Jim does a fantastic job. A deer inserted itself into my Tahoe's engine compartment on Thanksgiving evening, brought it to Jim and it looks as good as it did when I drove it off the lot.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt confident in their evaluation of what was required to resolve my vehicle repair issues. I highly recommend their services! Great job!
Jim wasn’t able to help me with my situation but he was very pleasant and took the time to listen to me explain what a mess my truck ended up in from a previous shop

I always use this shop - every accident I’ve ever had , and I’ve always gotten amazing results. Now this morning my daughter locked my keys in my Ford Explorer and I called Jim first to see if he could help and of course they could and his driver was out to my house within 10 minutes. Obviously that is amazing because when your keys get locked in the car in the morning, you’re panicky with all the stuff you have to do and how late you are going to be. the man was extremely nice professional and patient. he was even empathetic to the situation lol. My car was open within 10 to 15 minutes cause these guys really are rare nowadays because the price wasnt bad and well worth the convenience! Thanks again Jim !
BEWARE OF FRAUDSTER!
The owner, Jim, talks to women (probably to all customers) like garbage. He wanted to charge me over $400 for a 2.2 mile tow!!! Then he basically said he’d forget the outrageous charge if I just hand over my vehicle’s title to him. He clearly takes advantage of people. Save yourself the headache and avoid this business! Total fraudster and liar with zero bedside manner - an all around angry old man. 1/5 Would Not Recommend.
