Big State Auto Parts is by far the best junkyard I've worked with. The front office staff are always friendly and easy to deal with, the parts are reasonably priced, and they have a huge selection available. They're always my first stop when I need parts. Highly recommend checking them out!
First time here. The guy i spoke with to order the pay was nice and got it all squared away for me and called back when it was ready for pick up. The guy that checked me out was also nice. Took maybe five to ten minutes to get it all ready for me. Then i backed my truck up into the gate for them to load up the transfer case. 30 DAY WARRANTY.
Will definitely use again if they have the part needed.
They were the ONLY yard in town that had the EXACT 3 button xfer case. I lucked out on finding them.
It spilled everywhere, but i know better and had a huge cardboard doubled up for the forklift to set it on.
Don't expect pretty in a box, it's used. Cleaned easily!

I needed a rack and pinion for my 2000 Chevy Silverado, well I was allowed to go in the back to see the part that I needed, but I wasn't able to see them take it off, I had to wait in the front while they took off the part, when the guy who took the part off, brought it to the front, he put it down and went straight to the back, the guy in the front who took the payment, didn't look at it or anything, and said there you go, if I had checked it out before I left with it, I would've seen where he used a saw to cut the part out, the part that attaches to the steering wheel and the tie rods on both sides, were still attached to the rack and pinion, now I'm stuck trying to take it apart myself, because how tight the nut is on both of the tie rods, he even cut off the cable that's connects to the ground, that guy in the back didn't know what he was doing, he straight up sucks, and I won't be recommending anyone at all to this place, no wonder why their prices are so cheap...
Horrible service I called a week in advance, asking for a part. They said they had it. I called the day before arrival again to make sure they had that part. They said they would have it at the front desk for me upon arrival. They did not have the part in the desk. We had to wait an hour for them to go get the part only to be advised that the part was not even there. Do not trust this place!
They refused to give me a refund on a bad part.
And made me wait 2 hours to get me a replacement part. I was not a priority for them of course because I had already paid.I will not
recommend this place. Save yourself some time.
Spent over 1700 for a transmission repair
Bought the transmission for $1000 and for them to install was a little over 700
Omar told me I had a year warranty
Sounds good…..4 months later their transmission craps out , I called and took Omar 1 week to get back to me just to tell me “we don’t do 1 year warranty’s”……
Tfffff?!?!
I was basically told I can buy another one have them install it and go from there

Needed a cold air intake and Big State Auto Parts came through heavy. Staff actually knows what they’re talking about, helped me get the right setup, and didn’t waste my time. Good prices, good people, solid service. This is my go-to spot now.

I purchased an engine from Jose. I asked if this engine was tested before just to clarify. The engine looked as if it was sitting on dirt for a while. And i was told that yes it had been tested. We installed the new engine and sure enough, no oil pressure, blow by and bad chain rattle. I then contacted them and they basically said “oops, might have sold you a bad engine” so they just said “take it off and bring it back, we will get you another one”. Yeah… so simple no worries. They make me wait a couple of days for the replacement. I go and pick up the “new engine” and was “GUARANTEED” that this one was good and fully tested. We eventually get it installed again. And the new engine had knock coming from a bad rod bearing. We ended up just getting rid of the vehicle. WASTED OUR TIME AND MONEY. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK OR DO BUSINESS AGAIN.
Great place to get quality used parts for just about any vehicle you are working on . Their yard is very organized and the staff is courteous , helpful and friendly .. I highly recommend Big State Auto Parts
I bought a piece for the interior of my F-250 truck hevy duty The price is reasonable and they cleared up all my doubts If I need more parts I will definitely go to them thanks for your help to the staff
Was referred to this location by my cousin for a speedometer display for my 2006 Honda Civic EX. I had to get there before 4 pm when they closed. I was to speak to José and he fixed me right up, but the one that they took off for me didn't work on my car wrong part number but José found another one hadbit taken off and it worked great. I appreciate his go the extra mile attitude, and I am thankful for the young man who took both parts off. I recommend this place for used parts at a very affordable price. I'll be back for sure.
$100 for a dash cluster with no warranty. I get that it's an electrical part, but they couldn't even give an answer to a simple question. How do they know it works? I'm not willing to throw money on something they can't guarantee works when sold.
