If you want a family ran business this is the place. Husband and wife Toni and Lisa are friendly, courteous and treat their clients respectfully and professionally. They took care of my truck and my daughter's car efficiently without any BS. They are honest and easy to deal with. Tony will refer you to someone else is he thinks he can't fix it. But he always makes sure that you are satisfied and happy when you walked out of his shop. Highly recommended!!!

I had to drive up to Pennsylvania for a last minute medical situation for one of my children. I was by myself with 3 of my kids when I had an unexpected small issue with my van. It was not huge but could have become a big problem if I continued to drive the 18.5 hours home that way. I went in and Tony helped us! It was fixed quickly and they truly showed the love of Christ to me. If you are ever in the area or live around there and need car repairs, I highly recommend them! Tell Tony the crazy lady from Florida sent you!!

They have very bad service, unfortunately they pay a promotion and when you look for a mechanic's shop this is the first thing that comes up. They have no vocation for service, they treat you as if you were begging for alms.

I came to this shop for a transmission job my transmission blew on my ford fusion i broke down in poconos I spoke to the owner of this shop Tony he said he wld take care of it we did the transmission job took a whole month after he tells me the head was bad that he turned it on and head was cracked it’s leaking I know there was nothing wrong with the engine cause I had checked everything before I sent it over at the end he forced me to get it done cause he took everything thing apart without even asking I paid 3k on repairs beside the 4k on the transmission I get my car back it’s only been 7 days and I already broke down twice the head gasket job done wrong all antifreeze leaving resivoir smells like gas engine knocking smoking a whole lot misfiring worst shop ever do not go here plz no one I will make sure to rite this in the poconos page on facebook also plz worst experience ever here owner is a scam and his mechanic Edwin is no good I’m goin to place a law sue on top they want to tell me the car left perfectly fine from the shop they don’t want to be held reliable for it

if your a woman, DONT go here. They will try to lie to you and screw you into repairs. All i did was ask them what they did to diagnose my car and they immediately got defensive and said if this is going to be a problem dont pay and come get your keys. I said no id like to pay but id like to know other then test driving my car, what all did you do to diagnose my vehicle because you only told me noises you herd it make. Immediately just said we won't you just come get your car. so they wanted to charge me nearly 5k worth of work when they put 0 time into even diagnosing and confirming the problem. Don't blindly trust a shop ladies! for a "reputable " specific transmission shop, only 1 transmission was found in the country for 1500$ that I needed to pay a 300$ shipping fee for. All dealerships in the area were on back order for months. found a local guy, he said theres a few in the area for less then half the pprice.Called a few dealerships in the area, my brand and other brands(places i trust) and they all could have one within a week, just needed to order it. sooo????? my woman brain cant grasp how their trying to run their business. NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY. guy couldn't be bothered to get off his personal call when I dropped it off either to talk about the concerns, he just slid a paper at me and motioned me to write it down..

We called to see if the car could be repaired, already knowing the problem it had. We went to the garage and explained the problem the car had. He wanted to perform a diagnosis on the car anyway. In the end, he showed us some completely inappropriate estimates, so we decided to leave. At this point, he made us pay for the diagnosis, something we didn't ask for because if he wanted to insure the damage to the car, he would do it on his own, not demanding payment for the diagnosis. In the end, we had to pay for a service we didn't request, and he didn't even give us the results of the diagnosis on paper. Fraudster, don't go to this dishonest person.

If I could give 10 stars I would and here is why. As we were leaving the Poconos we stopped for gas and I noticed something misting out from underneath the engine. We googled nearest repair shop and 611 transmission & auto repair came up the closest so being a Saturday we had to give it a go to see what the issue was. Explained to the staff that we were on our way back home to Buffalo NY and asked if they could diagnose the situation. Mechanic on duty dropped what he was doing and pulled my truck into the bay and found that both my transmission and oil coolant lines were leaking and needed to get repaired. Staff quickly got parts for my truck and fixed the problem and even stayed past closing hours to fix my vehicle so our family could get home. I’m forever grateful for the staff and appreciate what they did for me. They are a class act and should be proud of the business they have. Thank you again 611 crew you are truly a godsend

The CV axle replacement was completed rather quickly and the car drives well. I appreciated the quick turnaround, though I did notice the labor charge didn’t quite reflect the time spent on the job. The shop did offer a small refund which I am grateful for. Would have appreciated a more precise adjustment, but overall, the work seems solid. Would go back

I just got my car back from them but from the customer service side I have zero complaints. Work was done quick and the people I've spoken to have been nothing but professional (even when sometimes I wasnt). Price was more then fair as well. Zero complaints would recommend.

I recently went to get my transmission PAN fixed. What was not covered? I had to pay out-of-pocket which I told this man Tony that I did not have money for it. So he said he ordered the parts And would send them back so the day I went to go get the PAN done and it was done, he said. Let's take care of your bill. And I said what bill I told you the other day. I did not have the money for it. And the girl that works there heard me. And when we were talking about it that day.She walked away because she knows what I said and what we discuss.He's very shysty would not recommend him And if it was up to me he would get no stars

Worst shop that ever existed would give it zero stars if I could. Filed a complaint with the attorney general. My car left this shop in worst conditions than it went in. Car went in for a bad transmission and after the shop stated head gasket was cracked and needed a new one . Paid over 7k on repairs . Car didn’t even make it pass two days . Towed it to a different shop where they showed me that there was no new head gasket. They only repaired the one I already had but charged me the price of a new one . Car is still non moveable and have to pay an extra 3k to do the job they was suppose to do in the first place.

Used a warranty company for the repairs to my vehicle. They took almost 2 months to return it. I only had to pay the diagnostic fee and deductible as my warranty was supposed to cover the repairs and anything extra I was supposed to be made aware of prior to any work was done. They did extra work that I did not authorize and then tried to force me to pay for it. Then they tried to act like they were helping me out by doing these repairs and then said they were going to try and get the warranty company to cover it. When the warranty company wouldn’t pay their price, and only part of it, they still tried to stick me with a $600 bill on top of the fees that were mentioned before which would be almost $800 out of my pocket. I was very patient with them and even told them just take whatever parts you put on because I didn’t want them to begin with and they told me they could not do that because the work was already done and the old parts were already recycled. They refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the amount so I had to get the police involved. When I called the warranty company, I found out that they forged my signature twice. Tried contacting through messenger and email to get to the owner but no response. Now I have to go through the legal process to get results. I found out from the warranty company that they didn’t call in the request in a timely manner which is why my vehicle took almost 2 months to return to me. I also found new dents on my vehicle that were not there since they like to park all the vehicles in this little tight corner in front of the building. This has been one of the worst interactions with a repair shop I have ever had. This violates the consumer protection laws. Anyone reading this, feel free to find me on Facebook and send me a message. At the time you arrive there you fell the good vibes of that place. Cleanliness and organized office. Tony is very kind and professional. He dealt with my insurance company. I didn't have any stress with that. Tony always answered my calls giving to me clear updates about the transmission change process. They asked me go back with my car, two weeks later to check again my car. I could go there four weeks later and checked my car. Transmission issue solved. Excellent service.

Scheduled an appointment to have a warranty-covered repair taken care of. I was coming from 3 hours away and told them I had 2 days available to wait for it. I explained the 3 issues I had. I was assured by Lisa that they could take care of everything at the shop and that I had coverage for a rental for 7 days. After 2 days at the shop, they had to call in a transmission technician (isn’t this a transmission shop!?!?) and that they could not examine my other issues because they didn’t have staff to do that. I SPECIFICALLY called ahead to ask if they could look at all of the issues. Tony said that Lisa never should have told me that they could take care of everything. I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere. The shop is not equipped to handle claims for CarShield, as they claim. I’d go anywhere other than here.

Tony is the absolute best! I was driving through town when I broke down on the side of the highway, 3 hours away from home. Tony stayed open a full hour past closing for me to get to him and then drove me to a hotel nearby and made sure I was all safe and settled. Him and his mechanics worked tirelessly to get my car fixed as soon as possible. They got me back on the road in 2 days when it could have easily taken 5 days. Tony was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He explained everything that was going on, what went wrong with my car, how they were going to fix it, and the entire timeline of the process. They even sent me back on the road with pizza for lunch :)

By far the worst shop I have ever dealt with. I was charged over a grand for what they said was a misdiagnosis. I went in for an oil leak, they confirmed the oil leak and its position, and then a week later said they were wrong and tried selling me a transmission for $2600. I stated I had no issues with my transmission, therefore I am not buying a new one. Somehow, I left with a broken transmission and multiple error codes for issues that weren’t present before. There were bolts missing on parts, and I suspect parts may have been switched out. They aggressively pushed me to take out loans after I said no multiple times to multiple people. I was told the repair would take a few days, but I didn’t hear from them for a week and didn’t get my car back for two weeks. These are the issues I have noticed so far; there’s probably more I haven’t yet discovered. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

I had an amazing superlative experience with 611 transmission and tony . I drove to town from Toronto Canada and my car broke down on the second last day. Not onlydid tony accommodate me in the very last minute by keeping his store open at close but he worked on the car as a priority despite being extremely busy just so that my family and I could get home . He was courteous, thoughtful ,reasonable and went above and beyond . Truly grateful for shop and shop owners like him . Thanks again tony . Ganesh

Top notch mechanic, came through twice so far triple A service, Tony is a great guy always on point and keeps you updated as to what is going on with your car. Needed my transmission filter and fluid changed in my Benz, had all the parts he told me bring it over car was ready the next morning pricing was way under what Mercedes tries to beat you in the head for and the work and service was pristine. #2 Yesterday I came out found a few dark drips under my car and seen it was coming from my front left axel. Tony told me bring it over he would take care of it. Brought it in he told me it was an axel seal and he got the part had it fixed by the next day. Car back on the road and back to normal with no issues. I’m grateful for their service and exceptional mechanic craft/skills. Will most definitely continue to bring my car here to be looked after. 5⭐️

I was there on saturday 8:10 am (because the sticker on the door said that they open 8am.) The business was still closed . Waited till 9:30 And i call the number ten he said ile be there in 10 min. So he two employees finally show up 8:35 and I assume the owner show up 9:45 (hour 45 minutes late) So I asked for the price for rebuilding my transmission and he said “ I’ll get back to you in couple of days with pricing and few options. That was 3 weeks ago and still no phone call. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.

After searching and about to give up I finally came across this number. Called the shop got a pleasant voice and ask can I come for car inspection the same day! Tony said yes and since I walked in that place this man been so pleasant!!!! Excellent Vibe

Tony and the mechanics were great. They took me immediately and was able to diagnose and fix my car same day. Tony even brought my husband and I into the bay to show us exactly the problem and well as what was needed for repairs. Very very honest and great price as well for the job that was having to be done. I will recommend 611 to anyone who needs auto repair. They work with you even with payment advising of all the options they have. Amazing place hands down.

I was very impressed with their professional and honesty. I was traveling from out of town and had to stop for service. They were able to quickly get me the parts I needed They realized I only needed half of what was ordered. They were honest and told me. Did not charge me and returned the other parts I didn’t need. Their price was definitely fair for the work they did. If you need car repair you can come here knowing they won’t take advantage of you. Definitely recommend Tony and his wife, Lisa, who is at the front desk.
