UPDATE: I received a call from the Service Manager today, and he offered me an earlier appointment for next week. While this is still worrysome to me, I appreciate the effort they made to accomodate me. I bought a 2025 Kia Telluride on 12/31/25 and a 2026 Kia Sportage on 3/30/26. The Telluride now at 3,300 miles makes a loud ticking noise when I set the air conditioning below 72 degrees for the driver's side. So I called for an appointment to have it diagnosed and fixed, and I was told it will take 2 weeks before they have time. I made the appointment, but I find it troublesome that I have to wait 2 weeks to have a problem at a new car under full warranty to be diagnosed and repaired. I guess I should have done my research about the service department before committing to this dealership.

Always great service at Abeloff Kia and they always advocate for me for warranty coverage. $80k miles on my Telluride and going strong. Worth the trip from Essex Co, NJ

Really rubbed me the wrong way. I went in to test drive 1 used car. It was ok, a bit out of my price range. When my salesperson realized I wasn't going to buy right then and there, he had the owner or manager come over and press me. They were really trying to sell me the idea of Kia being a premium brand, saying things like "we don't give a lot of cars to rental companies like Chevy or Ford do" (as if Kia is better for that reason). I LITERALLY had just told the manager or owner that rental is how I became interested in Kia. Trying to make it into some snobby brand really turned me off. It's a freakin' Kia, ok? It's not Porche. I'm a down to earth person, and a single woman... I do not appreciate the " hard sell." I don't like being pushed. In fact, I run from it. I ran. I could not get out of there quick enough with the tag-team pushy sales style. I texted that same night that I test drove at Kia. I told my salesperson I am not interested and decided to go with a Ford. I got about 12? texts and calls, telling me how superior the car is, etc. (What do I care? I didn't like it as much as a Ford Escape. Give me a break, as if telling me a car is better, is going to change my mind. The Ford just drove better and fits my lifestyle better.) Then the manager guy called and left a message. This is all AFTER I informed them I decided to go with a different company. I blocked them. Kia might be a good car, but NO WAY am I entering into any kind of arrangement with the people working there. The people, not exactly the car, left a really bad impression of the Kia company for me

My thanks to Ryan and his team. My 2019 Sorento developed a cracked valve problem in one of the cylinders. Even though my vehicle was over 100,000 mile warranty, Ryan worked with me to get the problem diagnosed, solved and repaired in a relatively short amount of time at a fair and reasonable price, also worked with my extended warranty company to get some of the repair covered. The end result was perfect, my vehicle is back to normal and running great. I'm a very happy camper! I'm a retired disabled senior citizen, Ryan went out of his way to help me and to put me in a loaner until my vehicle was ready. Ableoff Kia treats their customers with respect and dignity, and now this is the only place I would take or trust to service my vehicle. I highly recommend them for anyone who owns a Kia. You guys deserve five stars in my book! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We gave them consent to run our credit once the day we were there. They not only ran my husband's credit 7 times but did it the next day without our consent. We also have proof from Experian. When we emailed Anthony with the proof he offered no response and told us to call TransUnion and tell them that we never accepted the offer so they could remove the 7 inquiries that they placed on my husband's credit report.

I leased a 2023 Sportage from this dealership and they gave me 6 free oil changes. They have a 2 weeks wait time for an oil change, how long does it take to change oil?? They offer these perks to sell you a car but when it is time to provide service they tell you that we are fully booked for weeks. Either this is intentional or you need to hire more people. Do better Abeloff Kia and stop these nonsense tactics. Avoid buying from Abeloff Kia, there are other dealerships in PA who offer better service than these people.

Disappointed that they couldn't find out why engine light came on in my 2021 Sportage. Had it towed because I was afraid to drive it. They said it misfired & could be any one of numerous causes but no definitive diagnosis. They were very nice but still, without knowing why. I'm nervous about driving it.

I have a 2022 Kia carnival. Purchased it from another dealer. It died completely and AAA was unable to get it started. Kia had it towed to abelof Kia and their service department was very helpful. I appreciated Mike texting me a number that I can text or call for updates. He always kept me updated as to the progress and notified me as soon as the repair was compete.

Can never schedule an appointment for an oil change. Very dissatisfied with Kia Service department with scheduling. Never have appointments available when need them. Always have to go somewhere else to get oil done. We get free oil changes from purchasing our vehicle here. Yet, can never schedule. I call several days ahead to schedule an oil change, yet they can never accommodate. I even offer to leave car, so they can do it when they can get to it, through out the day. My goodness, it's a 20 minute oil change tops.

Came here to get my engine replaced in my Kia Optima, something I never had to do before so wasn’t too sure as to how to go about it. I called Abeloff Kia and had the pleasure of speaking with Sean & Tim who told me to bring the car in so they can take a look. From start to finish they were professional and told you everything about the car, didn’t try to force any unnecessary services, but made me aware of things that may need to be done in the future. Quick, easy and professional! I’ll refer any Kia owner I know here to be helped out. These guys are awesome and so nice! Thank you 😄
