This guy was a huge help when my car wasn’t drivable. He stayed in contact the whole time, kept calling and updating me with his ETA, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Super chill, knowledgeable, and straight to the point, no sugar coating, just knew what he was doing. He got everything handled quickly and made a stressful situation way easier. You can tell he’s very experienced and takes his work seriously. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service I needed this yesterday the first call they told me it was 200 when the man got there and put the car up he said it was 450 then told us if we wanted the car down it would still be 200 threatening to call the cops which then we just wanted to thank them for her service she responded in a very ugly voice then said stuff about us so I don’t recommend this place they are bad horrible service.

Incredible experience! Was stranded and disabled on the upper ramp of I-10 W. Not only did All Access Towing respond timely with assisting me with an emergency tow, but they were able to divert traffic on their own to safely secure my truck with a proper tow to prevent further damage and drive my son and I back home safely. Appreciation is an understatement!!

Towing service and commitment spot on. Eagerness to get to the Vehicle towed maintenance suggestions were outstanding. Within hours, my problem was solved. Excellent communication and service is what you can expect!

This service is shit. Do not take their word. They assumed where my son was and then towed him 20 and charged us $285 for a small car because of their mistake. He was at an exit that was on two highways but they never asked which one he was on. Never use this company.

Had me waiting for 1.5 hours and never showed up! Never responded to my texts or phone calls after he confirmed driver was dispatched!! At least call or text me that you where not going to show up and not have me waiting there, horrible service!

We used All Access Towing to pick up one of our company vehicles that broke down on the side of the road. Went with this company because it was early in the morning and was having trouble finding someone open. All went well as far as we knew. The truck was delivered to the repair shop, and the truck was repaired. I feel the bill was pretty high. It was an empty, chevy 2500. Didn't require any special equipment. The bill to bring it from the south side of town to the north was $465, which I feel is a bit high, but I digress. We go to pick up the truck at the repair shop that we have been using for a while, and they are reputable and work with us well. Upon pickup, the drivers mirror was folded in and extended out in tow mode. This truck never has its mirror in tow mode. When we folded it back out, the mirror was missing, and the housing was broken. We spoke with the repair shop, and they said it was like that on arrival. We called the towing company and the owner said there is no way that he could see how that could have happened because the mirrors on their tow truck are the same width as our truck, but he would check the video on the truck. First, if a truck is being towed by another truck, then when you male a turn, the trailing truck follows a different path than the pulling truck, so yes, the mirrors can be in a different position and can be hit. Second, after 5 days and reaching out multiple times, he now is not responding. We are gathering that he found the evidence on his camera and does not want to own up to it. We have proof that the mirror was fine on the side of the road. The repair shops cameras do not catch view of the mirror, so they do not have video proof of the condition when they dropped it, but there was no orange paint on the mirror, (the color of the repair shops walls), plus the missing mirror or the plastic housing is nowhere to be found at the repair shop. The shop, whom we trust 100%, even said that since they have no proof to protect themselves, they offered to replace the mirror. That is the other reason we believe them. They are willing to pay for it. To us, if they did do it, they would have just owned up to it and repaired it. I would recommend that if you need a tow, that you look somewhere else than here. They could at least respond back, especially if they had proof from their truck video that he was claiming is on their truck. ***Response to company*** Yes, I did read what I wrote, and apparently, you didn't. I said you told me you would review the truck footage and get back. You claim you don't work on my time, but multiple messages over multiple days with no response until I leave a review and then you respond immediately with a retaliatory response instead of a, "We are sorry this happened and that we did not respond to your messages. Please contact us so that we can discuss and possibly prove our service to you as the customer." This shows the kind of customer service you provide. As for the price, I didn't say that you overcharged, I said I thought it was a bit high. In my eyes, if your rates are a bit high, that should come with better customer service than the average. 5 days now going on 6 with a broken missing mirror with no response is not how you operate a customer based business if you rely on word of mouth. Now, it is understandable why your company has only 4.1 stars with so few reviews. This is why when I review, I give a long review. I want people to know that I do not just write reviews just to bash. 90% of my reviews are good. I only do negative when I truly feel it is justified for the way a company treats its customers, and you have proven my point.

Took a little longer than expected but it was a Sunday. Driver communicated well and had no problem towing the vehicle with a self loader. Will definitely use this tow service again.

Terrible service. I called requesting help. They agreed and gave me a 30-minute window. After the window. I tried calling back and they just push me to voicemail each time. I'm called a reputable company. Thanx for wasting an hour of my life all access. Don't ever use them.

My car broke down in 4 o clock traffic on 37, the traffic was terrible my ac went out with my car and I had a 4 week old kitten. We were over heating to say the least. Nick arrived within 45 minutes and was very welcoming to me and the kitten despite not being a cat dude himself. Over all he was very friendly and got me to my destination safely. As a women, getting in a truck with a stranger can be scary but I never felt unsafe. Thank you Nick! :)

This was our first time needing a tow for our truck that had mechanical failure. I called a lot of shops and none of them were reasonable in price, I called this company and they were the best price in town especially for it being late at night that we needed this service. Their customer service was amazing over the phone! They were able to get to my husband within 30 min and got him home safe all within the hour! I would definitely recommend! Our driver was Gilbert M and he was so professional and courteous!

Long haul tow from San Antonio to Houston great service, but when ask for an receipt I was giving the wrong receipt twice, the amout was less than what I paid for also asked for an invoice an until this day never received one. I paid for an full service , an was treated as if it was an favorite from the owner, the guy kept telling my I was luck because no other towing company was going to Houston, mind you it was the time of the crazy ice storm, in Texas but the amout I paid had to include hazard pay. Thanks for your service going forward, dont tell clients they are luck it's your job SIR.

They were awesome! After waiting 4 hours from two other companies BSing with us, All Access came through and showed up in 25 minutes and thank goodness. Use them if you want reliable people coming to help you! Seriously, you won’t regret it.

Company was around the pound when I needed help at midnight, and Nick was an amazing. Got me towed and changed my spare after my tire had been slashed and car put on hold. Sent me on my way within the hour. Complete life saver and at a decent price. Would definitely use them again.
