The guys that were in there earlier working. Seem to me both had great customer service, quick and efficient

Very nice and helpful website. I was able to find two of the parts I needed in their catalog, but when I called for pricing and availability, I was put on hold and no one ever returned to the line. I eventually hung up and called another parts store in the same area. They answered all my questions, looked up the parts, and even placed them on hold for same-day pickup. Because of that, they earned my business instead. My recommendation: improve your phone service so you don’t lose customers to competitors.

Purchased a head light assembly for an 09 Galant. Fix perfect, we will be back. Least expensive in town for a new item.

First visit and was very satisfied with purchase of 2004 titan replacement hood.

No stars they never answer and they don’t put you on a brief hold like the owner posted, it can be a whole hour and they won’t pick up. This company could have had a 1000$ order but they let it slip anyway all because they simply can’t pick up the phone. Pathetic

Do not recommend buying parts. Bought a bumper and I didn’t install it for a few months . Once installed it broke on one side just driving down the road. The plastic at the bumper bracket llwas so thin it didn’t take anything but wind resistance to break it off

Terrible customer service, employees were high to the point that they couldent read part numbers. Was treated rudely when I called to discuss the issue after I had to drive 45 mins 38 miles home. Then had to race back to make it there in time and when I made it waited in the lobby for 5-10 minutes for someone to walk to the empty lobby and address me. Then when they finally do they come retrieve the wrong fender and proceeds to drop it multiple times and state out loud “oh well no one is getting that one.”When I asked what could be done about the time and mileage that I had to waste due to their error and was told that they couldent do any thing about it McDonald’s has better and more competent employees.

Fast friendly service called them first to make sure they had the part when I got there my part was at the register waiting for me and it was exactly what I needed

Ive got parts for 7 different vehicles and all were in stock. Two other friends got bumper,hood and fender in 1 day. My go to place for body and light assemblies that you would go to a dealer for normally and also at a lower price.

By having all the parts, these guys gave me the confidence to continue the outside restoration of my dad's old '99 Toyota Tacoma truck. Still have lots more to do but knowing Certifit is just a call away, gets me closer to seeing my dad's smile again.

These guys have THE WORST customer service, I got hung up on twice by Monica and also Ryan or Bryan, when I asked for a recommendation since they didn’t have the part I needed. and then when I called back to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back to the line. These guys are super unprofessional and I would not recommend. Save your time and money for a company that actually cares about their customers.

I found car parts heaven! Very helpful very knowledgeable very good prices very friendly. Best New thing in the World totootwo me and my 20 year old Chevy Suburban. What a find!!! Plus a CATALOGUE????? HEAVEN! Also had the best counter salesman I've met in some time.

The price we would have paid at local auto parts store for replacement would have been $154 we paid $74.95 at Certifit. I know where David and I are buying our auto parts from now on big price difference great staff very friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service by the store manager, his name is RICK! He did not solve any of my issues, when I ask him for help he didnt look at me in the eyes, he was just on his computer ! His responses were rude and his attitude very arrogant,not at the level of a store manager .. He suggested me to call corporate if I wasn’t satisfied with his service, when I ask for a pen to write the number down, his response was “WELL TAKE A PICTURE WITH YOUR PHONE!” Never again will I purchase from CertiFit, they lost a loyal customer !

I've used certifit for many parts, never been disappointed. Everything I've ever needed they have in stock. Body components and lights that are near perfect match to OEM. It is a strictly business, business, so don't expect small talk with the sales guy, but they are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonable on prices. Would recommend.

First time ever to call spoke to a guy addressed my issue he put me on hold for almost 15 mts, So finally when he came back i asked him so do you have an answer to my question he replied No! I said then what have you been doing for the past 15 mts he replied helping other customers I said and you put me on hold for 15 mts? I even asked are you the only one at the counter and he replied Yes and I heard other voices on the background. What you should’ve done if you couldn’t help me was ma’am may I get your name & phone number and someone else or myself will get back to you with a answer to your concern , if You couldn’t help me at the moment that’s ok but don’t just put a customer on hold and say oh wait a minute - when I asked to speak to the manager he replied “I am the manager” another disappointment. Poor work ethics!!! Poor customer service!!!!!

Said to have part inquired upon. Went to pickup and couldn’t find, said to come back tomorrow. Counter personnel was quite rude and unprofessional. Found part $45 cheaper at APO which is now my new to go place for aftermarket auto body parts.

These guys are terrible! We are a company who buys parts from them all the time... They gave us the wrong part and said that they can not exchange it because we dont have the receipt... All transactions are kept on file and can be matched up with what we were given... I called, and the man who answered the phone said "he doesn't care and that he refuses to help us". And the crazy thing is that they messed up on the part.... Not us. I have never had a problem before with them but this one guy caused cerfifit to lose our business for good..... So I have been reading all the bad reviews and they all seem to point to the same guy... He really is rude and y'all are losing money because of him.

Do not go there i called them and asked for the parts and their prices. They informed me about the parts and the prices available. The next day when i went to their location ( i drove for and hour 15 min) they told me that they didn’t even have that parts. Even though I already made a call with them about the available parts and prices. They emplyee that I talked to at the location told me that they didn’t know who i talked to on the phone. A complete garbage customer service. Minus five stars for me.

the service was excellent and the pricing was also very good. I was in and out very quickly and I would definitely go back to this place for auto body parts. The location is a bit hidden and somewhat hard to find cuz it doesn't necessarily pop out at you but once inside you'll find everything you need.

So far so good... saved so much money... when i got into a car accident... Caliber Collision was gonna cost a whole lot of money and whole lot of time... so i took the money the insurance gave me and went here for a bumper and rear light for maybe $100 all together... then went to Christian Bros Automotive in Helotes... they put bumper and lights on for cheap... sweet... not the same color, like it matters... ?

I've been in the auto industry for over 11 years now and I will say CeritiFit has really great prices. The quality of their parts are great. Fitment is great, everything goes right in, some headlightsand tail lenses even come with new harnesses and bulbs. They just plug right in with no need of switching bulbs to the new lense. But be warned, that great price comes with a catch. Like WalMart, their service straight-up sucks! Everyone working there gives the impression that they clearly to not want to be there. They are in no way, in any way, in a hurry to get your part to you. The last time I've gone to pick up a part I waited for over an HOUR! Seriously, it took them over one hour to take my order to their warehouse, walk around looking for it on the shelf, then finally bring it to the front so I can pay for it. I asked the guys working up front to check and see what's taking soo long, they replied "They're still pulling it", neither of the guys ever looked me in the eyes when talking to me. CertiFit, Your prices are great, but your service is about the same as truck driver.
