I had a collison cllaim, hail claim and a glass claim all at the same time !!!! AHCC had my Rivian 76 days and helped me jump insurance hoops to get the truck back in perfect condition. They told me up front that it could take 3 months, they communicated constantly throught the process. They did everthing that they said they would do, They have my highest recommendation,

Your car will be ready next week—no the next week—no the next—ok come pick up today BY THE WAY pay a surprise $800. We disagreed with the insurance but instead of telling you, we are billing you all the difference at the last second. Great job guys. Totally screwed me over. Two front desk ladies were not polite or clear, which is fine. Car work was well done. Amount of communication was ok. But really botched it at the end. The insurance company I was working through also complained a lot about the process.

Amazing customer service at Alamo Heights Collision. The whole process was super smooth. In the end, I only had the rental for 2 days. Car broke on a Tuesday, was driving it home in perfect condition on that same Thursday. Linda was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote for a scratch on the bumper. Fair pricing as well

This is the place to get your vehicle's body repaired, especially if it's a Tesla. Communication was excellent, time to complete the repairs went over the estimate by a few days, but was based on new damage found and subsequent parts ordering, Our overall experience with Alamo Heights Collision's repair to our vehicle and interaction with the staff was excellent. Our Tesla looks brand new again, very happy with their service!

I have taken my car to Alamo Heights Collision on 4 occasions. Each time Kane and his team were friendly, professional and communicative before, during and post repairs. I would highly recommend them for all car repairs. I drive a Tesla and they are certified to repair all issues with an electric car.

I did not have a good experience with this shop. The customer service was horrible. I had to call them several times to check status on my vehicle, the only reason I chose this body shop was because of the reviews. I had to take my vehicle back because I was dissatisfied with the work. They left extra parts inside my vehicle, at one point all of buttons on my steering wheel had been messed with, I took it in with gas got it back on empty. Not sure if they used my car to run errands or what. The staff is rude and dry didn’t even apologize for me having to take it back. Unfortunately if I have further issues I will have to use them again since it’s lifetime warranty. This was an insurance claim and a shop that they highly recommend you would think that it would be better but it wasn’t. Sorry guys but you get 1 star from me.

If you have a Tesla and are needing collision repair Alamo Heights Collision Center is the place to go. Their communication on the repair process was phenomenal and prompt responses to any of my questions. Customer service is their priority something many of these businesses lack nowadays. Got my Model Y looking brand new! Thank you to the Team!

The process was pretty ‘painless’. What I appreciated is that I knew when the body work was being done and when the car moved to paint and even when they thought it was ‘almost’ ready. I was told ahead of time how long it would take to get my car back. I was kept in the loop each step of the way—which I’ve never experienced before. Oh—and the car looks as if nothing ever happened to it.

Kane and Morang at the front desk provided me with outstanding customer service and both deserved a promotion asap. Kane kept me informed every step of the process of repairs to both my Teslas multiple times and answered all my quesrions promptly and professionally. Morgan always had a smile on her face was very helpful when I dropped and picked off and always assisted me with my rental car return and pickup if needed. I have 22 years of customer service experience at the management level in the military and their professionalism and support set the standards for other to emulate.

Alamo Heights Collision Center has now repaired 3 of my vehicles. They have done an outstanding job. Their work is professional and completed in a timely manner. They have wonderful customer service. David, the service manager, is very personable and made the whole experience effortless on my part. AHCC technicians are perfectionists. I am very meticulous and after they completed their work, the car looked brand new. Awesome craftsmanship, attention to detail and professional work is what you will receive at Alamo Heights Collision Center. I am very pleased with their work.

I’m writing this from the parking lot of Alamo Heights Collision. I want to give a thanks to Kane, the manager, for going above and beyond to help coordinate with my insurance and help provide everything I needed to navigate the process. Throughout the repair Kane would proactively communicate where they were with my car. The repairs themselves went excellent, and you can’t even tell I smashed up the front. If I ever need my Tesla serviced again, I’m bringing it here. Top notch service, Tesla OEM parts, and excellent quality work. 10/25 Update, I had to return for service for a separate collision and the service was the same top notch quality as the first. Kane was communicative and helpful in dealing with the other persons insurance. If my car ends up needing more work I’m bringing it back here for sure!

Had a terrible experience with other Tesla authorized collision center in west side so I was very nervous but Alamo Hights collision did great job. My experience with Alamo Height Collision Center was Phenomenal! 10/10 recommended!!! Christian and staff were very quick and efficient to our needs. I had approx 6months of ongoing back&forth with my insurance adjuster to get my case started and car fixed. As a victim of a hit you know the process will always take longer .So I proceeded to attend Alamo as my adjuster kept extending my case(no case created no approval done yet), I communicated my frustration with Christian & he was quick to get my case approved ,vehicle parts ordered and fixed! With one car the transition to Enterprise was no headache we got picked up and dropped off at enterprise with our rental ready to go. 2 weeks in my car is ready and Rental return was taken care of. Just simply a wonderful experience no headache what so ever with Alamo Height Collisions you’re in great hands, hands down ?

Got into a really bad collision on the highway with a giant box someone dropped off a truck. Felt like my Tesla blew up. They fixed it, got everything put back together as good as new. They even went above and beyond to get my car back to me sooner. Can’t thank everyone there enough, especially Kane & the entire front desk. Very responsive and helpful team and staff.

Took my Model X here for an insurance claim and they were great. Work looks great and they communicated every step of the way. I was very pleased with the service we received at Alamo Heights Collision. Being new in town, I had no idea who to choose to repair my 2018 Traverse after I was side swiped by a vehicle in town. From the first day I walked in to Alamo Heights Collision Center, I had exceptional customer interaction. The environment and people were friendly and they showed a true willingness to get my vehicle repaired! We worked with Christian and he kept me up to date with my vehicle the entire time. Once my vehicle was done, there were a few minor issues we addressed and not once did Christian make us feel like we were inconveniencing them. He was very apologetic and promptly worked to correct any issue we had so that we left very satisfied. After resolving the minor issues, I am happy to say, we were very satisfied with the work and most importantly the customer service Christian showed. He made sure to either call or text me to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and always remained professional and eager to help! Customer service was very professional. The staff was very informative on the process taken to fix the damages of my vehicle. I was updated through out process on the status on my vehicle. They were able to finish ahead of schedule since they are very organized on every step taken and delivered a high quality result.

Highly recommend Alamo Heights Collision Center. I had my car towed there after being rear ended back in December. They are partnered with USAA, which made the whole process easier. Alamo Heights consistently updated us with the progress on our vehicle from beginning to end. Repairs took 8 weeks from start to finish, but mostly due to waiting on parts to be delivered. This was during Christmas and New Years, so things moved a bit slower during that time. This was a huge job, having to replace the rear bumper and repair the rear suspension (about $20k in damages). Upon receiving my car, it looked as though the accident never happened. The car drives like a dream, just as before the accident. Believe me, I would have noticed if something was off. I drove my car home after the accident and immediately felt something was wrong with the suspension, which is why we had it towed. It killed me to drive an ICE car for the duration of the repairs, but knowing that my car was repaired flawlessly was worth it. Their professionalism, communication and quality of work are all excellent. Highly recommend AHCC.

Just picked up my car today and all I can say is this was as great an experience as it could be. The people here were very helpful and professional during the whole process. Not only did they keep me informed about my repairs, they were great on working around my schedule for a drop off time that worked for me. If I need any more work done in the future I would not hesitate to come back!

Alamo Heights Collision Center is absolutely the best, they are very professional, very knowledgeable and very courteous. Kane always text me to inform me of what’s going on with my car during the whole process,that was greatly appreciate it. AHCC is the only certified Tesla repair center in SA and I can see why, my car looked, feels and drives like the day I picked it up from Tesla. Definitely recommend AHCC to everyone!!

Long story short. My husband and I just recently bought a model 3 this past summer. A diesel ended up hitting me and leaving a huge dent in my door among other damages along the quarter panel. I was extremely nervous and scared about the whole situation because I have had previous bad experiences at other shops with my dodge 1500. However let me start off by saying if I could, that I would give a 10 star rating for Alamo Heights collision. Their customer service was amazing and I am a huge worry wart. I had so many questions and they always got back to me within a couple of hours. Everyone was extremely nice and my Tesla came out looking perfect. I’m not going to lie. At first, I was extremely scared that something was going to be wrong when I got it back. However it came out looking even better than whenever we very first bought it. They even washed, vacuumed, detailed and charged it for me. I will definitely be coming back here for the rest of my body shop/ mechanic needs including getting my husbands 240 painted. I am really impressed and happy.

I brought my 2014 Volvo S60 in to have its don’t front end bumper repaired. I am rather picky about my vehicle, I know this shop is the only shop that is Tesla certified (I would assume they had vey high standards) and I had several people recommend this shop. I brought my car in and received a very thorough estimate, and detailed explanation of the process. Carlos was the representative that helped me. The are very polite and courteous and always made sure I was taken care of. I dropped my car off and received updates and my car was completed in a timely manner. I dealt with Amber who was extremely friendly and was always able to answer any questions I had. To sum up I felt that for the work they did they were reasonably priced (do you really want to go to the “cheapest” auto repair guy) and they did AMAZING work. The communication was great and above all any time you have these situations problems may arise (I did not in my case) but their communication and honesty was a breathe of fresh air. I could not recommend a company more!
