Having just replaced my engine only for it to turn out that someone made a mistake and it was ruined less than 24 hours after getting my car back left me a mess. Chris handled the situation well when informing me and didn't add to my stress. Very helpful.
This place is so great, they helped me when I was driving home and the tire warning light came on. I was concerned about getting a flat tire on Route 80. The owner and employees are very customer focused and friendly. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you something about Adam, i called from 200 miles away to make an emergency alignment appointment. Even though i informed him a metal pole jumped out in front of this Mitsubishi puffball (mirage) and caused the replacement of full right-side steering he confidently answered with the super hero quote “shouldn’t be a problem, we will make room for it today”. 10/10 service and will make sure if i ever break down with chassis issues I'm dragging my car to this shop
Excellent service! Quick and easy! However I would encourage the techs to put a seat mat cover down especially with my beige interior. My seat was dirty.

I made an appointment online for an inspection and two tires to be installed. When I showed up they did not have an inspector on duty nor the tires I had selected. Although the website showed the tires as being available and a vehicle inspection available. When I was at the counter another customer arrived that had booked online a vehicle inspection as well. The person behind the counter offered me no resolution. Mavis is a waste of time.
The guys stayed 3 hours past closing to get my vehicle finished after running into difficulties with two bolts so I can continue with work the next day. Thank god for these people. Patience is the key to great work.

We recently had our vehicle fixed up at this location, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, a very kind gentleman named Adam took care of us keeping us in the loop about everything that was happening with the car and helping us make choices to get what the car needed at an amazing affordable price. We will definitely continue to come to this Mavis Tire location.
Synthetic oil change, tire rotation (no charge) State Inspection. Customer waiting area with TV & window where you could see your car being worked on. Staff was very helpful and informative.
Bought the tires at the Stroudsburg location. They mounted and balanced the tires. My truck had a vibration in it from the tires. They spent the time to go thru all the tires and found 2 tires were defective. They went thru 6 tires to find 2 tires that were not defective. The installer, Larry, made sure all the tires balanced correctly and the manager made sure I was satisfied when it was completed. Not too many company stores do that anymore.
Was traveling and got a flat tire on the weekend. The team at Mavis was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The team provided us with great service and were extremely flexible with their schedule. It made a very frustrating circumstance easier to manage.

I stopped by last week when my warning light showed that my tire pressure was unusual. I was driving from NY with my young adult daughter. The worker checked all of my tires and added air where needed. I should have told the worker how much I appreciated his help. He didn’t try to scam me and say I had a flat and needed a new tire. It was raining and later in the day and I was nervous about driving since I had a lot of driving to do. I know we all have days we don’t want to go to work and we wonder if what we do makes any difference. That worker made a difference for me on that day. Thank you .
Wanting because my low tire light was on. I had a flat last week and thought it might be still leaking. Unfortunately the roadside assistance filled my tires incorrectly. They checked all of my tires for leaks, inflated them all properly and reset my computer. All for no charge. I will be back when I need tires in a few months. Great company and wonderful people working behind the counter!
Very happy with the service I received. Needed struts and an inspection. Inspection showed I needed tires, control arm and at last minute the brakes were leaking. Car was there all day and Kevin drove us home and picked us up. They gave us discounts where they could and were very courteous. Priced around on the cost of struts and they were very competitive.
I was having trouble with a tire loosing air and stopped in to have it checked without an appointment. They were wonderful! They got me in quickly and found a nail causing the problem. Fixed it with no charge!! I have been going there for over 2 years and always have been treated so good and everyone has been so great with every service I have had done. I don't usually do reviews, but they deserve the recognition for all they do. This has been the best place I have ever been to in all my years of dealing with car services. I highly recommend them!!. Thank you guys!
They installed my new tires on my new rims with ease and even gave me items on my suspension I should consider getting looked at soon. Highly recommended!
