Great service. Oil change, inspection and repair for my Mini.

As out of area guests, they made space and time for us on the recommendation of a customer who discovered our vehicle emergency. Because she referred us, he immediately took care of us, even though he did not need the business. Our whole family is grateful that our brief vacation was not greatly shortened because of the exceptional customer care!!

Brinton is a great mechanic. He took care of my Toyota and my Dodge Caravan whenever their inspection is due. The shop is conveniently located in Stroudsburg with reasonable hours.

First time here and I am very pleased with their service. I had taken my car somewhere else, which I will not name, to get new tires. After receiving new tires, my car started making noise, and the tire pressure light came on. Took it back to where I got the tires and asked them to check my brakes because it sounded like it was grinding. They told me my brakes were fine and the noise was coming from my differential so I decided to go here for a second opinion. Turned out that I had zero brake pads. Cook's changed all my brakes and rotors, and I was out the door in 1.5 hours. They are honest and reliable. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been taking my car to Cliffside for several years. I have been nothing but satisfied. They have diagnosed and repaired any issues I’ve had and I find them to be reasonably priced. I never had a mechanic follow up to see how things are going after repairs like they have. I don’t feel taken advantage of especially being a female. I have also recommended them to several of my friends who also now take their car there and have had the same experience. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I am very satisfied with Cooks Cliffside Auto. As an automobile owner, I ask that my auto repair service be honest with me, not try to up-sell me with repairs that are not necessary and charge me a fair price; Cook’s has satisfied all three of these conditions. I have been to Cliff’s three times for service and I highly recommend them.

I went to Cooks with a transmission problem. Instead of taking me for a ride, like most mechanics would, they were very honest and straightforward with me regarding the condition of my vehicle. Got the okay from me before starting work on my vehicle. My transmission was shot, and they made the vehicle drivable and charged me little of nothing to do it. That was two months ago and the car is still running way better than expected. Brinton even texted me to see how the vehicle was doing, 2 months after they worked on it. I really appreciate the honesty and how hard they worked to get my car on the road. All I got charged was basically for labor. Hard to find mechanics like these guys anymore.

Somehow my engine blew up. My "past" mechanic said the problem was over $10,000 and that I needed a rebuild. I was recommended Cooks Cliffside automotive from a friend. I live 1.5 Hrs away. I had a wonderful experience with Cook and many conversations on the phone before I decided to send my Audi A5 to him and his team. He and his team are very experienced with all models of cars but especially the Audi. I was able to have my car serviced and they were able to diagnose my problem. The communication and the technical expertise was so much appreciated. I put on 600 miles on my car since I picked it up and it is running awesome. I am considering keeping my car and going an hour and 1/2 away for my service in the future. The price for the repair is well below my original estimate. I am so happy with this experience and I highly recommend Cooks Cliffside Auto!!

Cooks Cliffside provides outstanding service. My car needed multiple repairs from daily wear and tear. Glad I called them to make an appointment. Brinton and team went above and beyond to create a thorough work order and complete it in one day. Communication was clear and friendly. Professionalism and value second to none. Impressed with the ease of scheduling an appointment for an inspection at the end of the month (yes I procrastinated) My car was ready promptly and communication was good. I have been going to this service for years, Brinton is professional, pleasant, will start a conversation to see how you are doing. All of his employees are just as wonderful. I really appreciate the new way of contacting his customers from using text messages to remind his clients to call for an appointment, to confirm via text to even the follow up within 24-48 hours of service has completed to make sure everything is okay with the car and how it is running. The personalization of the customer service is wonderful. Also now that they have hours on Saturdays is a plus!

The calipers on my Jeep seized and the first available place for me to pull off the road was the parking lot of Cook's Cliffside Automotive. It was minutes before closing time on a Friday, but I received red-carpet treatment with service above and beyond!! My rig was ready for pick up in less than 24hr and I could not be a happier camper. Would 100% recommend this shop :)

Was a regular with the previous owner Bob for years. The current owner Brinton and his staff are awesome! Excellent customer service and professionalism! No BS about what you need or dont need to address. Honest and up front pricing. Had tires, brakes, allignmemts, rotors, oil change and battery replaced without any complications. Exceptional work and an honest shop. Will be returning for any work to be done. Highly satisfied.

Called our old shop and spoke with Brinton Cook to make 1 appointment for oil change and second to fix pulley. Got both appointments as a wait. Job was done professionally and efficiently. Briton and crew gave my 2013 Honda CR-V a tune up, inspection, and change of tires, along with oil change! All work was done as promised. I trust Brit with doing a good honest job on my car! I am very satisfied with the repairs done on vehicle. I stopped in for an annual inspection, made an appointment and returned to the shop on that date. Inspection done on my car and needed some other repairs to pass insepection. I was given a fair/honest price for repairs and agreed to have the work done! I am glad this shop is under new ownership! Our Lexus broke down near Stroudsburg PA. The tow truck dropped us at Cooks. They open at 8 and when I called at 8:10 they had already diagnosed the issue. The part wasn’t easy to source yet they had 3 part deliveries that morning and fixed it quickly. The service at Cooks is awesome. If I lived nearby they definitely be our mechanic.

I have had trucks cars and suv repaired here everything from service to quality of repair is good. They actually have saved me money and they bring the car upfront- they even had sanitizer in this strange time. I respect their honesty and will always work with them. I hope more people respect and use local guys they really are great so support our guys.

As a newbie to the state of PA (from NY!) I needed the works....inspection, oil change, and new sensors for flashing tire pressure light. Recommended by my boyfriend who has gone here for years, I was able to see for myself what a great place this is. Very honest and super FRIENDLY team that even found one or two things under the car that they were able to warn me about. Office is clean and warm and I was able to comfortably wait for my car. Prices are fair and was even able to get my sensors from another vendor within minutes of finding them online. Highly recommend and will be back for any future services needed. Thank you for making the transisiton so easy for me!

Brought my car for inspection and oil change. When came home noticed that dirty fingerprints left in interior and exterior of the car, also oil stains on engine compartment. Not accurate job... You can see on a pictures
