My family and I were on a road trip when our RV broke down on the outskirts of San Antonio. 1st Choice Towing San Antonio came to our rescue and towed our RV to a nearby mechanic. They were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during the towing process. We were impressed by their professionalism.

I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery, and 1st Choice Towing San Antonio arrived within 30 minutes of my call. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and he jump-started my car in no time. The best part was that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like some other towing companies do. I'll definitely keep their number handy for future reference.

Zero stars - Terrible service. Called for a tow truck. After 30 minutes of waiting in a dangerous situation another Good Samaritan tow truck stopped to help. Since I had not yet received a return call from “1st Choice”, I used this tow service since it was an emergency. I called to cancel 1st choice and they charged me a $89 cancellation fee. Do not use them - they should be NO ONE’s 1st Choice since they don’t show up when you need them.

Horrible towing experience. Ordered a tow truck, paid the fee, waited over an hour and a half and still had yet hear from the tower and the company despite being told the tower truck would arrive in “20 minutes.” The company declined every single one of my calls for an update on the tow truck. Do not recommend at all this is a complete scam.

Called the number on here to ask about a tow and the guy that answered was rude and said they don't tow vehicles blocking others and hung up. Called again and they kept hanging up.

They are a third party that calls other towing companies on your behalf then charge their own price that’s INSANELY higher than the actual price of the tow. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You are wasting your money with them. Call an ACTUAL towing company and it will be significantly cheaper.

Was told an hour ETA for a 5 mile tow that came out to $145.00. Charged my card instantly and 2 hours (and 2 calls) later. The driver arrived, was insanely rude but the lack of communication is the main concern. Overall my car was eventually delivered, but in no situation would I recommend their service.

This place is super unprofessional. They'll ruin your car, scratch it, give you more flat tires than you started with, and they're super rude. They don't care about your car. And customer service is just some guy living in a basement. A joke

Have been sitting on the side of the interstate in the heat of the summer waiting for them to show up for a tow. Initially given an ETA of 30 minutes. ~45 minutes later I call in and they tell me it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. ~30 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me he’s seconds away. ~15 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me it’ll be another 30 minutes before someone gets here. Waited a total of an 1.5 hours before canceling. I know things come up, but there was a total lack of communication. And the cherry on top the rep was laughing on the phone when I was calling in. Completely unprofessional customer service.
