If I could give them no stars I would. TOM was very rude and disrespectful. He said he was trying to be helpful but he just handed the keys n took off without saying a word n when I called him cause I was not home he said that he went out of his way to do this Job an it was a waste of time and that he was doing my job. How? I don’t tow cars for a living. Mind you I had paid $165 for this service. I got reassigned to someone else from what they said and yet once again it was TOM who answered the call!! After he said he had 12 tows for the day n I wasted his time. Why take mine again if you were so busy. When I answered the phone and told him you accepted the job after being rude and disrespectful to me over the phone and his response was “ oh it’s you again!!” I said yes he said well I am not gonna go and pick up your car I don’t have time for you. Like I was the problem. I said good have a nice day I hope you waste all your gas n don’t get paid. I am so glad they removed him from the providers listing. People like that rude and unprofessional do not deserve to be given any work.
I used Zayn towing and it was great! I had a positive experience. My tow driver, Tom, I believe is his name, was dependable and friendly. Thank yall for being there for me when I needed help.
Absolute gem to work with. Very personable & helpful, not insanely expensive either. Was able to get the car towed quickly. Will definitely be keeping them in my contacts. God willing I don’t need to use them again, but at least I know a good tow company should the need arise. :) Will definitely suggest them to friends if they find themselves requiring a tow!

Car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection and Tom came to my rescue. He told me 30 minutes and he was there in 30 minutes. Polite and prompt and also gave me a reasonable price. This towing service is top notch. I would highly recommend
The service provided by Zayn was excellent. We had an emergency, and he was able to assist us by quickly, efficiently, and professionally collecting and securing our truck.
Very knowledgeable and well versed in communicating back to me: I would highly recommend this company. He waited patiently while I called the dealership and tried to get solutions for getting the car to respond. He even spoke to the BMW Master Technician to get options so as not to damage my garage and my epoxy floor.
Very quick, within twenty minutes, took maybe ten minutes to get it on the tow truck. Fast and Reliable Service, even tried to fix my car himself, unfortunately it was another issue that only a mechanic can repair. Ultimately, good and fast service. Cannot go wrong with this company.

Zayn Towing came through fast when my car overheated and left me stranded. The driver arrived sooner than expected, handled the car with care, and made the entire experience stress-free. Super friendly and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend if you ever need a tow in a tough situation!
Broke down in Kenedey Texas… basically no where. No mechanics were open and my insurance quoted $600 for a tow to San Antonio. I went online and saw that Zayn’s had good reviews. So glad I called. They quoted me $350 on the tow and said we could ride back with them. I think his name was Tom but I could have misheard him. He was very personable and kind. They dispatched him immediately. It was around 65 miles from where I was to the location. Took them about a hour to arrive and an hour drive back. He was also very informative about what he heard with my engine and what I should do. Looked up online and saw he was right about the breakdown being covered by Kia. All in all I am very happy with the tow. Had to pay a $25 credit card fee but the total cost was $375. Worth it to me for a 4 aclock on Saturday tow.
When I called, I was quoted a reasonable price, the estimated pick up time was within 30 minutes. The service was prompt and great care was taking in loading and unloading of my car. Thank you so much for making it as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend Zayn towing.
Great customer service. He was very helpful. My husband needed to transport his very heavy toolbox to work and we didn’t know how we would do it and they were able to help.
He was very quick to load. The toolbox was delivered to its destination safely. And at it reasonable price.

Needs less to say I was in a state. This very nice man put me at ease and got me and my husband and my truck parked safely at the hotel and will take it to the dealership in the morning. Hopefully I never need a tow in San Antonio again but if I do he is who I will call.
