I just bought a 2014 Honda Ridgeline Truck SE from Payam's Autoplex on 9-30-25. The Honda Ridgeline was sooo clean inside and out. The person who has the truck took great care of it. I took it for a drive and came back with the words "I want to purchases this truck". The sale was smooth and easy! They offer many financial companies, I used Westlake Financial and it went well. The Carfax showed me how well the 1st owner took good care of the truck. They have other cars and trucks in great condition. The customer service was great Laura made the transaction go smooth. Overall great car buying experience! Payam gave me a good deal on a used 2012 Jetta. He was honest about the condition of the car, was easy to negotiate with, and was even kind enough to stay after hours to accommodate me for a test drive. Laura was very kind as well. OMG. Just when I thought there was no chance of finding another Ford to replace the one I had promised my grand son, and there is was. A1997 F-350 crew cab. Exactly what I was looking for. Only thing was, I'm in Aurora,Co and this truck is in San Antonio Tx. I called, thinking it's already gone and Payam answered the phone. What a great conversation we had about that truck. He was Honest, Fair, and within minutes we had mad a deal.for 2 weeks this man went above and beyond to help make sure every thing I asked was taken care of. Have been helping my sister and niece look for a specific truck and it’s been a longer than usual process. We finally found said truck here at Payam’s Autoplex. The truck was in great shape and we have seen 20-40 of these trucks. Payam was great! Absolutely no pressure and very down to earth. Got a scion tc 2008 run perfectly unfortuataly i got rear ended and so far they called it a totoled but the car was awsome way before the accident great condition

I toured 10 car sales lots in the last 30 days, I commonly encountered slick sales tactics, rude and unkind attitudes by the sales staff. When I visited Payam's car lot I found a warm friendly family owned business. He nicely greeted me and offered the car keys for inspection or a test drive, after the test drive he was willing to talk a reasonable price not a rip-off price. We made a deal and he was kind enough to add on a follow up service as a customer courtesy. This is a business where a hard working person can visit and know that they will be treated fairly. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit before making any used car purchase.
