This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Overall, Private Towing & Recovery in San Antonio, TX scores 95/100 with highly positive sentiment. Themes: fast response (often about an hour), professional, friendly staff—especially Mark—reliable tows, and fair pricing that eases stressful breakdowns; several note 24/7 availability and repeat business. Common complaints are rare and focus on buying vehicles: lowball offers and abrupt tone, creating inconsistency in purchase quotes. Little to no info on inventory, yard organization, or parts-finding; towing service dominates, no negative trend.
