I went there about a week ago. Ask for them to do I'm state inspection. I didn't pass... So they told me they were going to write me a estimate got the estimate yesterday after I called them to ask for it.
On the estimate it saying some total difference then what they told me to my face.
Showed the estimate to my husband and he was saying the are ripping you off. Took my car to the auto shop down the road and showed him the estimate and he said the same thing RIP OFF.
This people like to scam you for there money.
By the way my car Passed. There was no issue. Thank you for taking my 40.00 for no reason.

If I could leave zero stars, I would stay away from this place. Yes, they have basic knowledge on how to fix certain cars but if they can’t figure it out, they will tell you your engine is no good these people took apart. My Audi Q7 left the engine in pieces. I had to tow my car home. They told me my engine was no good. I Sent it to another mechanic and the catalytic converter was causing a misfire. Nothing was wrong with my engine there were cigarette ashes, left all over my engine bay along with a print out from google on how to remove an intake manifold off of an Audi Q7. The intake manifold did not even need to be removed. Adele is a crook When these people figured out they could not fix my car themselves. They tried to buy it for me and lowball me at junk yard prices so they can send it elsewhere to be repaired.
They never have inspection stickers and customer service is rude. Also it's like 40 dollars when u fail inspection and they didn't even run it through the scanner
The guys did a great job fixing my van. troubleshooting. The problem was difficult to find. They didn't overcharge me. However, be patient. These guys are very busy with uhaul rentals and auto repairs. They definitely need to improve customer communication. It definitely took a little longer than I would have expected. Fortunately for me I was able to leave my vehicle there and it's been running great since I picked it up.
I’ve never had a better experience with any U-Haul dealer then I did with Pocono auto. Addel guided me to the exact truck I need it for what I was moving he is very knowledgeable about the business. Sabrina‘s customer service was amazing they really made me feel like I was apart of the family. Thank you from me and my family!!
We are very happy with our rental experience from Pocono Auto Service center. The office was open for Sunday a pick up, which I could not find anywhere else, and it was a very easy pick up and drop off set up. Pricing was good and my U-Haul was clean and in good working condition. I highly recommend this business for any U-Haul rentals you may need in the Poconos area.
This place is a nightmare. I wish I could give 0. I had needed a serpentine belt replacement due to a loud noise coming from it last year. When the mechanic assessed it he told me to "turn up the volume so you can't hear it anymore, it doesn't need replacing". I later needed tie rods / sway bar link which they replaced. I have just gotten my car back from another body shop and they had to replace the tie rods done by Pocono Auto because they were falling apart and barely holding together. Also after Pocono Auto "fixed" my tie rods, they gave me my car back without doing the alignment and my wheel was completely tilted to the side. I brought my car back and they were ANNOYED that I brought it back because they didn't complete the work. Communication with the shop was extremely difficult. The majority of my calls were deliberately ignored. I was always told "everything is fine" after work they did even though something felt wrong. Steer VERY clear from this place. They do not care about who they hire, and they certainly do not care about you or your car.
Simply the worst shop we have ever been to . The vehicle is leaving worse then when it got to them . They never provided us a quote which we asked for multiple times . They then began ignoring all of our phone calls . Now when we show up for our vehicle they want over $600 for making the issue worse . Horrible customer service as well not only from the owner but from the girl who works the desk as well, 20 plus phone calls in one day and no answer !! Do
Not use them , they’re just looking to take your money !!! Also they became very aggressive as soon as we mentioned our concerns, yelling , cursing, getting in my face with my child etc.

I went there after scheduling an appointment to get my car inspected and nobody knew anything about it. Horrible customer service, I will never visit you guys again...
They were very accommodating. They told us what kind of hitch we needed for our truck and put it on.
We rented a 6x12 covered trailer and made the rental so simple that we were on our way in minutes.
