We booked a rotator/crane to offload a modular building from a stepdeck trailer. The operator knocked the unit into the side of the stepdeck while offloading, leading to $3,000+ in repairs to the custom building. I was told by Oscar in dispatch that I would get a call or email back from the supervisor, Jeff, after the operator was interviewed on the incident. Never heard back.
Sent 2 more email follow ups with photos and asked if we could file a claim- never got a response. I ended up having to eat the cost. While I understand things happen in our industry, it would have been nice to hear back from them with some sort of resolution.
These folks came and got it done! We needed a container taken off our truck! They set up picked up the container and I was gone to the next load!
We did not request a truck with a rotator. The receiver may have needed it for proper positioning.
Thanks for getting your guy here ASAP it made a big difference for everyone involved.

We all love saving money, and this place truly delivers! I called six different Heavy Duty Towing companies, and Benchmark gave me the BEST flat price for towing—no surprises at the end like “it depends” or vague conditions. Everything was clear and straightforward from the start.
The staff here are incredibly friendly—Jeff and Oscar made the process smooth and treated me like a friend. Highly recommend this company for their honesty, fair pricing, and excellent service!

Jeff and Oscar were so helpful when my daughters keys were stolen and she was locked out of her car. They made sure that her car was towed correctly, they reassured her everything would be fine with her vehicle while in their care. Everything they said they were going to do, “they did”!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE experience tonight with Jeff and Oscar! They are amazingly professional and reassured me the entire time my car was being loaded and transported to my apartment. My keys were stolen so I was a nervous wreck and they did everything they could to make what was a horrible night for me much more bearable. I won’t call a different person if I ever need tow services in the future.
