I was coming from NC and I found oil leak under my 2024 Pilot and I had to come this location without appt.Just 1 hr + and I got my car back.All good so far.Thanks a lot for help.
I have been going here for years now to purchase our cars and to have service on our cars. The service department is going downhill quick. Every time I go for service, there is always some kind of issue. I get tires put on 1 time, drive away and the tire light comes on. Good thing I know to calibrate the tires 1st before calling or returning to the shop. This should be done at time of service before pickup. As I was making this appointment, I asked the guy what needed to be done yet on the car, because I wanted to get all the maintenance done so it was up to date, and the guy can't find the information in the system. Go for an inspection, they didn't ask for anything and I wasn't thinking about insurance and registration cards. Well it's my mother in laws car, and she has the registration in her purse. No problem, we emailed it to them and was told the mechanic just has to write the sticker up, because he did everything already. Told car will be ready in a bit. 3 hours later, car still not ready. Now we have to wait another hour, at the shop, for the Tech to check over the car and put the sticker on. Really, because I was told all of that was done already and the sticker just had to be written up. Another time, we had a hitch put on the car. A few days later we try to put the back seats down, and the button doesn't work. Back to the shop, they didn't plug the wires back in all the way. A few months later, we try the other back seat, now that doesn't work. Now I have to make another appointment to go back and have that checked out. It's just becoming something every time. Don't bother responding to the their emails about how your service was, because if it's a negative email, they won't reply back. It's like they could care less anymore. It's sad, but I think it's time to move on when we need to purchase another car again, unless things straighten out here.
Brought my Honda in for oil change, tire rotation and regular maintenance. From start to finish Desiree was on top of getting my vehicle serviced and back to me. She listened to everything I wanted done, gave me a time it would be completed, it was! I went there to pick it up and she greeted me, gave me my paperwork and walked me over to the cashier to pay while she went and brought my vehicle up front for me. I have not had service like this in a long time! Thank you so much, would not want to go anywhere else!
People are friendly, work is always done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership for purchases and service. I drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced here and it is always worth it!
After repeated starter problems I thought I would pay a premium to have the starter diagnosed by certified Honda mechanics. I arrive for checkin and explain the problems again to the agent. First thing he asks me is was it an aftermarket starter. Unsure I said yes.
2 hours later I get the detailed report. My car was put through a multi-point inspection I did not ask for. The starter problem was ‘replicated’ by the mechanic and his findings that the problem was related to the aftermarket part and nothing else. He didn’t look at the codes, didn’t look at solenoids etc. i had to ask him to check the codes when reviewing the bill.
I later verified with the part dealer it was not an aftermarket part so I made the dealership aware hoping they would remedy the situation by performing an actual starter test and not just advising that it was due to the part. None of these things were performed and the agent never returned my message.
All credibility gone due to this experience.
They do good work and service but I don’t understand how I wait three weeks for an appointment and I show up and they’re taking people before me? Is it an appointment based system or a first come first serve system?
In Nov 2021, I took my truck in to get the windshield changed, a tune up, and the tires changed. I dropped my truck off and took an uber home. The next evening, my truck was not ready as they had promised. They said the glass guy didn't come. I needed my truck for something, so I ubered back to their service center the next morning and took my truck back. I dropped my truck off again the next day and the day after that they said they still hadn't replaced the windshield or the tires. I got another uber ride over and just took my truck back after that.
I took my truck in for service another time and that time went great.
Great service. Friendly staff. I also leased a new car. Maria is always helpful and knowledgeable! She's been helping my family and I with new vehicles for over six years.. she is an awesome salesperson!
Got apt sooner then I thought got 3 things done 1 5 hrs wait prices may be high but if u bought the car there keep up with the maintenance oil transmission oil etc never any problem with work an car runs better
Car broke down on my family vacation to Kalahari resort. Chris and his team were able to squeeze me in and fix my car due to bad gas. His team went above and beyond and even picked my family up from Kalahari Resort. Thanks again for coming through when I needed you!
Good staff. Quickly took my car into service with no appointment, I had to wait but Appreciate it. Staff is kind. Taking care of all the Covid-19 precautions.it opens at 8 am. Got waiting room and wifi if you wish to work waiting over service.
