I stopped in for a part I saw they had in stock. I inquired about the part which was listed for $484. the guy who sits to the far right punched away on his computer and a couple mins later tells me they don't have it. it was sold but they have another one for $850. I said ok and walked out. got back on the website and searched for the part at another salvage yard. the same part i inquired about same stock number and place selling it ( international truck) was now $850. so he went into the system and changed the price while I was standing there another $400. I have screen shots. now a few weeks later looking for the same part hoping brothers may have it. I see the part still in their ( international truck) inventory and the price is back down to under $500.
in all this place is shady and dishonest. never had this issue with any other places. id change my review if they change the way they do business and honor their prices. until then....
Was told this place had a rim I needed yesterday, called this morning and asked for the same product and was told it wasn’t in stock and got hung up on while I was asking a question. Not worth the headache dealing with this place.
Jose and his team are very professional and have excellent prices and service. They have a 90 day warranty as well so highly recommend International Truck Parts!
I just got off the phone with the employee. We left $200 deposit for a transmission. Wish they said they would have now. It turns out we gotta wait another day. I asked the gentleman to just charge his stocking fee and he wants 400 dollare, they crazy. I told him brothers doesn't even do that.Million Auto parts. , doesn't even do that.I asked let me speak to the owner.He refused to let me speak to the owner.This place is nothing but a robbery.I would suggest for everyone to stay the hell away from this place.
I usually don’t do this and I hate doing this. This is probably the worst junkyard there is to buy parts. I called on Saturday. Employer told me 750 for a part and hung up in my face, but that’s not the worst thing I called back on Monday they tell me 950 listing says 878. I bring the price down to 850. I get a call back. Sorry we have to do 950.
As a business owner myself, this is the number one thing that you don’t do to a customer keep playing with the price
I have been a customer for over then three years. I have no problem at all. The prices are very good compared with other places, the customer service professionals and friendly, I highly recommend them.
This is one of the worst auto parts in san antonio I Ordered a 16 wheel and they gave me 17 I came to return it a week after because they gave me the wrong wheel and They didn’t return it because I lost the receipt but I bought it credit card and he showed me in the system my transaction and he wouldn’t return it or give me store credit absolute scam.
Friendly customer service & really knowledgeable on what you need for your vehicle & if they don't have it they will look to see who has the part you are looking for
ABSOLUTE SCAM! i had bought a duramax engine from them and they also installed it. The engine was bad, the turbo was shot. Their so called “mechanics” did more damage than anything on the motor swap. They burnt up my Allison transmission, broke my hydro boost, leaked oil all inside ruining the carpet, and fried my engine computer. They basically totaled my work truck! STAY AWAY!!!
worst company i ever deal with.... they sold me a part that is defective.... shipped it to me. call them up and told them its bad.. they say send it back for a full refund. and the shipping back. when i send them the part back the got it and told me now they are not responsible for the shipping back or the service charge for the part. so i am loosing $99.90 on bad parts they sold.

HAD to return a wheel that wasnt working out. Came in with invoice in hand expecting a full refund and was told they had a fee, WHICH IS NOT NOTED ANYWHERE IN SHOP OR ON INVOICE.
David was awesome helped me get everything I needed for my 2006 Durango! Georgie was great too driving around all over the yard looking for the vehicles to get the parts off of.
Worse place to do business with . Rude people and poor customer service . The lady in the front I believe her name is Martha treats people like if they wanted the parts for free .
I went in to ask if they have the part I'm looking for they said to sit and wait , then an hour later I go to ask about the status they tell me either wait or you can leave ?! What kind of business does that ?
Then finally 2 hours after waiting they simply told me they didn't have my part .
Thanks for wasting my time and being very unorganized and unprofessional.
Definitely not recommending going there .
And if there's a -5 review I will happily give y'all that .
