Had a flat tire and was running around on my spare. Stopped in for a walk-in appointment. Less than an hour later, they removed the object from my tire (they showed it to me!), patched the tire, and had it back on my car. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service or the price. I asked about a new set of tires because I thought I was about due (another mechanic said I was getting close) and they told me that I still had half of the tread life left and it wasn’t even close to time to get a new set. Honesty isn’t always something I’ve experienced at tire places so I definitely recommend them!

I had a car inspection and they did a thorough job. They're reliable and dependable. They also are very good at explaining what you need. They also are very friendly.

I went there to make an appointment to have my oil changed. They asked me when would I like that done, and gave me options and I said now is good. Everyone was very nice.

Had a problem with a slow leak at the base of a valve stem. I'm glad I brought my car here because they fixed it with a new valve stem . Total cost eleven bucks and change. I'm sure other shops would have milked the cow and charged much more. They are an honest shop. THANKS.

I was mentally prepared to have to sit there all day. Got there at 10am, was out the door by 12:30. They replaced the lower control arms and did an inspection. I am very happy with the service I received. They also had a comfortable waiting area with WiFi, so I was able to get some work done on my computer.

The Steve Shannon team are knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel weary about going to mechanics, but not here. They were considerate with their prices too. After a thorough diagnostic, they explained what needed to be done; and were willing to work with the costs of services needed. Also, my car need snow tires, which were in store at the time. Been looking for an honest company I can trust with my vehicles and finally found that with the mechanics here. They are able to accurate determine your cars issue and fix it properly. Honestly, no trying to up sell and no BS. Brought my cars to different places and they misdiagnosed the problem, costing me thousands to fix and had multiple unnecessary suggestions. We came here twice now with both cars and they knew exactly what needed to be to be done, even walked me through and showed me what needs to be replaced and why. I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend! Don’t go anywhere else!

Many years of having Shannon's work on my vehicles! 99% of the time no problems Reliable Knowledgeable Honest Off street parking NO METERS to fill Neat clean building curb parking lots . The cook makes a mean cup of coffee and always cooks my steak and eggs just right if you catch the morning mechanics! 🌄

I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center. The appointment scheduling on their website is easy to use and my car was taken in right at my appointment time. I went in for an inspection but knew I would have to change my tires but I was given a great price for 4 new tires. I will continue to go here for all my auto needs and recommend them to family and friends.

My water pump went and they diagnosed and were on top of things. They worked with my first service contract to help me get this done. Also had my inspection there. Everybody was very respectful.

The staff was courteous and professional. I was months overdue for an inspection and the staff did not make me feel embarrassed about it in any way. Inspection price was very reasonable. Will absolutely choose this shop for all my future car needs

Take your car to more competent people. I brought my car in for inspection Wednesday, got told the rear brake cylinder is rusted so they need to fix it. Cool no problem. 'Oh, hey we broke a censor but since it is on us no charge' Friday comes around 'hey so, that censor is only available from the manufacturer, it is going to cost you' So I get back and the sticker is the wrong month. But it is my fault for not mentioning it to them when I dropped it off, because obviously you'd have to see the old one that you are scraping off. So in short, I paid more because they broke a part for less time until I have to take it to a less awful shop for another inspection. This is the first and last time I will ever go to this awful place. Why 2 stars? They at least didn't try the headlighter fluid nonsense - I assume they forgot to.

Had a slow leak in tire. No appointment but they graciously helped me out within half hour. Great service and also let me know I needed a rear shock replaced. I will do later as I was pressed for time.

This was my first experience with Steve Shannon in Stroudsburg. I needed an oil change and inspection. The scheduling process was easy, friendly front counter and the Service tech was stellar. The Service Tech (Pat R) was personable, detail oriented and thorough in explaining the service outcomes. Pat also provided honest recommendations for future maintenance needs. Great experience.

I called with a difficult tire size. Joe handled it well. Found what I needed. He did everything I asked. Stuck to cost quote. Executive summary, he did what he said and was done when he said Honesty and with integrity! I'd highly recommend! Very pleased.

Went in for an inspection and most definitely needed my tires done as well! Super cool group of people, gave me a good price, and removed my sun strip for me so I would pass lol. All in the same day with only an appointment for my inspection btw! Didn’t take more than 2 hours 👍🏽.

We had an expired (April '25) PA State inspection, unwittingly! 🤦 I called on Saturday morning 10am May 10th fully expecting to be laughed at for NOT having an appointment. Joe @ Stroudsburg location, answered and said, "We would never laugh at a customer ... bring it right in!" I was there in 15 minutes. With respect checked in by Joe." Just a short couple hours later, Brian called "ALL DONE!". Thank you, BOTH, Joe and Brian. GREAT SECOND experience, Steve Shannon Auto in Stroudsburg! Just a year ago, radiator exploded, they took me to right in, late day. Jeep was finished the following morning. GREAT SERVICE. NICE STAFF. We'll see you again!

I recently purchased a car from Venture Poconos (Used Car Dealership). Steve Shannon Tire (STW) is the place Venture Poconos does there repairs. After I got my car, I needed some work done on it. When I arrived there, - never been there before, - an hour and a half away! I arrived around 10am and was out the door 2 hrs. later - home by 2ish.. The car was fixed! correctly <- read that again. I had new Front rotors and pads installed and a couple of other small things.. all fixed the first time. <- read that again as well. I Met Ryan (Asst. Mgr.), Dan (Mgr.) and Kurt (Mechanic) all three Gentlemen went out of there way to make sure all went well and perfect. In todays world, finding a repair center such as Steve Shannon's, Is an Blessing. - If your in need of Tires or Brakes or just about any type of vehicle repair, these folks are without a doubt the folks to see..
