My husband was doing an oil change on our car and we got the bundle with 5 gallons worth of oil and any filter. I Used to Know how to shop at an auto parts store but it seems like all those convenient catalogs that told you the part numbers on the car you own have disappeared. One of the retail assistants was able to help me find everything I needed at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going back.

Out of all the times I have come in here, I have had great service until now. I came in today and Tina was slamming her hands down and yelling about quitting. I saw her yell at another worker and am sorely disappointed in the behavior I witnessed. I feel bad for the other workers if this is the behavior she shows. I will keep coming in because Tanya, Sandy and Will were great when I came back in, however, this was unacceptable.

Absolutely unacceptable service at this location. Sunday 7/13 at 12:30pm — only two registers open. One was staffed by a woman on the phone who clearly couldn’t multitask or bother to help any paying customers. Another guy stood behind the counter on his phone, completely useless. Zero urgency, zero respect for customers. I waited, watched, and walked out. Never coming back. This place is a joke.

Passing through on a rainy day, hoping for just a little help identifying a fuse I needed. Unfortunately, the staff showed no interest in assisting, which was discouraging while traveling in bad weather. I hope future customers are met with more care.

Called before coming in to verify they did battery changes when you buy a new battey, gave them my make model and year, they said yes. Came in and waited at the front counter, when I told the woman I needed a car battery she went "OkAy?" In a annoyed condescending tone.. (instead of just asking for the make and model which I was going to do, I just thought it seemed polite to give her a second to pull up her computer screens before bombarding her with information I'd just have to repeat because she didn't catch it). she then asked if I'd need it installed, I said yes please, she immediately threw back her head and out loud exacerbated and groaned. She walks around the counter and talks to the guy who is supposed to do the installation and he also sighs out loud. After a bit of discussion they come over and ask where my battery is located anyways, they say they can't do it because my battery is underneath my back seat instead of under the hood. ..I called ahead and gave them the make and model of the car, they couldn't have told me then that they aren't able to do the work? Secondly the seat is no harder to open than the hood, if not easier, no button to press to open the hood, no latch to unlock after popping it open, no stick to prop it up, you literally just lift it up and it pops off. Anyways, I wasted my time and jump started my poor old car for no reason when it easily could've been avoided over the phone had they told me they were unable due to the location of my battery. Not to mention having to deal with unkind employees who made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them for something posted all over the door advertised that they do.

Good people make the difference. Real crew of characters at the Franz Road store and I think it's great. Now, Y'all better get a hardware stock (nuts, bolts, clips and automotive specific parts), some more fuel line/vacuum hoses so we can cut to length, primary wire rolls, expand the Dorman wall and other universal parts for us car guys. The website is so difficult to use and slow to load on mobile that I wind up going elsewhere often. Please revamp the website so we can buy online, pickup in store. Lastly, may I suggest that you allow the employees to have a tip jar on the counter? T

I traveled to Stroudsburg from South Carolina. My check engine light came on along the way. I popped into this Advance Auto. AJ was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed to have a safe trip home! Absolute best customer service! This is why I always choose Advance Auto! Thank you AJ! You’re the best!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Best two employes that no longer work there anymore is the only reason this specific advanced auto got several years of my business and hard earned cash. Since then this location has been the absolute worst business for customer service. Never answers the phone at any hour of the day and have no problem picking up then hanging up without a word. Has given me countless of the wrong parts that result in me returning back multiple times to get it right. And most of the current employees have such poor attitude that it's just an all around terrible experience doing business at this location. I will be happily taking my business and money to my in town carquest because weather it's more pricy or not they are always happy to serve the customer. To anybody reading this to save time and agrovation best do the same. will be looking forward to notifying district manager of this locations lack of service and poor manners in hopes it might make someone else's experience better.

Wow where do I begin! I went in for some spark plugs and was sold the wrong ones for my truck! Now my truck is running terrible and this is my only vehicle! Had to go back and talk to the dm and manager of the store! Hopefully this employee that sold me the wrong parts (on purpose) gets reprimanded! Will not recommend anyone going there until they get rid of that lady!

Been here a couple times, not my go to location but better than most of the others in the area. Brought my Nova over for a couple parts and believe it or not they knew what I needed/asked for. Wish they had better brand tools than the current lime up they have and the PTL stuff isn't great but better than nothing in s pinch.

Instead of making the store look good the 2 ladies sat behind the counter taking about the night that they had at some car show. This is the only advance I've seen like this. The two ladies are just lazy and don't want to work.

Walked up to the counter and employee by the name of Kendra assisted us. We told her we need to have our car scanned for the correct codes to see what’s wrong with it. She came out and checked all the lights that were on and attached a scanner. Two codes populated but they were minor. She saw our battery light was on and scanned the battery and advise us that our alternator has zero power and the car is currently running on the battery. That same day we ordered the alternator a few days later we made the switch and my car is running like new. She saved us quite a bit of money. Kendra is an amazing employee and went out of her way and took the extra step and went the extra mile and we appreciate that. It’s great to see women in this kind of business. Thank you for all you do.

I always enjoy walking into an auto store. But today i needed a very specific bolt for a specific part and thr guy had no clue What I needed. I explained the part and even had a part number pulled off the advanced auto web site and he still could not help me. Said he would have to order it. After wondering around the store for a few minutes trying to figure out what to do I found the part myself. I was so disappointed in the store.

While my cuatomer service experience was good they gave me two different parts which was only known after install was started forcing me to go back. I was only able to get part of the job completed due to they did not have the matching item I ordered and said to come back tomorrow.

Very helpful auto parts clerk at the register got my son and me the car battery that I needed to replace the one that had died as I was leaving for a three day trip for my niece's wedding.. Time was of the essence and he took care of us appropriately and very efficiently. I would shop there again AND tell my friends and family to do so too. 😀

My boyfriend and I went to this store to buy two truck batteries, one battery for my dump trailer, five Rain X wiper blades, and a 2 ton pull. When we walked up to the counter, the two associates behind the counter would only address my boyfriend. Even when I asked them about where I could find the pull (needed to help take some trees down) they looked right at my male counterpart to answer the question. In fact, they answered the question wrong, stating that they didn't have it. Luckily for this irritated lady, we still looked around the small store anyway and found what we were initially told wasn't carried. Walking back to the counter I asked my boyfriend not to engage with them at all to see if they would address me. I even had my debit card in hand to pay my $400+ bill. To no avail. Though they smiled at me, these guys just couldn't help but treat my boyfriend like he was their only customer. They asked him to show them where he found the item. They even asked him for his rewards card. I had to instruct them to use my rewards card for this purchase since I am the one buying these items and may need them to look up the purchase record in the future. Grow up boys, women buy car parts too. All in all, I got the parts I needed which is worth at least 2 stars. The associates were nice enough even though they don't know how to engage with their female clientele so there's another star. Walking out of the store I didn't feel offended, just irritated. So 3 stars is all this place is getting from me this time around.
