1st Choice Towing San Antonio in
San Antonio (TX)

My family and I were on a road trip when our RV broke down on the outskirts of San Antonio. 1st Choice Towing San Antonio came to our rescue and towed our RV to a nearby mechanic. They were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during the towing process. We were impressed by their professionalism.

I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery, and 1st Choice Towing San Antonio arrived within 30 minutes of my call. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and he jump-started my car in no time. The best part was that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like some other towing companies do. I'll definitely keep their number handy for future reference.

Zero stars - Terrible service. Called for a tow truck. After 30 minutes of waiting in a dangerous situation another Good Samaritan tow truck stopped to help. Since I had not yet received a return call from “1st Choice”, I used this tow service since it was an emergency. I called to cancel 1st choice and they charged me a $89 cancellation fee. Do not use them - they should be NO ONE’s 1st Choice since they don’t show up when you need them.

horrible experience, ordered a tow truck and paid in advance. Was waiting for 2 hours and no one came. Kept calling for an update and no one responded and my number was blocked.

Horrible towing experience. Ordered a tow truck, paid the fee, waited over an hour and a half and still had yet hear from the tower and the company despite being told the tower truck would arrive in “20 minutes.” The company declined every single one of my calls for an update on the tow truck. Do not recommend at all this is a complete scam.

I had a fantastic experience with 1st Choice Towing San Antonio! My car unexpectedly died on me late at night near the Riverwalk, and I was really stressed. I called them, and they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. The dispatcher was reassuring, gave me a clear and fair price quote upfront, and the tow truck driver arrived much faster than I expected. He was super careful with my car, got it loaded quickly and safely, and even gave me some helpful advice about local mechanics. I felt totally taken care of during a really frustrating situation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 1st Choice Towing to anyone needing a tow in San Antonio – they truly lived up to their name!

Stuck in a jam late at night, I reached out to 1st Choice Towing San Antonio, and they promptly sent help. Their round-the-clock towing service was a godsend, with a warm and skilled driver arriving in no time. Even better, they suggested a reliable mechanic. Fantastic San Antonio tow truck service indeed!

I never thought I’d say I had a good time getting towed, but 1st Choice Towing San Antonio made it possible. My car stalled in the worst spot, but their driver arrived quickly, handled my car carefully, and made me laugh along the way. Their tow truck was spotless, and the experience was smoother than I had imagined. If you’re in San Antonio and need towing, look no further!

Called the number on here to ask about a tow and the guy that answered was rude and said they don't tow vehicles blocking others and hung up. Called again and they kept hanging up.

5 mile drive for 140. Call Daniel’s towing company

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This is NOT a towing company! They are a third party that calls other towing companies on your behalf then charge their own price that’s INSANELY higher than the actual price of the tow. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You are wasting your money with them. Call an ACTUAL towing company and it will be significantly cheaper.

Finding myself stuck in the middle of the night, I needed a towing service urgently. Luckily, I found 1st Choice Towing in San Antonio, known for their 24/7 assistance. They responded quickly, and their driver was both polite and skilled. The wrecker service provided was top-notch.

1st Choice Towing is my go-to for towing services in La Villita. They are quick to respond, very professional, and always handle my vehicle with care. It's great having such a dependable service in the area!

I had a great experience with 1st Choice Towing when I needed affordable towing after a flat tire in Southtown. Their rates were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Was told an hour ETA for a 5 mile tow that came out to $145.00. Charged my card instantly and 2 hours (and 2 calls) later. The driver arrived, was insanely rude but the lack of communication is the main concern. Overall my car was eventually delivered, but in no situation would I recommend their service.

I can't thank this wrecker service enough for their 24-hour towing in San Antonio. My car broke down late at night, and they were there within minutes. It's reassuring to know there's a dependable towing company in San Antonio, TX, when you need it most.

Tried a couple of times requesting to have car towed but person kept hanging up and not listening. Very unprofessional!!!

When my car unexpectedly stalled on the highway, I called this San Antonio towing service. Their tow truck arrived faster than I expected, and their courteous staff made the whole ordeal much less stressful.

This place is super unprofessional. They'll ruin your car, scratch it, give you more flat tires than you started with, and they're super rude. They don't care about your car. And customer service is just some guy living in a basement. A joke

These gentlemen were my hero’s tonight.. affordable quote, quick to location, very careful with my truck.. wonderful experience I will definitely use them again if the need arises

Extremely rude tech and the office personnel made it even more difficult to deal with. Not willing to work with you and help.

Driver was prompt and very courteous. The service is on the pricey side.

Have been sitting on the side of the interstate in the heat of the summer waiting for them to show up for a tow. Initially given an ETA of 30 minutes. ~45 minutes later I call in and they tell me it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. ~30 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me he’s seconds away. ~15 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me it’ll be another 30 minutes before someone gets here. Waited a total of an 1.5 hours before canceling.

I know things come up, but there was a total lack of communication.

And the cherry on top the rep was laughing on the phone when I was calling in. Completely unprofessional customer service.

Driver was super nice & fast! Easiest service I’ve experienced by far.
