Lou helped my partner and I swap my battery, clean off the corrosion, and swap a terminal, and then did it all over again when we realized something wasn’t quite right. Lou is my Christmas angel. He answered my myriad questions and was so kind and lovely to us. We’re not big car people and he was never condescending nor did he talk down to us. I’m so thankful he helped us get on the road to my family Christmas this morning. I’d give him 10 stars of if I could!

Needed a new battery and, Sheriaf went above and beyond to make sure I got the right battery and got it installed quickly. Vehicle had some starting issues after so, he tested my alternator as well. I highly recommend this spot for all your vehicle parts

Unreliable and irresponsible. The store was supposed to open at 7:30 am. The store workers didn't show up until 8:30, and afterwords they kept lying to me for another hour about how long it would take them to open the store.

Luis is an expert and is very helpful. I was looking for a product to help my rear brake stop the squealing noise so I was going to buy a break cleaner luis suggested another item for me to use and it worked instantly. And Joe has good customer service as well

What a turn of events from the last time I frequented this location. I would travel 30 minutes and go further away because I used to call ahead and would be on hold until I walked into the store only to be told the part was not in stock. That was only 6 months ago. Now it seems like the people there actually enjoy working there and are very helpful. Not sure if it's new management or new employee perks but the store is not detour anymore... at least for now.

Hands down excellent experience. Store was clean and the staff was very helpful. Will showed great customer service while training a new employee. Kind enough to explain the difference in styles of wiper blades for me and then said he would come out in the rain and install them for me. Had me turn them on to make sure they worked and were installed properly before I left. Never had someone do that for me. Highly recommend this location.

I bought front and back gold premium break pads, I was told that the sensor came included with the pads. Went to mechanic to put pads on I was told I had to pay $26 extra for each sensor. Advanced auto parts are bamboozling people just to make a sale. I feel it isn't right and something must be done about it. If this happened to anything else please let me know with a comment. Thank you. PS I have a BMW 328XI.

Just went to your store in East Stroudsburg Pa. to purchase windshield wiper blades. I chose Trico Ice Winter blades which were clearly marked 19.99 on the rack. At least 10 different sizes were available- all marked 19.99. They rang up at 20.49 at register. Now, .50 each isn't going to make or break me, but the counter person wasn't very helpful. I spent many years working in retail to know that prices should agree between product and shelf. Don't bother leaving a review, every response from them is identical . I guess the computer is programmed to respond that way. From now on, I will use Rock Auto for my purchases. I have been shopping at Advance since they came to this area. I'm done. Auto Zone and NAPA are nearby if I need something in a hurry.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the services provided by Advance Auto and their complete lack of accountability. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my recent experience has left me frustrated and unsatisfied. Two weeks ago, I filed a complaint about the service I received at Advance Auto. To their credit, I was contacted by the regional manager who assured me that my concerns would be addressed. However, that initial glimmer of hope quickly faded. It's been two weeks, and I have not heard anything back from them. What's even more concerning is that when I decided to take matters into my own hands and call to check the status of my complaint, I discovered that the regional manager had filed a false claim, stating that he spoke to me and resolved the issue. To be clear, this was an outright lie. I never received a call, and my problem remains unresolved. I also made an effort to escalate the issue by seeking to speak with someone higher up in the company, including the VP or someone with the authority to make things right. Unfortunately, I still have not received any response from them. This level of negligence and disregard for customer concerns is completely unacceptable. I am seriously considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and bringing it to the attention of the Department of Labor, specifically mentioning Jennifer Berrier. Advance Auto has lost a once-loyal customer, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might be considering their services. The lack of accountability and false claims made by the regional manager are a disgrace to the reputation of this company.

Needed a battery replaced for my 2007 Toyota Sequoia and Victor B. was on point on the recommended battery needed. I will definitely be back just to say hi to the guys or make purchases at the store.

Had the part I needed in stock and the gentleman that helped me was great. It seems to be rare these days that ppl in customer service positions have the disposition and qualities needed to be in customer service, so when I come across someone that is genuinely pleasant to interact with I'm happily surprised at this point!

My experience was great. Not always does a visit to a parts store work out well. Mine did. Jay an juliana were extremely helpful. Very hands on. Jay was knowledgeable about what I needed. I was in there for a battery. Gave me pointers on the installation an what I should do. Answered my questions. I have a bmw. So it requires professional installation. They were both very patient. This was my first time in here and I would go back. Hoping everyone's experience is a good one like mine.

Very rude customer service. I needed help buying something and the man in the front said, “well to be honest, I was suppose to be clocked out already.” Okay? That’s not my problem! I think we’ve all been there when we want to go home because it’s just simply busy, that doesn’t mean we are rude to paying customers.

At this place I was just told I cant return a part that I bought one day ago and had to wait several hours for, because I tried installing it. I just want someone to tell me how i am suppose to know if the part fits without trying first. Lucky it was a 36 dollar part. Good place for Tools and vehicle accessories. Going to get auto parts from some where else

Great place. Always super clean. The employees are VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store if you need windshield wipers and or a car battery because they come out and install them for you. I highly recommend this store because of the employees.

They just don't try to sell you stuff. Staff is very helpful .3 times in the winter while shoveling snow off my windshield the clip came off wiper. Went in they checked it popped it back on, without the bull you get about getting a new one when you really don't need it.

Good place and the people are ok BUT the store has been completely unreachable by phone for the past two days! What is going on? on a Thursday or Friday we can order the parts to pick up on saturday morning and work on my car. Well, not happening. Anyway, it is almost at the point we need to order and ship online for just about anything except in dire emergency when I need something right away but the auto parts stores nowadays don't stock much as it is, not even a good assortment of hardware such as screws, nuts/bolts, auto specialty hardware (lowes has better automotive specialty fasteners than the auto parts store?) Please take pride in your work and make an auto parts store as it once was as one of my favorite places to visit and even hang out awhile.

Sometimes these guys are awesome. BUT if they are busy, they are instructed to hang up on callers and focus on in store customers. Since I live 15 miles away, I had to travel a half hour to hear that they CAN'T GET the part I need. The other people in the store were told the same thing. Policy has to change. Phone customers are just as important as in store customers, because the answer is going to be NO anyway.

Customer service is absolutely awful. I was as having a great day until I make the fatal mistake of asking for some assistance. Perhaps they were having a bad day but that is no excuse to take it out on a uninformed customer. Shameful absolutely shameful. If it were possible to leave a 0 star I would. That is just how bad it was to go there. Never ever again.
