This towing service is awful left my daughter stranded told her to get an uber and told her to take it up with his boss I have tried to reach out to speak with someone no one will answer never ever use them again
First time using them and 100% pleased with their service. Bethany in Dispatch was friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel the driver was professional, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. Pricing was great and they were on time and got the job done for the price I was quoted. Will use again and highly recommend!!!
Biggs is the man with the plan. He helped move my box truck right where I needed it with no problem. He is one of the best drivers I’ve seen move a wrecker with a load
Had the engine lock up on my Peterbilt inside the bay at the TA Truck service Petro location in San Antonio. Gave these guys a call for a tow to Holt Caterpillar and within an hour they had someone there. Derek (hopefully spelled right) hooked up and got me over here without a hitch. I'll definitely be saving their number in case I ever run into another problem in this area!

If you have to tow a semi with a trailer its not always a pleasant situation but these guys made it so much easier for us with their proffessionalism. Estimate was given before the dispatching and that was the final too. No hidden fees which is surprising. Will use them again in future if needed!
Best customer service! If I could give 10 stars I would. When your bus breaks down, it’s never a good day. Of course I was on the side of the road, two lane road, on a hill and on a curve. Barry came to my rescue. Barry took care of everything and my bus is safe at the shop. Very reasonable too!
Every single person that i talked to at this company had a horrible attitude. Not sure if they were having an off day but the customer service was completely absent. Also they will charge you extra after you pay them and send it to collection without letting you know.

Steve was incredible. We had a really bad situation and needed to get our coach towed. He saved the day for us. Took great care of our coach and was very professional. Major shout out for Steve. These guys are top notch. They showed up in a timely manner (even though we had some problems with local sheriff trying to steal there business) they still towed my truck to there facility and made sure it was in good hands till it was time for them to tow it to the shop. They really do take care of there customers from the driver to the office staff and the owner is hands on which is always a plus. Keep up the great work guys.
