Part of the Kelly car family, but I drive a Nissan. This dealership was extremely close to my job, and they were able to complete my inspection for me. It was SO convenient and fast. Both Scott Daugherty and Clyde Mumma were wonderful. Highly recommend this awesome service department!

I came in for an oil change and somehow I got the wrong time and I missed it. They were still able to accommodate me and finish everything within timely manner.

I got an oil change and tire change and they did an exceptional job. It was super fast and while waiting they dropped us off at tj max so we could shop around while we wait. Would recommend!

From the moment I called to setup appointment the customer service experience began. An appointment was available quickly within a couple of days. Upon arrival Alexandria Bohal was ready with a tablet on hand to check me in for the service. She not only grabbed my wallet from vehicle but also provided insight into services that I needed to address at the 60,000 mile point. One service was performed today and additional will be scheduled. Unfortunately the issue that brought me in was partially addressed and covered by warranty but additional replacement is not. Thanks Alex for keeping me in the loop throughout the service process. Definitely delivered more than expected on my first visit and what can I say about the check on service bay!!! Only negative is the AI entity that you get when setting up the appointment via phone; not comfortable with those but know more dealerships are moving towards that direction. Regards, Sandoval

I had my car inspected and service… Bought my 2020 Tucson in Dec/2019… now at 82,500 miles… always been serviced by dealership( Major/Kelley)… Sometimes ok… Sometimes bad… This time it was very good

Sara Early was an excellent service advisor. The tread on my tires was well worn and she showed a great deal of concern for me out on the icy roads. She was able to secure a great price for new tires, mounting and balance the same day. Thank you Sara for making my experience so pleasant.

On January 29th, 2026 I sat in the beautiful waiting room of Kelly Hyundai waiting for my SUV and I observed various departments since it was my first time there. Suffice to say Eric Goodwine was my service manager and I told my situation then I sat. Moments later Eric updated me on repairs/ recalls( that he realized wasn’t done) because I knew of only one. Eric level of concern for the PUBLIC is beyond greatness! Also as I observed the other Advisors a high sense of care lingers about them. This Kelly Hyundai service dept is very thorough and highly recommends it .

I received the best attentive customer care from Eric Goodwine! He was patient and understanding, and worked to find me the best deal, and I was able to get the majority of the work done on my car and drive away safe. I’ll be back and definitely will stick with his service.

When I say THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT, I mean exactly that. I have been getting my cars serviced here for 2 years now. I don't even have a Hyundai anymore and STILL Kelly Hyundai of Stroudsburg is my only option when it comes to servicing my vehicle. From effective communication to fair quotes, I always have an A+ experience. And my point of contact, SARA, talk about a GEM. In a world where customer care seems to be a thing of the past, Sara keeps it very much alive! Everyone there is lovely, just the same, she is the only one I schedule my appointments with; she never disappoints!

I took my Elantra N in for an alignment and tire rotation. I told my service advisor to please not rip my car around, He assured me that “Our techs don’t have the time for that” While sitting in the waiting area I hear my car popping throughout the parking lot which means they cold started my car, Put it in N mode and started hanging the revs in a cold car(car should be at temp before you start hanging revs or gunning it). The tech didn’t wear a seatbelt through his little joyride and started speeding down the road for a “test drive” it seems like they took me saying please don’t rip my car around as a challenge. Im very disappointed and upset, If you take your car here they will abuse it, waste gas, and obviously don’t care for customers requests. The attached picture if from my dashcam and the tech. The service advisor who lied to me is Eric Goodwine. It looks like the tech who worked on my car is Jillian Lydon. Just not acceptable or appreciated.

If I could rate 0 I would. I came in TWICE for a recall issue. It needed to be approved by corporate. They only needed to take photos. The first set was done incorrectly- not sure how that’s possible. The second set THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE CLAIM!! I have been calling the dealership and the collision shop they told me I needed to contact- I have been hung up on or disconnected from the call consistently. I was sent straight to voicemails and never called back on any occasion. I only found out my claim wasn’t submitted after calling corporate for help after over 2 months of the back and forth. Terrible terrible terrible company that should not be in business
