Due highly restricted space and tiny driveway, wrecker could not get to a normal pickup. Had to chain-tow it with a CJ-7 Jeep two blocks to get to a workable pickup point. Definitely not a standard pickup! Nick was patient and highly professional through throughout the procedure. I will never call anyone but Nick --which will likely be another odd-ball difficult situation. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service!
Nick came in the early morning hours to deliver a tractor and take a tractor. Both sleepers.
Not only was he patient while I packed, he then assisted in the moving of items. None of that was his job or responsibility, but he did it anyway.
Super understanding of the pain in the rear this was for me and very upbeat, which really helped me.
There aren’t enough words to describe the level of calm he injected into a very stressful situation.

Hands down some of the best customer service and towing quickness response in San Antonio. Nicholas was very courteous & professional while he was hooking up to my tractor. A very safe driver while my vehicle was in tow. I only had to wait 45 minutes from the time I made the phone call for help. ( San Antonio traffic was terrible during the time & made the wait process a little long). Just an all around great experience.
Nick‘s Wrecker really came in handy. I was stuck on the side of the highway. Omar came and handled everything quickly and professionally. They were my first and only call because they were very reasonable with the price as well. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. These guys were Lifesavers.
I called this towing service for help, but it actually wasn’t for a tow, I needed help with something else entirely. Nicholas was hands down the nicest and most helpful person I could’ve spoken to. He told me exactly what he was going to do, and he did exactly that. No runaround, no broken promises. A real man of his word.

Nick is a lifesaver! Yesterday I had a tire bubble up, and Nick was first call. I've referred people to him in the past, now it was my turn to experience the care and attention they give to clients. Within 5 minutes of calling I had an ETA, and it was spot-on, right on time. His guys got me loaded, back home, and even gave me recommendations on better tires and good shops in the area.
RV broke down and Nick was sent to take it to a repair shop. Very pleasant and professional. Kept me updated on arrival time and let me know when it was dropped at repair. Would highly recomend

Nick was great. He was in constant communication and updated me about his ETA due to traffic he encountered enroute to my location on the side of I-10 W. As soon as he arrived he got straight to work. He kept me informed the entire time. He didn’t rush he was very through in making sure my motorhome was hooked up right.
Once we got on the rode he drove professionally, stopped after a few miles to check everything to make sure everything was good and we continued to the location of the shop.
Once at the shop again he immediately started worked again keeping me informed about how he was going to.lower and disconnect my motorhome.
Overall is was a great experience I’d recommended him to anyone and use his again if I ever needed.

Used Nick’s Towing services for a one-off job of moving a very heavy piece of equipment. Nick arranged the entire move on very short notice. We reached a quote in a few minutes, decided on the timing, and the execution was perfect. Got in a jam with a load that we transferred between trailers. Gave nicks wrecker service a call and that got it moved on to new trailer and centered in a timely manner. Will definitely hit them up again when I’m in the area.

My company called Nick's Wrecker had an issue with my tractor and tanker. Nick called to verify my location he was very professuonal, courteous, polite, and knew what he was doing. Hauled my tractor and tanker to the mechanic. I do pass thru this area about every three weeks or so. If I'm in need of wrecker in the future will definitely use his services.

I was broke down 80 miles from the closest service center. Nick arrived in a decent amount of time, and was quick to hook up and have my truck towed to freightliner. He has a great personality and is knowledgeable about his profession. If you're in the San Antonio area and you need a wrecker service, give Nick a call.
Would highly recommend nick for anyone needing a tow. He went above and beyond and helped us get a loaded trailer of one truck and onto another in a sketchy situation “at best” to keep us on schedule with the delivery to our customer. He then towed the broken down truck from Austin to San Antonio at a reasonable price. He has earned our business from here on out just from what he showed us on this one tow. Wrecker Services are like cheap restaurants, you never know what you are going to get! Nick’s Wrecker Service is by far one of the best out there. His arrival time was fast and punctual. His service was second to none. And price for what I needed done was outstanding! I am an Owner Operator and I wish he was everywhere! But if you are in the San Antonio area call him first and foremost. You will not be disappointed!
