A bit over priced then what im used to however mostly all the shops are in the area. However unlike most shops in the area is the quality of work. They've done very good work on all the vehicles I've bought to them. Will be seeing them again.
This is the place you want to go! I've spent years looking for an honest mechanic from Scranton area down to East Stroudsburg and this is the only place I will recommend. Chris and Ben are always pleasant over the phone willing to help and get you in the shop very timely. David repaired my vehicle when I hit a deer and the work he did was beautiful. You can not tell that repairs were even done. The car looked like i pulled it off the lot when he was done. Klay has serviced my car frequently, from left to right and I would not trust my car to be serviced by anyone else. All of the gentlemen I've met at KCL Automotive are so kind, honest and reliable. I'm telling you this is the place you want to go, this is a place you can trust. Thank you all so much! You're all amazing!!!!

Driving from OH to PA is already an 8 hour drive on a good day and it really freaked us out when the check engine light came out so we stopped by this local shop on our way and they got us seen really fast which was appreciated because we were already behind. It turned out we just needed a quick air filter change and while we were there we had the oil done too
Chris (the receiptionist) was really nice and explained everything and Ben was also super great and made sure our vehicle was okay from top to bottom since we were doing that long road trip

I come here often when i need anything. And it's convenient and great to schedule though sometimes too popular by demand my estimated time is roughly a little longer but I don't mind as it's worth the wait.
Excellent shop! I was having car trouble, I was forced to keep taking my car back to my old mechanic, it was terrible. A friend recommend KCL so I gave them a shot. They were able to find and fix the problem! My car works fine now and I recommend KCL every chance I get.
I been using KCL for some time now. They handle my vehicles as if they were their own. They are honest and give fair prices and take their time to explain any repairs that need to be made. I highly recommend this garage for your automotive needs. I trust them with all my vehicles from antique to current models.
I have taken my car to Dave for 10 years. He does honest business and professional work at an affordable price. Most people in the area shy away from German cars and I have never had an issue with Dave for body work or mechanial.
This shop has had new owners since around 9/2020. They are definitely not as honest as the old owner. I took my son’s car there in October 2020 for a water pump repair. I got a written quote for 1.5 hours labor. When my son went to pick up the car they tried to charge him for 2.5 hours. Crooks! I used to take my cars to this shop often in the past, but no more!
Good god, how I wish I had known of this place before I went out this morning and got ripped off by Mavis in E berg (& all the other countless mechanics in the burgs who have ripped me off and acted like a bunch of a-holes). Chris is so lovely and personable and extremely courteous. Clay and the bearded gentleman who assisted me were great. They went out of their way to diagnose the reason for my check engine light, which turned out to be nothing. The shop I had been to earlier told me a I needed a new alternator and battery which would have cost me hundreds of dollars. They also quoted me the lowest price out of every other place I called for an estimate for the alternator I thought I needed but didn't. These guys are super honest and treat customers with courtesy, and that's something you don't find too much of anymore, sadly. I will absolutely use them for future car maintenance and repair.
Very satisfied. I had three fairly big holes in the floor of my car. My mechanic referred me to TC. He did a fabulous job repairing them. Worked all day on it and didn't price gouge me. "Affordable" for sure. Also, really nice people. Oh, and I'm a woman.

I've used them a couple of times and have found Lonny to be considerate, professional and honest, so I will be patronizing this establishment anytime I need auto repairs. Their prices are very reasonable!
I have been using them for years. Never once have i found the service or the prices to be unsatisfactory. Honest, reliable, and efficient every time i been there. My car was always finished when i was told it would be and there as no "surprise" costs i was told straight from the gate the cost and time it would take. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
