Don't hesitate to call Albert & his Professional Staff at Texas Pro Towing! I could tell by their Ad they were different & within 60 seconds of talking to Albert I knew I was right!!! He picked up right away & was at my location very quickly! My car ended up starting right as he pulled up (think their is a loose connection w/the starter or something similar. ) but he checked my fluids for me just in case & referred me to another nearby local business/ service shop that I will be calling for that issue.

I was alone, with no way home and he was so kind enough to offer me a ride. Made great small talk and made sure to make me feel comfortable along the ride. The price was very reasonable compared to the quotes of $300+ I had gotten from other companies. Very professional, timely, great price, and easy going. Honestly, I've tried other towing service companies to tow our SUV to a dealership and my experiences with them just left me so stressed because of their quotes/pricing, timing, poor communication, and lack of professionalism.
