Pordra ser que siempre tiene los mejores precio, pero la verdad es que las partes que ofrecen no están en buen estado siempre con defectos o simplemente no están probadas antes de venderlas. Tu eres el que va a pagar por instalarlas solo así sabrás si está en buen estado. Al final pierdes tu tiempo y tu dinero.
The best priced by quality used Auto parts place on New Laredo Highway . They carry a large variety of used parts for many foreign and domestic cars, trucks and SUV's. They will also assist you in finding what you need if they don't have it . Frank and Miguel are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful and the guys in the back are very fast in getting the parts to you . I highly recommend them, they truly offer you a Fair & Square Deal!!
Ordered a Silverado console. Item arrived disassembled for no reason with hardware required to hold the console together not sent. Also missing console mounted parts for rear vents to work and the console had multiple cracks, and where the bolts hold on the bottom brackets the console had apparently been pried off and the plastic was cracked and bent. Refused to help when I called. Wasted $500 on this plus a shipping label I paid $200 for. Learned my lesson, will never be ordering from them again.

No podría decir que el 100 por ciento bien solo por la actitud d una persona el primer día que fue me atendió un señor que si supiera su nombre lo aria presente y fue una excelente atención pagué unos asientos para que lo aquietaran e irlos a buscar al día siguiente me dirigí y me atendió Miguel lo cual esa persona muy desposta , muy mala su atención como vendedor me hizo ir tres veces y los asientos no estaban listo diciéndome todas las veces que fui que no estaban listo aún en el día d hoy me dirigí y qué sucede que aún no estaban listo y me dijo que avían dañado un asiento por lo cual dije que quería mi dinero de regreso y se repuso a devolvérmelo , si ubiera alguien que pudiera apoyarme en cómo resolver este problema porque realmente por la mala atención de esa persona no compraría más en ese lugar fue mi primera ves y la última , me dijo que solo tenía crédito para comprar con ellos y solo quiero mi dinero d vuelta , agradecería una persona que pudiera apoyarme porque no quiero ningún crédito de ellos solo quiero mi dinero??
Can’t speak any higher of this place, this was my first time ever going to a place like this and let me tell you I left so happy! I went in looking for a 2014-2021 Toyota tundra air vent and I could not find them anywhere online and the one I did was gonna charge $89.99 for one. I simply went in there and asked them and at first was told $20 each but when they brought two the owner gave me a deal and said $30 for both!!! Plus this place is more of a you pick they pull yard which is great cause you don’t have to lift a finger but still the owner took me back there so I can see other parts I was interested in. I also found a key and fob which he told me $30-$40 but when we got back to the front he said $20!!! Like where else would you find stuff that good for that cheap! I highly recommend this place they have good parts and the customer service is amazing gotta give it to the owner for being so cool and giving me such good deals!
Good honest deal and good folks here. Owner sent me pictures of everything including calling out any minor imperfections. I drove from Dallas and it was well worth it.
Was about to place the order but then they said cashapp, venmo, zelle.. which raised a red flag came to the reviews and read them THANK GOD I didn't place the order
Also sold a bad part and the owner refused to pay for the repairs to the part that clearly wasn’t A Grade. Also wish I would have read the reviews. Clearly they don’t give a rats about their reputation or being a “Square Deal”. Anyone else interested in joining me in a lawsuit against them reach out and let’s at least get our money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These people sold me a bad part and then refused to refund my money or even exchange it with another. They are snakes and dishonest people. Avoid like the plague.
WE BOUGHT AN ENGINE FOR A TRUCK . THEY TOLD US THAT IT HAD 135,000 MILES. WE HAD 2 MONTH WARRANTY. WHEN THE MECHANIC INSPECTED THE ENGINE IT WAS LOCKED. I CHECKED THE CARFAX ON THE TRUCK WHERE THE ENGINE CAME OUT AND IT HAD 235,000 MILES. I BEEN CALLING THE OWNER AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered over the phone 2 hood latches for my Volvo XC 60 and apparently helpful Miguel stated he had them for $80 and included them in the package of a grille I purchased for the same car However, what I received were not latches but hinges.I immediately sent a picture of the wrong part but Miguel even after offering to send me a return prepaid label refuses to answer my repeated requests for a refund!
This place sells you broken parts, tried to return a broken grill they sold my grandpa for 100 and they told me no refunds, my grandpa doesnt work and lives off his social security and they still wouldn't refund him. Save your time and money and take your business else where.

Young hot head Guy refused to allow me to take pictures and videos of the motor to show to my mechanic. He has a very nasty attitude. They have 2 vicious loose dogs on the property. Take your business elsewhere.
