Great service I expected to sell the vehicle for scrap maybe $2-3 hundred dollars. Instead I almost fell out of my wheelchair. They paid me $6000, enough for a decent down payment on an SUV for my daughter. Great service! The only downside is the number of people I had to speak with to sell my vehicle.

Easy to do business with them. Keep in mind, the check they give you will take a few hours before it can be cashed. I wasn't told that. I went back to Bank of America 2 hours later and the check was honored.

This went so smoothly, I can hardly believe it. Abdul was very helpful. Got a fair price for my car. Tow truck driver showed up as scheduled. Car was gone and check was cashed in less than 24 hours.
Process was quick and easy to sell my car. The only downside was that I had to wait around at home all day and they came late to pick up. Other than that I would recommend to anyone considering. They gave me the highest offer for my car out of similar companies I looked into.

Overall everything with customer service went well. Just had to reach out and reschedule the pickup a couple of times because the guy picking up had some vehicle issues, but instead of letting us know why they were late we had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. The customer service representative stayed on top of things though and kept checking in with us when he noticed the vehicle wasn’t picked up yet.
