What clients say about Luna's Towing Automotive Services in San Antonio (TX)
I had a very concerning experience with vehicles from Luna’s Towing while driving with my two small children in the back seat yesterday. A white Chevy Tahoe and a silver GMC Sierra/Chevy Silverado that appeared to be associated with the company were driving extremely recklessly(Probably driven by the two employees with their contact information posted on the company picture- Greg and Ricardo.) They were speeding, tailgating multiple cars, cutting people off, throwing the middle finger out and appeared to be chasing another vehicle in what looked like a road rage incident.
At one point I had to swerve to avoid a collision because of how carelessly they were driving around myself other vehicles on the road. It was incredibly dangerous and completely unacceptable behavior for drivers representing a towing company.
If this is how their drivers behave on public roads, I would be very concerned about how they handle customers’ vehicles as well. Watching the way they were driving, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if vehicles have been damaged before due to this kind of reckless behavior.
I strongly urge the company to address the driving habits of whoever was operating those trucks before someone gets seriously hurt.
My husband had a blowout on the exit of 90 going towards corpus off of 37. Got tire fixed came back to my husband's truck and before my husband started to take off the bolts of his tire this angel came from Luna's Towing off of South Presa his name was chuy he gave us a huge hand by helping my husband jack up his truck and made sure his truck was great to run. I definitely recommend Luna's Towing for help very friendly very helpful and not scared to help other. Thank you once again Chuy!!
Poor Lupe and his crew had worked on my supercharged Xterra for over a year trying to find a replacement transmission. (rare truck) Lupe's does honest work and they do good work. My buddy went here and they treated him well and he recommended them to me and they treated me well and with respect. I would come back here with more work for sure. Thank you Lupe.

Great people there. Also have a body shop. If you ever need work done on body of the car they do great work. Very fair. When other body shops wanted to charge 2 to 3 hundred dollars for some work. They charged only sixty. Ask for Rob and Carlos. They do great work.
This is the best shop I've been to in a long time. They are happy to try to explain what is needed in full detail. They are fairly priced and have an excellent turn around time. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having a car issue
I took my. Vehicle here needing brakes. First off, I feel its important to note here that the Brothers offer free estimates, whih is good because aparently it is now a thing to charge people to tell them whats broken! whta a racket that is! But I digress...where was I? Ah, yes. So this shop is a amily affair with the 2 Lunas handling the repairs, while the Mrs. (Valerie) handles the office. Their prices are air and beyond reasonable (they were fully half the price o what one shop on Walzem wanted to charge me!!!) I love these guys and they are now a part of my Family too!!!!
I'm not originally from San Antonio and so far this is the only place that I take my truck for mechanic work and I like the fact that I can get a tow if needed . Honest, friendly, respectful, patient and straight to the point. (Mrs Val is awesome ).If anyone is telling me they have car problems this is the place that I definitely would recommend.
