This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In San Antonio, TX, Alpha Auto Parts, llc scores 86/100. Reviews point to friendly, professional staff, competitive pricing, a wide inventory (engines, transmissions, body and suspension parts), a clean, organized yard, and conveniences like free delivery and parts pulled quickly—making it easy to find what you need with short waits. Complaints do appear: occasional slow responses, a part sold while someone was en route, and a defective transmission return handled as store credit; a few note higher prices. Based on a limited recent sample, sentiment is strongly positive overall.

Called for a engine they said they had they just had to make sure it worked and would call me back 3 days no call back finally called and said they sold the engine to someone else. Why didn't they just call me back instead I wasted time thinking they were still checking it. That's messed up they sold it when I said I would buy it . Also annoying when a woman answers the phone and clearly has no clue about vehicles why do you even work there when you have to ask someone else about everything. I will never call them for parts ever again and suggest everyone to not go there. Worst service ever.
Great selection friendly staff.found the parts I needed at a good price ..the guy that pulls out the parts is quick I went in for a fender a rocker panel the entire door weather stripping for my 06 Infiniti and he had it ready with in 10 min ..very clean place for a salvage yard Thank you
Alpha is a great place to get quality used parts for just about any vehicle you are working on. They carry a wide variety of engines , transmissions, doors and suspension parts on many foreign & domestic vehicles . Their prices to quality ratios are very competitive with the used auto parts market . Friendly , professional and helpful staff and the yard is clean and organized . I highly recommend Alpha Auto Parts . Check them out , you will not be disappointed .
