My daughter was stranded off the side of the highway. I called Shaw Towing Services and Dalton (Owner) sprung into action! 15 mins later on site! 20 mins later delivered my Daughter and her vehicle to the auto repair station. Very trustworthy and reasonable rates.

Miles away from home. He gave me a few options about towing or having it towed to a garage and worked on same day with someone he knew. He was reasonable with pricing and treated me like family would use him again . Dalton was quick and efficient with the tow and saved me money on a sunday getting my vehicle fixed
Great service from Dalton. Our car was stranded on a very steep incline on a very icy trail. I called Shaw's and Dalton asked some questions and came up with a good game plan. He visited the site and assessed. We met two days later and he was able to get us back on the road in no time! His communication was great, he was punctual and his price was more than fair. Dalton took great care of us when we needed help. Highly recommended!!
My son's car wouldn't start. We wanted to just get it home. It was a Sunday so we didn't know if anyone would be available. I took a chance with Shaw towing and wasn't disappointed. He was very polite and informative. He gave us a quote right away and showed up promptly after we called. He was reliable, professional and got the job done quickly. Had such a terrible day and to add on my tire blowing out on me. But I called Shaw towing and the gentleman that showed up came in Less than 20 min and was polite and nice about everything and gave me a decent price on my tow I will definitely call them again if I ever need a tow. Van broke down at 10:30 PM on the highway. Called Shaw, he drove out and had my van fixed up and driving by 11:30 PM. Would highly recommend Shaw if you get a flat or need a tow, great guy

Hello, I’d like to share my experience with Shaw Towing. I called, he answered and was friendly and easy to speak too! Dalton was and is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, respectful, helpful and just an all around great guy! We got my truck towed, no problem! Price was fair! We had the absolute best experience when dealing with a sudden double flat on our vehicle. Dalton was professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. He was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He offered various payment options (whereas another tow service I called demanded cash on the spot... Like I'm supposed to have that kind of cash when I'm stranded on the side of the road). Overall top notch experience from Dalton when dealing with a difficult situation. Appreciate his professionalism very much! Highly recommend

There was some serious problems when picking up our truck and the man who had our truck in his shop stole our tires/rims/battery and Dalton not only stayed with us the entire time and waited for the cops with us but also came back hours later to finally tow our truck home!
I do not know a single person/towing company who would have stayed that long to wait for the cops (which took over an hour after we called) and didn’t even want any compensation for his time since he didn’t actually tow anything the first time he came; but we insisted! I am so grateful we met Dalton because I am not sure what we would have done without him! Our truck is home safe because of him!
If I could give 100 stars I would! 10/10 I definitely recommend!!!
We called Shaw because we got a flat trailer tire on the highway with a narrow shoulder and couldn’t fix it without help. He answered the phone quickly, was willing to come out without making it seem like a chore, and got there quick. He got the job done quickly and professionally. When we were stressed with a car full of kids on the side of the highway, his attitude was everything. Very fair price considering the circumstances. The best type of experience you could hope for in a tough situation!
I called Shaw Towing to tow a truck that is a part of our fleet, and they said that they would be able to get someone out there within the hour! I called 8 other tow companies to assist and not a single one could! For your quick turn around time and excellent customer service if we are ever in your area again and need service you will be first on my list!!

Dalton is a great guy. Responsive, helpful, courteous. We had a tricky tow, and there was some unavoidable light damage to my driveway in the process. Many cars scrape given the grade and transition to the street, so I thought nothing of it. But Dalton was extremely apologetic and insistent on fixing it. That sort of diligence and sense of responsibility is rare these days.

One of our wheels started coming loose on the side of the highway on Thanksgiving weekend in the Poconos, and Shaw Towing showed up in 30 minutes, carefully brought the car onto the truck even with our finicky wheel, and took the car + us to an auto repair shop and carefully brought the car back down to get fixed. Fast and great service - thanks!!!
Dalton answered my emergency call after 9pm and was out to assist with my flat tire super quick. He was done fixing my flat before I could pull cash out of an ATM. When I told him I had a long drive he even gave some extra patches just in case I ran into any other issues.
None of the other tow company said they could do anything other than tow my car to a shop but shaw towing went above and beyond and got me on the road super quick.
I would highly recommend if you need assistance giving them a call!!!
