Payam's Autoplex in San Antonio, TX scores 100/100 based on consistently glowing reviews. Shoppers highlight a professional, honest staff (Payam and Laura), fair/negotiable pricing, and a smooth, quick buying process with minimal wait. Inventory spans clean, well‑kept cars and trucks, with hassle‑free test drives, easy financing, and nice touches like a full tank. The lot is described as organized and welcoming. Complaints are rare; there’s little detail on parts hunting or yard layout since this is a used‑car lot, not a pull‑your‑own yard. A strong pick for value and service.
I feel blessed to have been able to find this great used car lot down Blanco Road. I got a great deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. A couple years later I upgraded to a Grand Cherokee Limited. Both vehicles were a great buy at Payams Autoplex. I told my family about the great customer service, and prices that they offer. Now im telling you! You will be taken care of.
Pretty outstanding service! Payam the owner and Laura at the front desk both were very accommodating, working with me through an issue we encountered. They were friendly and professional, and got the car and the sale ready in very good time. They even filled up the tank at no charge. Thank you both!
Hi All,
I just bought a 2014 Honda Ridgeline Truck SE from Payam's Autoplex on 9-30-25. The Honda Ridgeline was sooo clean inside and out. The person who has the truck took great care of it. I took it for a drive and came back with the words "I want to purchases this truck". The sale was smooth and easy! They offer many financial companies, I used Westlake Financial and it went well. The Carfax showed me how well the 1st owner took good care of the truck. They have other cars and trucks in great condition. The customer service was great Laura made the transaction go smooth. Fantastic folks! Head on down and check out the inventory! :)
Overall great car buying experience! Payam gave me a good deal on a used 2012 Jetta. He was honest about the condition of the car, was easy to negotiate with, and was even kind enough to stay after hours to accommodate me for a test drive. Laura was very kind as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Great pricing, no pressure, honest about trucks condition, and gave me a fair amount for a trade in. I will be looking here first for my next vehicle purchase.
Everyone was so friendly! Great place to get a car. After going through a lot of bad luck looking for a car this place was our answer. So happy we drove in from out of town to come to this place! Highly recommend :)
Got a great deal on a low mileage Mitsubishi. Really upfront about the condition. Really straightforward process and friendly staff. Definitely recommend doing business with these guys!
Working with Payam was an amazing experience, I had to drive from Austin to San Antonio because I didn’t want to work with another dealer. He was very transparent and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to everyone looking for headache free car purchasing
Payam gave me a fair price for a good vehicle after some negotiation and Laura was very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience! The full tank of gas and complimentary goodies were a nice touch!
Excellent experience all-around! I bought a car that was in great shape, looked good, and was a really great price. Both Payam, Laura, and everyone I interacted with at the shop was exceptionally professional, and very helpful!
They let me take the car out for an extended test drive, so that I could have my own mechanic check it out, and it was exactly as they said it was.
We’ve had the car now for a few weeks, and so far, so great!
OMG. Just when I thought there was no chance of finding another Ford to replace the one I had promised my grand son, and there is was. A1997 F-350 crew cab. Exactly what I was looking for. Only thing was, I'm in Aurora,Co and this truck is in San Antonio Tx. I called, thinking it's already gone and Payam answered the phone. What a great conversation we had about that truck. He was Honest, Fair, and within minutes we had mad a deal.for 2 weeks this man went above and beyond to help make sure every thing I asked was taken care of. I wish the rest of this country was like this and we would be a lot better. If you want a good price, an honest deal to buy a vehicle then go to Payam's Autoplex in San Antonio, Texas. I got the best deal you can get! Thank you Payam. You are a good person

These guys really are just great. Payam is an honest, straight forward guy, that's about as easy going as they come. Monsieur is a class act. Laura is the nicest lady I think I've ever dealt with in any office anywhere. Been buying from these guys for almost 20 years and I highly recommend.
Have been helping my sister and niece look for a specific truck and it’s been a longer than usual process. We finally found said truck here at Payam’s Autoplex. The truck was in great shape and we have seen 20-40 of these trucks. Payam was great! Absolutely no pressure and very down to earth. He was very flexible on the pricing and upfront of all the details he had about the truck. Overall highly recommended.
Easy to work with, gave us a good deal on a F150, no problems so far and no surprises. Very polite and no pressure to buy. Received the new plates and registration as promised.
Got a scion tc 2008 run perfectly unfortuataly i got rear ended and so far they called it a totoled but the car was awsome way before the accident great condition
My dad and I have purchased three vehicles from Payam's and they have all been great vehicles at an awesome price. Friendly, knowledgeable salesman. Highly recommended.
I toured 10 car sales lots in the last 30 days, I commonly encountered slick sales tactics, rude and unkind attitudes by the sales staff. When I visited Payam's car lot I found a warm friendly family owned business. He nicely greeted me and offered the car keys for inspection or a test drive, after the test drive he was willing to talk a reasonable price not a rip-off price. We made a deal and he was kind enough to add on a follow up service as a customer courtesy. This is a business where a hard working person can visit and know that they will be treated fairly. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit before making any used car purchase.
