My experience at Ray Price Lincoln was exceptionally good. My sales associate, James, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the various offerings of the dealership. He helped me find my perfect vehicle and was very responsive to my inquiries throughout the purchasing process. The sales manager, Nick, was very courteous and reasonable in discussions regarding pricing options. I work long hours and often needed to come later in the evenings to meet with the team. They were always generous with their time, and I never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend this dealership for your future car buying needs.
I recently scheduled an appointment to view a Lincoln Aviator at this dealership, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Before making the hour-long drive, I called to confirm the vehicle was still available. I was told it was, and I was even sent a text confirming an appointment time for 2:30 PM.
When my wife and I arrived—having taken valuable time out of our busy schedules—we found the vehicle completely unprepared. It was covered in snow, would not start, and had what appeared to be old food or vomit covered in mold on the seat belt. For a vehicle listed at over $28,000, the absolute minimum expectation is that it should be cleaned, functioning, and ready for a scheduled test drive this vehicle would even start!
This level of neglect was unacceptable and left us with no interest in viewing anything else on the lot. It was clear to us that customer time and basic presentation standards are not a priority at this Stroudsburg dealership.
If you plan to visit, I strongly recommend insisting they verify the vehicle is cleaned, running, and truly ready before making the trip. Our experience suggests that these basic steps are not taken unless prompted.

Ray Price Ford and Lincoln are absolutely beyond wonderful. I have owned three Ford escapes and when 2025 came I converted to a Lincoln and I could not be happier with the vehicle the service and Jay the salesman was amazing. You cannot go wrong. They are honest and they don’t pull punches they tell you the truth and help you get into the car of your dreams. God bless you, Ray Price Ford and Lincoln.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle here. From the very first contact with the sales Manager Kevin S, and the sales rep. James W. who went over the vehicle during the test drive to signing the contract, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and straightforward. The Sales Manager and Sales Representative were both professional, honest, and respectful of my time.
The out-the-door price we agreed upon never changed, which really showed their integrity and commitment to a fair, no-surprise buying process. It was refreshing to work with a team that values transparency and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.

I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger from Ray Price Ford. Sales and finance departments are awesome, the guy doing your trade in value was terrible Kelly Blue book value $3500 and he offered $1500. I can see being off a few $100 but to be off $2000 even after I explained another dealer offered more than KBB a month prior.
I needed to have my Lincoln serviced. It was easy to get a quick appointment to have it looked at. The staff was friendly and helpful. After they diagnosed the problem, it wasn't long before they had the parts and were ready to fix my car. The work was prompt and well done. I wish other Lincoln customer service was this good.

Both transactions went smoothly from initial contact through pricing and delivery. The sales person , Jaden Hurdle , handled both transactions in a courteous and professional manner.
I had a last minute emergency and was able to get in same day. Colleen at service was very helpful and the tech was quick and thorough. Highly recommend.
Just bought my first car here. Everyone was extremely nice but Jaden H. was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive to my concerns and needs when it came to this big purchase. I was 10000% comfortable with the whole process and would highly recommend.
I was having an issue with a shift control module that would leave my car stuck in park and would not go into any other gear. Brought my vehicle to two other Lincoln dealerships performance Lincoln Ford of Randolph is absolutely the worst dealership there is absolutely horrible service across the board. Ray Price Lincoln is where I bought my Continental from and what other dealerships couldn't fix overall of a length of time a year and a half Ray Price was able to diagnose fix and I have my car back to me within 2 weeks and the only reason why was because I ordered tires at the last minute. And Ariana in service is absolutely a dream to work with explain the whole process communication back and forth to me throughout the servicing and just her overall way of me feeling comfortable with Ray Price was fantastic
Repair are overpriced. They charge $160 to hook a machine to read the check engine code. Midas and auto zone charge nothing. The repair cost at the dealership was double what I paid at Midas
First time going to this location. Scheduled an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. Was in and out within an hour. Waiting area was really nice and accomodating. My advisor, Colleen, was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Will definitely be going back for future service needs.
The entire transaction was made as easy as possible all of the paperwork was expedited. The delivery of our new vehicle went flawless. The sales team spent all the time we needed to show us all of the features and connect our devices. Could not be happier with entire car buying process.
I enjoy coming to Lincoln Ford. The perks that come with a simple oil change is a nice change from a place like valvoline or local mechanics. They’re a little time consuming but good things take time right. What mechanic you know washes your car for an oil change ? ! Worth the few extra dollars . I won’t trust no one touching my MKZ but the dealership !

My sales rep, Christian, the sales managers Nick and Rich and the finance person, Anthony were courteous and professional, making what could be a nerve racking process very easy with zero stress. Ray Price Lincoln makes it super-easy to get your vehicle inspected and maintained at their location in Saylorsburg. The customer waiting area is perfect for me to work from the Shop, and do any phone calls I need to make. Plus, there's coffee and tea. I appreciate the attention they pay to customers; which is why I am a repeat customer!!!

I just want people to use reasonable thinking. My wife and I purchased a Honda Pilot with 56000 miles in January 2022. I put 59000 miles and just took to the shop march 21 2022 for a slow leak in the tire. The technician comes back and states that I need 2 control arms brakes and rotors . I call my sales rep which his name is mike and he was no help at all saying the they can’t replace the brakes and rotors due to wear and tear. This vehicle was sold to me with these issues making it a safety hazard. Mike has been no help at all. I contacted Nick Rizzo a sales manager to see if he can be more help than my sales rep mike was.. So let’s see what happens today?

My car broke down, far from home. This dealership got me right in, and made an unfortunate situation much better. Not a bad place to be stranded, by the way. Had a nice cup of coffee from the coffee bar and drank it by the outdoor fire table while I waited for a ride. Repair cost was reasonable, communication was good and staff was very courteous! Would definitely recommend!
