yelling in my face about my boyfriend standing outside the door due to them only allowing 1 person in the office per car though he was not doing anything wrong or causing a disturbance the front desk lady proceeded to cuss at me and say rude things. i went back and fourth until i got everything over with and she proceeded to continue over and over until i left. her mouth was NASTY, overall this place needs to be looked into.

I am very disappointed in this company. They are rude and above all racist. My parents saw a car left on their company property and stopped to see if someone left it there in case they needed assistance (my dad is a mechanic and his business is an auto shop), but then the tow truck came and started yelling at my parents to get back and that he doesn’t have time to deal with them. My parents started backing away to their own car and then the tow truck drive yelled at my parents once again calling them “wetbacks”. This is exceptionally rude and disrespectful as my parents were simply trying to help. Out of respect to the entire Hispanic community please do not support this company.

Would give zero stars if i could. This company is the definition of trash. They said my car wasn’t registered and towed it for absolutely no reason. Even after showing proof that we DID register it, they still forced us to drive an hour through a storm just to deal with their incompetence. They then proceeded to make us pay them $331! The front desk lady… completely lacking any costumer service or sympathy. This isn’t a business, it’s a scam operation

This place is TERRIBLE. This year ALONE, my car has been towed FIVE times. The guy receptionist yelled at me over the phone last night because I told him my parking pass was on the dashboard and he said no it’s not. Then I proceeded to tell him the car next to mine didn’t have a pass AND registration sticker was from 2023 (the last time my car got towed was because it was the day after my sticker expired). He then yelled and said “that’s not my problem, you signed your lease that says we can tow whenever we want!” It’s been $227 every single time, which is $1,135 total this year on towing. When I got to my car the pass was indeed on the dashboard visible AND stuff in my car was moved. RIDICULOUS.

They illegally tow vehicles. They are required to have the vehicles completely loaded up and secured before they are able to drive off and the owner of the vehicle is allowed to ask them to drop the vehicle up until the time it is fully secured. They do not follow this process, they lift the vehicle and speed off down the street where they then secure the vehicle and avoid the chance of having the vehicle owner stopping them. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Not only did they take away my car from my designated SPOT that we pay for monthly. They also broke a piece of my car and I can see a red streak from either their trailer or their bright red tow truck. When we arrived at the place to pay a $251 fine… not only were they RUDE. But they took forever and they have not one ounce of sympathy or care. This place honestly should be shut down. I’m not the only one with problems with this place.

Worst experience, if I could leave no star I would. Waited over an hour to pick up my car because of “shift change”. Are you serious? I have no car and I have to wait outside in 104 degrees … because of a shift change. I’m sure taking payment and bring my car out could take 5 minutes maybe less. Clearly the lady in the picture was too busy changing a camera battery and still could not assist me. Please make it make sense because to me it doesn’t. If you ever come by this business, understand how rude and disrespectful they are!!! Only name I got a name from the lady at the front desk but it was not her name but apparently the manager (Monica). When I asked for a number to contact Monica the lady at the front said you have to contact the same number.. please Monica understand that your employees don’t care about anyone but themselves. Monica do your self a favor and get better employees. Or shut down this towing company. Please and thank you!

I was extremely understanding and polite to the office worker. She was rude and disrespectful. Extremely surprised because it should typically be the other way around. My car was unrightfully towed from my own apt complex. Terrible service can’t talk to anyone in person. Had to chase someone down to get my car out that was blocked in.
