I’m am truly grateful to Mark and his crew. Long story but in town taking care of my mom when my much needed AC failed. Mark was the only guy to return my call and had repaired the AC the same day…morning. I can’t thank them enough…oh and Gustavo who actually did the work on the AC…man..so grateful to these guys.

Went in to ask a question and I was the only customer there. I felt like I was bothering them and first salesman was pretty condescending when answering my question. Brushed it off and went to parts to ask same question to see if they would know where I could look for what I needed and same thing. I'll continue buying off Amazon.

Chris and Virginia saved the world from coming to an end!!!!! I broke my water heater connector, after replacing the water heater. They got together and showed me the solution and how the metal connector and elbows work. Hot water is back on and everyone is happy in the house. Especially the boss!!! ?

I ordered an air conditioner and a ceiling assembly for our camper. I read on the website same day shipping. Today, I tracked the order and the site showed it was still on the shelf. I called the warehouse stated my case and they said it would be here till July 3. I said I wanted the unit before we went on vacation, and what about same day shipping. The warehouse guy said we have a lot of orders and theres nothing we can do. I told him I would pay for extra shipping one top of the $100.00 I already paid. He said everybody wants A/C units. I told him them they should’nt adviertise same day shipping. I told him he just lost $1000.00 and cancelled my order. This is the first and last time I use RV products. Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

Mark and Craig are our angels, they put so much effort into making sure everything was perfect with our camping trailer. Great communication, we felt so safe with our baby in their hands. Cant recommend enough!!!

We were only in town one night traveling through San Antonio, TX in our rv travel trailer. Our hitch head was loose because we had stripped threads and we needed a new hitch. They knew we were in a hurry to get to our next destination and they found us a used hitch head which we were very happy to purchase and took us in first thing the next morning. It took only 1 hr. and we were back on the road heading to our destination. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for helping us. A special thanks to Mark who went out of his way to give us the best service.

Another great experience with Texas RV Supply. Brought my new van in to have a trailer brake controller installed. Not only did they quickly get the controller installed but Craig, in service, found another wiring problem and fixed it. The cost was less than half of the original estimate. Tony and Marc in service were very helpful as usual and exceeded my expectations. Tony took the time out of his very busy day to show me how the controller worked and to test it with me. Sean was also very helpful, kept me informed by phone and was very helpful when I picked up my van. Mark, the owner, always has a friendly smile and offers his help.

Two days ago my Class B, 2016 Roadtrek, needed a new exterior water inlet and, after being jerked around by a mobile RV repairman for three days, it occurred to me that I should have gone to Texas RV Supply in the first place. These people ALWAYS do the job right the first time for me. This is the third time that I have needed repairs to my little rig when visiting San Antonio and I have learned the hard way that Texas RV Supply is the only place that I will trust to work on my Roadtrek. This trip they replaced the water inlet AND found/repaired a leak in the shower that I didn't know that I had. The icing on the cake is browsing their supply store. I always find several items I didn't know I needed!

The salesperson was not helpful and failed to inform us of all the necessary parts needed to install two AC units. Before leaving, I specifically asked if we had everything required for installation, but we later discovered we were missing key components. I explained to the sales representative that One unit required a thermostat, while the other was manual which would help clarify the units were different . We drove hours from Bandera, Texas, to pick up these items, only to realize we didn’t have what we needed when we got back. Meanwhile, we were paying an AC technician to wait for the additional parts, adding unnecessary costs and delays. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, the response was to blame us for not knowing. Better communication and customer service would have made all the difference.”**

I can’t say enough good things about Texas RV Supply. We had a new refrigerator put in our RV in Houston. We felt it wasn’t cooling properly and we couldn’t turn the unit up. I placed a call and spoke with Marc , he immediately told us to drive over and they would look at it. We arrived and were gone in 40 minutes! They had another optic board which they replaced and it immediately corrected our problem. We felt the service charge was reasonable, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Marc !!

Staff was very helpful. However, they are horribly overpriced, and I'm from Las Vegas!! $132.00 for an item that I later found out could have been ordered on Amazon for $50. What a markup!

I don't usually post negative reviews, but with the repair issues I had on our 2016 Airstream, I feel that folks need to know my experiences. The first was a problem with the work they did replacing the wheel and brake assemblies (4). After the repair, I found one of the wires to one of the brakes not connected (there are only two wires). I connected the wire. Later, another wire was found by them not connected. To their credit, they admitted the error. The next and more troubling issue is when I took the trailer in to have one of the awning motors replaced. The short story is that they broke the motor and cut off the factory connection and did not admit to breaking it. I had Zip Dee contact them to walk them through the process. The motor was about $450, which I am out of because I bought the motor and supplied it to the repair shop (my mistake). The tech was so stubborn and would not seek the help of the manufacturer, and he broke off one end and cut off the power plug, which voided the warranty. I had to take the trailer to another shop and pay for another motor and labor for a total of almost $1,500. It's a shame. TX RV are nice people. Too bad they wouldn't own up to their mistake and pay for the motor.

Marc and the guys at Tx Rv always go above and beyond to get my travel trailer fixed up and back to me in no time.

Mark and Tony are the best I am not sure how they do it, but I came in with a 9 item punch list. I hoped it would be done in a week. It was done in 22 hrs. AMAZING!!! Thank You

I was floored, after taking in my camper, at what a thorough job they did fixing everything in it, and the low price they charged. I don’t know how they stay in business? Awesome company. Love to browse their store, too

We needed an oil change, brake job and awning service on our Roadtrek while traveling through SA. I spoke to Mark who supplied us with a reputable brakes shop which came through for us. We went back to Texas RV for the remainder of our service and everyone, front and back was helpful, accommodating and pleasant. Moreover the work was done quickly and well. Would go back.

I don't know how we got so lucky to come upon this place when our house battery died during our travels. Tony is extremely knowledgeable! Our wiring problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Soooo grateful to have been referred to them. In and out within hours. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience getting some parts for one of my travel trailers. The parts selection was good and clearly marked as to location and price. I got there with about 15 minutes till closing. I was out with 5 minutes to spare. The young lady who was my cashier was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful .she even made a suggestion about a female to female plumbing part that I might need. I appreciated her attitude and commitment to customer service !

Came in for a coupler replacement emergency and these guys had me fixed and out the door in less than ten minutes. Fantastic humans doing great work. Not all heroes wear capes! ?

Two days before a long RV trip with the family, I discovered an electrical problem that I could not fix. This place has an excellent reputation for great work at a fair price, so I stopped in to see if they could help me at the last minute. Although they usually have a 2 - 3 week wait time, they offered to try to help me if I could bring it in the next morning. They were able to diagnose, fix the problem, and had me out the door in just under a hour! As a bonus, they quickly inspected my wheels, tires, and lugs before my long trip. All this for a very reasonable charge. I could not be more satisfied with their service and highly recommend them!
