Mechanic staff was very patient, efficient and fast. Had a lot of work done on my vehicle and it runs like brand new. I would definitely recommend them for maintenance on a vehicle plus the prices are better than where I've been.
BATTERY WAREHOUSE – FULL DETAILED REVIEW
My experience with Battery Warehouse, located at 26 N 2nd St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, is directly
connected to my issues with Wow Auto Repair, which operates at the same location.
In 2024, I purchased a brand-new battery for my 2010 BMW X5 from Battery
Warehouse. I was
assisted by Tommy Martocci, who represented both businesses.
He installed the battery, and for a short period, my car ran fine. Later, when I returned for additional
repairs, my vehicle was transferred under Wow Auto Repair.
As time went on, I started questioning the service and asking for proof of parts ordered. During one
visit, Josh Eapen, the owner, brought me into the back of the shop and personally assured me that my
car would be properly serviced.
He gave me his personal phone number for updates, but after that, he never responded to any of my
messages or calls.
On September 17, 2025, police were called twice after Wow Auto refused to release my car. Officers
verified with staff that I had purchased a brand-new battery from Battery Warehouse with a one-year
warranty.
However, when I inspected the car, I found a different battery installed — not the one I had purchased.
To verify, I later bought a new, correct-size battery and installed it myself. My car started immediately,
proving that the wrong battery had been installed. I have receipts for both purchases confirming the
swap.
This raises serious concerns about product misrepresentation and warranty integrity.
Battery Warehouse failed to uphold transparency and accountability. Selling a product under warranty
and then allowing it to be replaced with a different battery is unacceptable.
In my experience, this business did not act in good faith and ignored multiple attempts at
communication. I strongly advise anyone doing business here to document all transactions and confirm
product serial numbers.

in Stroudsburg, PA. I paid $599 and look at the pic of what I got in the end. You kept my car for almost a year. I give you $6000
Show me the receipt where the cash went. I paid for rotors and caliper. You sprayed the old one and tried to pass it as new. I caught you and you call the cops on me. "Shady "
these people are racist . I am a woman of color and they said " people like me don't belong here " They do not cater to brown/black people !!! this is the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!
if I can leave a negative star I will. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! MY BROTHERS CAR HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE LOT SINCE APRIL AND HAS YET TO BE WORKED ON. WE PAID IN FULL AND ARE ALWAYS GETTING THE RUN AROUND! WE HAVE ASKED FOR PROGRESS PHOTOS OF THE CAR AND THE GUY REFUSED TO SHOW US ANYTHING AND EVERY TIME WE COME TO LOOK AT THE CAR IT HAS MORE STUFF WRONG WITH IT AND LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS BEEN USING THE VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE . THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING & USING PEOPLES MONEY INSTEAD OF ORDERING PARTS ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PLACE !
I went in to get a battery today and Tom the owner helped me. What a super nice and honest guy! And his wife is just as nice also! Highly recommend going here for not just batteries but car repairs also . You’ll be treated fairly and honestly. Five stars!!
These guys are awesome motorcycle battery died 30 miles from home not only did they deliver but helped install I didn't get his name but in the heat he performed above and beyond his duties don't hesitate to call them for your battery needs
The sign says open 8am however a woman finally shows up at 8:14 am. I guess they are not worried about peoples time. Oh and they don’t have anyone to install the battery either. No thanks.
Used this place three times in the last 3 years and once was when he was closed but he answered phone! My daughter’s battery had died at work and he told us to come over and he would check it and put in a battery if we needed one! Not many places will go out of their way to help but this place did and the price was good and he also installed the battery no extra charge! If you need a battery or honest service I recommend them!
I would like to thank this business for taking care of my daughter. She is attending college in Stroudsburg and she had an issue with her tire. They took care of the problem and didn't charge her a crazy amount.

I was told my battery was bad after inspection. Warehouse saved me a lot of money and determined it was just corosion on terminals ... good honest people!! They moved now across from hospital on Prospect St.
Bought a battery 2 years ago. Business changed hands in the meantime. New owner says I'm out of luck. Why would I buy a battery again from a business that leaves you twisting in the wind.
