Called him before coming from Easton , just to get information not installation, Came here waited a lot , then he told me to wait 10mins more waited another 30 mins then he’s like I am working come another day , such waste of time poor customer service , Never coming back,
Since you have responded why you told me to wait another 10 min in shop and then sent your guy to say you can’t look, if you left your work and came inside to handle another customer you stopped your work for him, why did not have 5 mins and since you said you’ll come back

Brought my truck in for a radio replacement and wiring harness repair.
Ben is very knowledgeable and obviously has a good crew.
Once the truck was pulled into the garage the repair took less than 2 hours. I am very impressed.
They have earned a customer
This is long overdue and I have personal mixed emotions in submitting this review, But it is definitely necessary. First I would like to start in saying I have been a customer to this establishment for many years considering them as good friends. I have recommended countless customers to this establishments that Benjamin is not even aware of. They have rcvd motorcycle, Tint and car recommendations.
I went to have 4 speakers replaced adding my own amplifier and DSP to my Honda Goldwing Trike. I asked before the installation if he was capable of tuning the dsp. He responded of course. (I have pics of everything before and after).
They added speakers to the trunk to produce more bass which I was very happy about. Well the travel home everything fell and sounded horrible (again I have pics).
Well I had to return the first time to get this fixed and also advised the sound was not good at all. The next day I picked the bike up traveled home and could hardly hear anything it sounded like all vocals with no music, no instruments nothing. So I took it back again requesting for the sound to be checked and also asked if it was tuned properly.
Picked the Bike up again driving home lost sound yet again also not hearing any bass at all. So I suggested to remove the back trunk speakers and to go with the 4 speakers that was replaced. Keep in mind I came in with good sound that I could hear on highway traveling at 70-80MPH.
(I was told that all my previous speakers were blown which was not true - only the front right speaker was blown).
Third return requesting to have this sound fixed once and for all. Well now when I get the bike back both the front panels next to the speakers are cracked split which was not before hand I have before and after picture of that and also my rear tour pack is extremely loose.
Now I bring back one more time to have this finally fixed and Ben says it is now sounding great and he had to put some mounting on the rear speakers. I hear it and it does sound better. So I leave the Next morning for my trip to Ohio. On the ride my rear speaker panel blows away and guess what the sound is now skipping like a scratched record when I put the volume at 6. Therefore I cannot hear it on the highway. I am now pissed and text Benjamin (Owner) while im riding, He requests that I enjoy my trip and bring it back when I return. ABSOLUTETLY NOT!!
In in a worse position than I was when I brought the motorcycle to him. I ask for a partial refund which he denies and speaks of the defects that they have done as normal wear and tear. Nonsense.
I have taken my bike to another sound shop and my bike sounds absolutely amazing now. I also have videos of the installation advising of all the mistakes and bad workmanship from NEXT Level Audio including comment of them using dollar store wiring. AMAZING. If anyone is considering of bringing their motorcycle to this place of business I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT!!!!!!
I Am beyond disappointed for many reasons but mainly for the many years that I have frequented this establishment and to be treated the way that I was. So this Very negative review is very necessary. Again I have video of all the above statements and more importantly video from the other establishment explaining all the errors that was done including many missing screws. Reason as to why my travel pack was so very loose. NEXT LEVEL THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!
Responding to that nonsense of a reply. The equipment that i supplied was an amp and a dsp from my other motorcycle. That same equipment you speak of not being compatible is on my bike now that SNL audio installed and by the way it is competition sound ready. Also noticed no mention of the damage you left me with and the imperfections. But its all good the WORD is completely out!!!
These guys are all super nice and easy going people. Got my windows done here and it looks great, I'm super happy with it. I've recommended other people to here and the auto shop in the back and I will continue to do so in the future.
Dealing with the staff, especially the gentleman Benjamin that I dealt with truly professionals. Picked up my car today and it sounds amazing. They made my daughter. Who’s an excellent student. Extremely happy.

One of the clamps on my amp wire fell out a few weeks ago when I was wiring my third brake light, and once the clamp falls out you can’t reopen it. I couldn’t find anyone that had the exact piece at all. I went to three different stores, AutoZone, Advanced Auto, and Best Buy trying to search for it and I shown everyone the piece and they still had no clue what it was or didn’t have anything close to it. One of the guys in Best Buy suggested me this place. By then I already lost hope in finding the piece but when I went in he knew exactly what I was talking about and what piece it was. I came in 30 minutes to closing and he told me to pull my car around so he could put the clamp on for me. Extremely nice and helpful guy, I was extremely happy leaving knowing my subs in my car were working again thanks to him. I am a 100% going back here if I ever need help with my sound system again. Definitely recommending to everyone I know!
I wish I could give negative stars!!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! To begin with i had no clue as to why a family member referred them cause I assumed they on did, radios, speakers tents, alarms ect ect ect & i needed an engine! as mentioned a family member told us to go here & what a disaster! Once the engine arrived there which it took for ever, the 4-5 day that was promised for install took 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks we heard from this establishment 2 times any type of communication that was made was made on our ( the customers)part each time we called the more annoyed I became 😒 when your doing business you inform the people of the updates and progress! This place lacks communication and manners i will never ever return nor will I recommend them not to mention that after having my car for what seems like forever they return my shit dirty. Nasty smelly and FULL of mouse poop EVERYWHERE I was so annoyed and disgusted I drove straight to the car wash with gloves on and still feel gross driving it!!!! the workers at the car wash sd ummmm im 1 million % sure there mice living in this car some where!! How awful, so not only was the entire experience unprofessional, and classless there facility is dirty and rat infested😡😡😡

Before this place I needed spare remote 4 remote starter..& starter needed adjusting(installed by another place ) there was a relay trouble/ starting issue wouldnt stay on.. Next level audio bypass code valet mode+ reprogrammed new keys i just got made ,& 2 remote issued me another fob and free wristlet so I won't lose keys

What a joke this place is. Made an appointment to have Chevy mirrors replaced at 9:00am. There were over 10 people already at 8:55. I waited half an hour until someone showed up at the counter. And he is telling me that there are 2!!! businesses at this location and apparently the guy who set up the appointment with me just decided not to show up!!! What a mess. Avoid this ridiculous place
These guys are the best! Next level definitely brought my sound system to the next level in my 2020 WRX. They are friendly and courteous to each and every need or concern and will stand by their work. My audio is absolutely next level and we did not even talk about the tints that they installed! If I could give them a hundred stars I would!

The owner was great. Did a perfect job on my BMW. My tint and tinted tail lights are flawless. I’d recommend them to anyone. Price was good also. Very fair.
The owner is very nice, the times I did talk to him. Whoever the front desk lady is, is very condescending on the phone.. was making an appt to get my husband intoxalock unit out. I appreciate her trying to let people know what has to be done, but she barley let me speak. Even though I told her multiple times I know what wr need to do. I asked the price of getting it removed. They charge 112$ MORE than other garages!
By far the most unprofessional creature I’ve ever laid eyes on. So I got my car tinted here and trust me I figured it couldn’t be that hard and guess what it was and they messed up then the owner ridiculed me then tried to get me to pay an additional fee to fix their poor work. The work isn’t the biggest issue it’s the professionalism. As you can see the tint is coming off
I commend the owner and the front desk lady for their efforts in addressing my car issues. Although I encountered some minor issues that required multiple visits (4-5 times) to fix my starter, they eventually resolved the issue. Special thanks to the older man in the back who completed the job. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.
I had herd good and bad things about this shop so i decided to try it myself. I had to get something installed into my vehicle and they ended up having the best price. The staff i have to say are absolutely wonderful. Until I picked up my car. Long story short when i dropped it off my car was running great (its a 21 Altima)..When my husband picked up the car all of my saftey shields were malfunctioning. My Air bag light came on, my traction control, and my front and back Crash sensors. I called in to talk to the young woman about what was going on and all she kept saying was like 1000 times "I can assure you its only 4 wires" and that the car was never driven and it must have been like that when i dropped it off. My husband had to call her and finally talked them into "looking" at my car again. I passes on that one. Well I then had to get it towed to another Auto Shop because it then wouldn't start back up after we shut it off and they confirmed that the install was done wrong. My whole fuse panel was taken out AND WIRES WERE CUT! $600 and 17 days later I have my Car back. (i dropped it off October 30th)
I work with people EVERY day and if I have an unhappy customer I do my very best to help the situation. I highly highly highly recommend thinking twice before taking it here because I can assure you if something goes wrong yours stuck.

I didn't get to pick it up because i wasn't driving at that time but I did call immediately and the young lady up front just kept telling me no one drive it and it was like that when i dropped it off. It wasn't like that. I took before and after photos. I wanted to bring it right back and she kept pushing me off until my husband called. I called the INTERLOCK vendor and they told me where to take it. Bottom line it was verified the devise was installed WRONG by another Certified INTERLOCK installation shop.
First and foremost, the staff there are very nice, very professional, and very honest. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the pricing for the work I got done was decent. The problem, and reason for only 3 stars, is because of the quality of the work. The work I had done is visibly bad to the trained eye, and I cannot help but feel gyped. I write this as anonymously as I can because there are other aspects to the shop and their work, that is down right amazing. I just wasn’t too happy with the results I received on this particular job, and I thought everyone should keep that in mind when doing business here. I suggest if you go here, you stick to audio/sound system work.
Very happy with the work they did on my 4Runner! I was having some issues with my headlights so I got a replacement pair. Since I the previous installers did not do a good putting in my first headlights, I decided to go with Next Level Audio and I'm glad I did! They are very professional and kind people and even explained how my Morimoto headlight replacements would be installed on my car. They also made sure that I was happy with the installation, alignment, and everything. As an added bonus they even did a diagnostic test on my first pair of Morimoto headlights to see whether or not they could fix the problem (it was found to be a defect but it's honestly the thought that counts). After using my car and the headlights for a couple of months I am extremely happy to say that they did an amazing job with the installation and alignment of the lights! DO NOT go here! ,Did extremely poor window tint job, broke my door panel, re did the job and tints coming off again, the owner doesn’t want to redo it, wants to charge me again almost the same price as I paid for both windows, I am a repeat customer but he rather loose customers than stand behind his work.
Was nervous to have my 2022 vehicle into a shop like this, and expressed that when I made the appt. Was guaranteed their work was the best around and I would have no issues at all. The install was done, and I am happy with the way the sub sounds, however upon getting my 4 day old 2022 car back that had only 300 miles on it, I noticed a scuff on the passenger side rear door, and now a week later, the rubber piece that seals my engine bay off from the interior of my car, is not installed correctly. In which I can hear the engine and exhaust loud in my car, also water, dirt, dust, and anything else can get into my car. I simply called back to ask that they install the piece correctly, and got bombarded with ignorance, yelled at, screamed at, talked over, hung up on, and told “their work was fine and someone ruined it”. When in reality a simple mistake was made, that just needed to be addressed and fixed. Moral of the review here is that I was treated very poorly as a paying customer that came back with an issue due to how it was installed. Correctly handling the situation would have been to ask me to bring the car in, see what the issue is and simply install the piece correctly. Customer service is lacking and VERY poor. I wouldn’t recommend them.—> also there was no previous install as my car is brand new, and this is not a duplicate post, my name is not Steven price as the owner stated in his response, my name is Derek.
UPDATE: 3 months later now, I’ve had 3 more issues with my install. The wiring they used ended up failing at the battery terminal which made the fuse blow and arc. So my whole system didn’t work. While getting that fixed, I also also noticed that they did not hook my system up properly to power on when the car is turned on. They have it hooked up that it’s always on 24/7 which in turn has drained my battery countless times. Third issue, sun stopped working YET AGAIN, and had a weird noise coming from it that sounded like a heart beat. AGAIN had to fix that which ended up being MORE bad wires that they had used that failed and needed to be replaced.
I have to say this is a one stop shop for your car. Ben and G are great and the rest of the guys with great customer service. They helped me out when another shop ruined my starter by not tightening the bolt .it was there for a stereo but bailed me out with fixing the starter. They have my business worth going .
This was the second time I took my car to Next level audio. Gerard is awesome. He responds in a timely manner and is very efficient. On both occasions Gerard looked at my car the day that I reached out. He is honest about the work that the car actually needs and is fairly priced. Not to mention that he is super nice and breaks down whatever issue my car has in a way that I can actually comprehend. I highly recommend this establishment for any mechanical needs.
I had an issue with my headlights not working after going through a carwash. Yeah, that happened! Anyways, called the shop at 5pm and they said come on down, we can get it done tonight. Got to the shop and was very happy with the crew and how professional they were and made me feel right at home. While work was getting done they keep me updated with what was going on during repairs by showing me pictures of the work being performed and also bringing out the bad parts to show what happened. In and out within a hour and a half. Driving down the road with awesome, bright and affordable LED lights that work great and look even better! Thanks guys for taking care of me! Will definitely be back for some more upgrades!
I had a great experience getting my Optima tinted with Rick. He made sure to show me all of his previous work and explained to me how he handled his tinting so that way I could make my decision on getting them done with him. They say you pay for what you get and I'm very satisfied with the job he did on my car. I definitely recommend him.
