I was over the top pleased with the service I received from Ray Price. From start to finish, Ray Price exceeded all of our expectations. Corey and Melissa were exceptional in working the deal on our new Volvo. Professional, Courteous, Helpful, and extremely knowledgeable are four words I would use to describe them. I really can’t say enough about how happy we were to work with them ! I will also go on record and say I am one not to leave reviews. I recently purchased a certified Volvo, and while I’m happy with the car itself, the overall buying experience was disappointing. When I initially discussed the financing terms with the salesperson and manager, I was given one understanding. But when it came time to finalize everything, the numbers changed — and I wasn’t informed until the very end of the process. When I brought this up, the salesperson said they would speak to the head of finance and get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything since. It feels like no one is taking responsibility or offering a clear solution. I expected more transparency and accountability from a premium brand like Volvo.

Sold car from underneath us after credit application and provided personal documents AND had car registered under our insurance policy after ensuring us it would not sell within the evening before purchasing. Afterwards sales manager offered no competitive pricing on similar vehicle after fumbling first vehicle and send exact MSRP listed on website. Save time and take your business elsewhere

Made an online appointment to test a drive a certified pre-owned Volvo and received multiple confirmation emails. Drove an hour to test drive and see the car at our appointment time and it wasn’t at the dealer. A manager took it home and was off on the day of our appointment. Then they tried to sell us a newer car that cost $15,000 more. So they lied to us to get us their, they are adding miles to certified pre-owned cars letting employees take them home and then tried to upsell us something we weren’t interested in.

My wife and I bought our 2nd new car (s90) from rp volvo a couple of weeks ago. I woke up on a Tursday morning to find we had a flat tire. called the service department. Dani was wonderful she got me in less than an hour for the repair. Turned out the tire had a hole in an area on the tire where it could not get repaired. Dani said they did have the tire in stock but would get on here for a Thursday pick-up. Not only did the have car ready on Wedensday there was no charge for the brand new tire. when I went to pickup the car Janice in service knew who I was . she had the paper ready and I was in and out in 5mins Thank you Dani, Janice and RP Volvo for a great customer service experience!

I recently visited Ray Price Volvo in the Poconos for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection on my 2007 Volvo XC90. Unfortunately, the experience left me deeply disappointed. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and riddled with issues. When I arrived with my 16-month-old daughter, no one greeted us, even as I took her out of her car seat. After waiting for someone to acknowledge me, I was finally helped by Janice Stiff, the service manager. Her dismissive attitude set the tone for the rest of the visit. It was clear that they had no interest in helping a customer with an older, high-mileage vehicle. Instead, I felt judged and dismissed, as if I wasn’t worth their time because I wasn’t driving a brand-new Volvo. This kind of bias is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they used the wrong oil in my vehicle—a “Mazda 5W-30 Conventional” oil that doesn’t meet the ACEA A1/B1 specifications required by Volvo. I’ve since contacted Volvo corporate about this issue because it directly contradicts the vehicle's maintenance standards and could impact performance and safety. If they can’t even handle something as basic as an oil change correctly, how can they be trusted to safely perform more complex repairs? It’s obvious that Ray Price Volvo doesn’t care about customer safety or maintaining older vehicles. Their priority seems to be catering to customers with new cars while disregarding those of us who drive older models. This is completely against what I thought Volvo stood for. I had high hopes for Ray Price Volvo, especially since we’ve been considering buying a new Volvo to replace our totaled Subaru. Sadly, this experience has completely soured my perception of the dealership and damaged my trust in the Volvo brand. If you care about receiving quality service and being treated with respect, look elsewhere. Ray Price Volvo falls far short of what you should expect from a Volvo dealership.

Corey is the best salesman in the game!! he is highly recommended, there was no pressure whatsoever, came forward to meet my budget, he made me have the best experience at the time i came down to pick up the car and he was very patient. Two weeks ago, I picked up a 2024 Volvo S60 from Ray Price Volvo. I had been loving that car from a distance for a long time, now I get to love it up close. On November 18, 2023 I purchased a Volvo S60 2024 sedan from Ray Price Volvo. My sales person was Mohammad Khan, I must say Mohammad made my purchase very pleasant. He was very personable and knowledgeable overall, just a really nice guy. He was also very patient with me since I’m not very Internet savvy he made sure to connect and Sync my phone to my car. He made sure to answer all my questions, and he continue to answer any questions I have if I call him. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. Thank you, Mohammad.

Mo our salesman was very friendly & knowledgeable about the car, but not pushy. I usually know more about the car than the sales person, but not this time! The purchase was very pleas for a change, except for all the PA paperwork. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Mo & the dealership.

Rob spent time with me explaining every detail of the car. If you are looking to buy a car at Ray Price, ask for Rob Nelson. He is the best. As for the financing department, Anthony, worked hard to find the right rate by checking several banks. He explained the paperwork to me and signing everything was easy. Anthony made me feel comfortable. He is excellent at working the financing. Overall, Ray Price Volvo is the place to go to buy a car. I had a great experience.

Very quick and professional experience at Ray Price Volvo. Mohammad Khan was excellent and incredibly informative. There was no pressure to buy and he was very patient with me while I made the decision to purchase a beautiful C-40 Recharge. Mr. Khan took the time to have the car ready, clean and charged upon my arrival. He also answered every question I had about the electric car and then answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. After the sale was finalized he sat in the car with me to set up all of the profiles so that the car was personalized to me before I even left the lot. Anthony the financial manager was ready with all paperwork when I arrived, the paperwork was signed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. The next day mr Khan followed up to make sure that the car performed correctly on my ride home and to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. I would absolutely go to Ray Price Volvo again to purchase another car in the future.

Super helpful and eager to sell me a car until I left the lot to get remaining paperwork. I purchased a Volvo last year for my wife without issue from them, previous salesman was great, can’t say the same about the current staff. If you don’t bring thousands cash to put down they don’t treat you like a priority. You’d think in this market where they can’t even get cars and gas is at an all time high they would be more inclined to sell a truck. An absolute joke. Will be taking my money and business elsewhere.

A most wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful car at Ray Price Volvo. Robert Nelson was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He spent so much time explaining all the features of the car before and after the sale of the car. When we picked up the car it was immaculate and they even put out the red carpet. Anthony the finance professional was great to deal with. He explained warranty details and provided great options at fair prices. Bought a car for my wife from here last weekend and went back this weekend and bought one for myself because the service was so great! We drove an hour and a half here for the Volvo my wife wanted and Stewart, Robert, and the finance manager Anthony took such great care of us I had to go back for myself. There was never any pressure to buy and they gave a more than fair price for our trade ins. I will not buy from anywhere else the long drive was totally worth it!

My wife and I purchased our 2021 Volvo XC40 R Design from Ray Price, absolutely beautiful dealership with even better customer service. Our sales guy Corey was awesome, he kept in touch with me everyday with updates on the cars delivery, what still needed to be done and more. He was absolutely awesome to deal with and will get my business in the future. The sales manager Felix was just as great, he kept me in the loop with everything as well and really expressed with Corey their desire to ensure everything went smooth for us.
