Bobby is amazing!!! I was waiting for AAA and after 4 hours called Riede’s Towing. They are local, came in 20 minutes, professional, courteous and they most importantly Always Answer the Phone!!! Even dropped me off at home as it was very late. I can’t say enough good things about their service. Don’t hesitate just call them and they will take care of you.

Ended up needing a tow in the middle of a storm, they were competitively priced and got to us in about a half hour which was greatly appreciated. The owner/operator Bobby was very friendly and great to deal with. Thank you guys for the fast, professional service!

Bobby was awesome. He’s super nice and professional. Worth every penny. I priced a few tows to get my car to the service center and Bobby was fair, fast and great to work with.

Highly recommended. Came to our rescue with his sidekick Buddy when my car died omw to Jersey and almost 50 miles from home. Extremely professional. Will def keep number if I ever need a tow again.

My car alarm kept going off and it locked up my car and of course a second hand car and no key fob. I was in the freezing cold for about 2 hours and had 3 men and a lady try to help me but nothing worked. A young lady at Mignosi's was kind enough to call a tow truck for me. The man known as the car genie showed up said let me see your keys and he locked the car door unlocked it got in started it right up. The best $25.00 I've ever spent!!!!

My vehicle broke down out of state near the boarder of Jersey and Pennsylvania on Sunday during the holiday weekend. Not a great situation to find myself in. Called this company and they answer right away at 8am and helped me identify where I was exactly so they can pick me up in tow truck. Extremely fast and helpful, they arrived about ten mins after I called. Russell was the tow truck driver and quickly and efficiently loaded my vehicle on the tow truck. I had a coolant leak and he offered to open the shop on Sunday , as he is typically closed on Sunday. He got us back to the shop figured out the problem and determined it to be the water pump. He pick up the part himself and stayed open to fix my vehicle. Because of him, I was not stuck out of state. Russell and his company are professional, friendly and experts at what they do. I now have a friend in Pennsylvania! Thank you Russell.

Very strange experience. I called for a tow when my son got into a car accident on a rainy Friday night and whoever picked up the phone refused to help us! He claimed that the place where my son wanted to take his car for repairs is a terrible business and instead of suggesting another place that we could get it repaired, he said, "I won't take any cars there, " and HUNG UP ON ME. Call Lupo's if you need a tow -- they were prompt, courteous and very helpful.

Rich and his wife are amazing people. They helped me get back out on the road when my gear shift was yanked and needed to be replaced. He did his best to not break my bank when replacing the piece. They came out in the middle of the night to tow me off route 80. They truly care and I highly recommend. Great business

Tire patching Major dangerous auto repair- wheel arm and balancing. Good repair work They were amazing. Answered our call late at night. Were reassuring, explained everything. So nice! they drive us to and from a local library while they did the work

Excellent service. There are no words to express my appreciation to Carol, Brian and Russell. I needed a tow and when I called, I spoke with Carol who didn't waste any time having Brian bring the truck to pick myself and my car back to the shop. Within minutes of getting there, Russell had the car diagnosed. It couldn't be fixed that night due to the part needed. But it was all fixed up by the next morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very honest, down to earth people. 5 stars isn't enough to show my gratitude.

We had car trouble on a Sunday and couldn’t get the car started while trying to leave with my family from Great wolf lodge because they were shutting down the resort for renovations. In a panic because I couldn’t find anyone who is open on a Sunday with a mechanic, and no where to stay the night, I called this towing company, who picked up right away. He couldn’t come get us right away but assured me that if I could not find someone quicker he would tow us to his shop and get the car fixed that day. He made suggestions we could try to get the car working in the meantime. We ended up figuring out the problem and eventually we were on our way. I appreciated his suggestions and reassurance that we would be taken care of on a Sunday, no matter what time!

On our 42’ motorhome the serpentine belt snapped due to a frozen A/C compressor. Cummins ISL 9 engine. I located the compressor and Russel and I installed along with a new serpentine belt. Russel and Carrol’s commitment and empathy to our misfortune was very reassuring. I highly recommend this neat complete business.Great experience!

Awesome experience. Had a breakdown with the family on Memorial Day. We were 1.5 hours from home. We called a few towing company, but they were the only ones to call back. They came quickly, were very pleasant, and made sure to give a receipt for my car insurance company. Very, very pleased. They are good people. Sending good karma their way.

Literally saved us! After getting a flat and being stranded near Bushkill Falls and then A LOT of hassle from insurance they came and picked up us, towed us to the shop and changed the tire. They were so nice and extremely fast as well as very compassionate towards our insurance debacle. 10/10! Also, they have the CUTEST dog! Very thankful for the experience. Definitely will return if other car troubles arise.

Drove during the snowstorm that just past and slid to a curb. While everyone was closed due to the storm, Russell picked up fast and said he will come to tow my suv as soon as the snow slowed down and main roads cleared. A few hours later, I was with Russell and Carol at their shop and could not be any happier. Although it was Saturday they did the best they could to get the lower control arm that I needed to get back in the road, the parts weren’t available. Long story short, Russell took care of us and made us feel welcome. He fixed the car and it’s running great. Highly recommend to fix any car issues you have. Great customer service and very understanding, picked me up from Tannersville when my car had a flat and offered to fix and replace my tires for a reasonable price. Plus they actually answered and i wasn’t stuck talking to a robot for 30 minutes to get nowhere. Definitely coming back for any car repairs.

Had a tired blow out and called them for a tire change. The person said will be there in a half hour and it’s $150 cash, to which I obliged. About a half hour passes and we receive a text from the man and I called him immediately. He started berating me on the phone saying he couldn’t find our location and called us three times. I apologized for not receiving the calls but we were in a poor service area in a parking lot off the high way. He kept yelling at me and being disrespectful. He then said “I will come back, but it’s going to cost you.” Who says that? That is not a professional situation. Would never recommend this service. Blowing out a tire on a trip is a frustrating situation to begin with, having someone that you are planning to pay $150 in cash for a service that costs around a $85 which we paid to another professional company that night, made that night worse.

Car blew a heater core hose and spilled coolant everywhere. Was left stranded with an overheating car. Luckily Russ came in clutch and towed my car for a reasonable price. Awesome people, very friendly! Would use their services again if something were to happen to my car.

Russell was incredibly helpful to me after my alternator unexpectedly malfunctioned 3/4 of the way through a long road trip. He really went out of his way to make sure I’d be taken care of. Great service!

Almost loosing a tire on route 80 Called Russ. At the car in 20 minutes. Fixed the problem in his shop and out on the road in just over 2 hours. Glad we called them. We were thinking our trip would be delayed days, not hours. If you have a problem make them your first call. Can't ask for better.

I don't even give this place a full star! Our car broke down, hours from home.we called them around 12:30 pm and said we needed a tow and our car fixed. The guy called us back at 1:08 pm and said he would be to us within an hour. We have called and text him several times and he did not answer the phone or respond to texts. Finally at 6:20 pm he text back and said "how did you make out?" This is the most unrespectful, unprofessional business I have came across. And I would will not recommend anyone to use this company. They could have atleast had the common courtesy to let us know that for whatever reason they will not be showing up so we could have gotten a tow from someone else.

Being that I am not in the same state, Russ, and his office administrator, Carol, have been extremely professional by providing step-by-step updates of my service. AMAZING SERVICE ! MORE AMAZING PEOPLE!! I was broken down and stranded with a torn Serpentine Belt , and Russel and his wife Carol came out to tow me AND replace my belt in what felt like an instant! extremely professional, reliable and especially fast service! I called him 7 O'clock in the morning for towing service. He responded in 30 minutes to tow my vehicle 180 miles distance. Russell was great. Other towing services(4 others) listed as 24 hour service but no one answered. Russell answered the call. I think I woke him up. I was so grateful that he responded so quickly. My vehicle malfunctioned on the highway I-80, and I had to head home 180 miles away. I was safely home . Thanks Russell!
