I can't say enough good things about Kost in Stroudsburg, they care about their customers its not just business with them, Tiffany is a true angel. She got me in and out in enough time to make it into work. She was kind and empathic..I brought brand new tires and caught a flat 5 days later, I was on the verge of tears with everything that has been going wrong and she replaced my tire and got be back on the road...I will forever be a Kost customer...I highly recommend them...thanks Tiffany Melissa Oyola

I needed to get struts on my car. Dina was absolutely amazing with helping bmw. He made sure my car got towed to kost and they did an excellent job. I visited this location after being referred by neighbor. The initial visit i was met with a friendly and professional young lady who explained she could not book an appt to check a shifting problem on my Durango. I advised that I wanted the tran/selenoid shifting sensor replaced. She suggested that they open around 7:30 and I should arrive prior in order to be seen. The following day I returned as instructed I met John who arranged for my car to be looked at. Upon evaluation unfortunately they felt the problem was more suitable for a transmission specialist. They could have attempted a repair and charged me. I'm appreciative of their honesty and integrity. Also appreciative of John's professionalism and candor.

I needed a flat tire fixed that was under warranty. Tiffany helped me and had the tire replaced and installed. She is an excellent worker and knows her customer service.

Update: 5 years later and I'm still bringing my vehicles here. Thanks to Dino and the whole Kost team for caring about their customers and providing exceptional service. I tried a number of mechanics in the area over the years until I found Kost. The team at the counter is always friendly and they actually communicate with you. I've found them to be honest, priced competitively,and never condescending. I trust the work the mechanics perform and will continue to take my vehicles to this location.

When I say they have the best price in Poconos I mean it, super fast service and friendly staff will do all my tires and inspection here. Took in my donut tire the guy did the balancing and call me in to install it, love the service.

I have a 2020 Honda Accord that out of nowhere didn’t turn on anymore, I panicked and of course, my first thought was to call Kost Tire. They figured out what was wrong and less than a day. It was a quick fix and I was very grateful and thankful they were there when I needed them. Every one in my family goes to them. I highly recommend them for anything and everything needed for your vehicle.

Bought 4 new tires from here. They were affordable and I dealt with absolutely no nonsense from the staff, who were both very professional and honest with me. I’m sure I will go back to these guys at some point in the near future.

Been going here and sending folks here for several years for tires or service on the vehicles and even inspections. The front desk team is professional and courteous and make the experience pleasant. The service team are professional in their work and get the job done every time. This place is definitely worth going to, and their prices, work and entire team make you keep coming back when you need them.

Will never be going back. Had my truck in for an inspection and tire rotation. A few months after taking it in I realized one of my anti-theft lugs was missing. Thinking may be they forgot to put it back on I called and was told "we always hand torque every lug". i took their word for it and thought may be someone messed with my wheels, only to realize the other 3 anti theft lugs we completely loose!!!! And we had just driven to NC with loose/missing lugs on every wheel. I've been a lifelong customer but something like this has no excuse.

We have brought our cars multiple times for tire issues or state inspections and the guys there are always helpful and friendly. They often don’t charge for small things like patching a tire and just ask that you tip the technicians. I always recommend Kost to everyone!

I went to the Kost Tire in Stroudsburg today to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed. I need to have an appointment to wait as I do not have someone to take me back and forth. I was told that they do not take appointments and it is first come, first served, I could not set up appointment to have this done while waiting. Needless to say I have spent over $ 800.00 with this location last September to have my water pump replaced in my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I found a local competitor that was able to schedule an oil change while I wait. Poor service, especially for repeat customer.

Kost Tires in Stroudsburg, PA is by far, one of the greatest auto services I have ever visited (and I have been to a lot, I have awful luck with cars.) Stephen went above and beyond for me and Dino has always been extremely helpful. I have been coming to this location for years and will continue to do so.

I couldn’t ask for more! I was driving on 80 I noticed my tire pressure going down quickly. Pulled off and just like a beacon of hope - Kost Tire was right in front of me. Chris the manager got me taken care of quickly and Jack (the technician) was wonderful too! We all chuckled when we saw the massive nail that was stuck in it. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service.

Came in for a wheel alignment which I thought I needed lol but they checked my car out and told me I didn’t need it Guys was very friendly and honest and didn’t take my money or try to scam me Everything was very quick and efficient.. These guys are the real deal and you now have yourself a loyal customer will be coming back for an inspection next thank you guys again! I recommend everyone to come here if you want honesty and good work done!

This place is such a blessing to find. I've spent so much at Firestone until I was tired of being taken advantage of. My husband saw their commercial and said he's going to give the a try. Wow. The best decision Kost is very reasonable, the place is very friendly, again the price is affordable without breaking the bank. I've been a dedicated customer with Firestone for years. That's it. I've decided to move on with Kost Tire & Auto.

Kost had been recommended to me by family and friends, so I decided to get my new tires here. I couldn't be more happy. I got the exact tires I wanted, a great warranty and a large rebate on my tires. Dino and the other front desk guys are professional and friendly. I'm glad I chose Kost!

This was my first experience with Kost.Dino Martincic, the store manager, made this experience as easy as possible from start to finish. I told Dino what I needed to have done. He quoted me a price over the phone. When I got there, Dino was very friendly and professional. He knew what needed to be done as far as mounting and balancing my new tire as discussed over the phone. I did notice while waiting, Dino was always smiling and very cheerful with everyone. I did not wait long at all. I will say the place was very busy. Dino gave instructions to his technician and finally my tire was done. At the time of the payment, the cost on the invoice came out exactly what Dino promised which he originally quoted on the phone. Dino, even went so far as to help me place the tire in the wheel well underneath the mat in the trunk of my vehicle. Thank you Dino. You will always have my continued business!!

Went to this location for repairs, Prompt service, technician was knowledgeable, I was impressed by the dedication to service. The greatest thing.... No appointment needed... For a busy body like me... A god sent.

Great place. This place is incredibly big. I went around the back of the building and took a picture of the truck bays. Very good mechanics too. I'll trust these guys with my car anytime.
