My car was leaking oil and I was having issues with the place I had it towed to originally. Ron literally went all the way to Easton to have my car towed straight back to Stroudsburg! He was very informative, patient, and kind. He kept me in the loop on my car and when it got to the shop I requested to have towed to. Will definitely be using this awesome company again in the future!
After a bad experience with another roadside service outfit, Ron Roadside Service provided fast, efficient, and VERY FRIENDLY service! The technician was knowledgeable and personable!! I would recommend them to anyone!!
The Rudest and most unprofessional woman. She wanted me to get out of my car and take caps off underneath my hood because she didn’t know how to get them off to jumpstart my car. I’m pretty sure that that’s their job not mine. She was screaming, cursing and very threatening. I would not trust these people to come out for a vulnerable person stranded on the side of the road. And yes, I reported it to my insurance company that sent them out. Her name was Tiffany. And I have it all on my driveway camera.
My son was driving home from college when a truck in front dropped a piece of metal that tore a hole in the side of his tire A quick call to Ron’s Roadside Service and he was there within a few minutes to change the tire and get him up and running. He sent me a link so I could pay by credit card making if very convenient. Great job
Terrible service. Waited 5 hours for someone to jumpstart my car. The owner came out because she said that everyone was busy. She didn’t know how to charge my battery. After waiting for 5 hours I called battery warehouse and the came out with a new battery and installed it. When the person from battery warehouse finished putting my battery in the car the owner again came back in her tesler and pulled in my driveway. I texted her telling her that I did not need her service anymore. She texted me telling me that I was rude. I told her that I gave her 5 hours just to charge my battery. Her is what she texted me back, “ That will be great… we have to help people with real emergency….not people at HOME”. She was rude and assumed that I did not work. I am a mental health therapist and was off that day because my battery had died. The owner is very rude and I would never recommend this service to anyone.
Ron is the best! My car would not start after getting gas and it was stuck at the pump. I called Ron to tow my car. It was Sunday evening of the 4th of July weekend. He was very professional and rather than just tow my car, he suggested that we try to jump start it first -- and it started right up. I was very happy with the help that he provided. If I need roadside service or towing again, I will definitely call Ron.
Ron Roadside provided a reliable, quick and efficient service multiple times. The Driver picked up my vehicle and delivered it safe and sound. He even attempted to relieve my issues by checking the car for other symptoms. I appreciate his business Ethic and 10/10 recommend.
Literally the kindest man to help me out of the worst jam. He went above and beyond the call of duty! He assessed my car’s predicament from every angle and was able to get it unstuck in under 30 minutes! He did it so fast and with no damage to my car! I highly recommend his services!

After being in a terrible situation yesterday with my gf and her vehicle, Ron came in like a hero and made sure we were both informed and comfortable with what the process was. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were kept in the loop every step of the way and he even set photos of the vehicle safe and sound at the mechanic of our choice. You’re the man Ron !!!
My boyfriend locked the keys in our truck and our FordPass app wasn’t working, trey ( I believe that was his name)came 20 minutes after we called Ford roadside and had our truck unlocked in minutes! Thanks again
Had us sitting on 80E with cars flying past for over 2 hours. PSP stopped and called the business and they hung up on the officer. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
I would never use this company ever again. The driver was rude and nasty when he called for the right address. He didn’t seem to understand that I use the insurance app to book the tow didn’t have to put any information down. All my info was available to me on the app when I booked it. The insurance company took care of then rest. Never again. Horrible service
Great service, I was stuck on the side of the highway in a very dangerous spot and an employee from Ron’s roadside service named Maleche helped me out as quick and and as safe as he could. This company is professional and efficient. I’m glad my insurance company USAA does business with them.
I met a client for breakfast, a busy day ahead of me. A waitress approached me and said my tire was flat. I called my insurance company roadside assistance program, they reached out to Ron. He appeared in no time at all, put on my donut spare, and got me on my way. My tire shop was waiting for me, repaired the original and I did not miss a single appointment. Ron was fast, efficient and very courteous - Thank you very much, Ron !
My husband ran out of gas after doing a job up in that area and after paying my insurance company to send someone out to help him and bring gas, over 4 hours later no one showed up! Ron called me and told me to cancel it through my insurance and he would help us out cheaper and faster and was super helpful and polite.
Mr. Ron helped me and my friend with a flat tire on Route 46 in NJ tonight. We are both Senior Citizens and it was dark. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. He made us feel very comfortable and fixed my tire quickly. When learning we had such a long drive ahead of us, driving only on the donut spare he checked the air pressure in the tire and gave us some good advice about getting home safely. We are now home Mr. Ron, I’m glad you were the guy sent to do this job tonight. Thank You!

Got a flat on a trip away from home with friends (all 18-19 year old choir kids with no idea how to change a tire) and Ron was a real one… very sweet/nice and professional, arrived when he said he would and changed the tire quickly. Garbage people. Set up a roadside service call through chase. After waiting an hour I called but he hung up on me for asking when the driver would call me. Then they lied to chase and said they couldn’t get in touch with me so they cancelled the call
