Josh at AutoZone is the kind of employee every store wishes they had. My battery died at the worst possible moment and instead of just pointing me to an aisle, he immediately came out, tested the system, confirmed the battery was shot, and handled the replacement himself. He worked fast but never sloppy. Every step was clean, confident, and professional, like someone who actually understands cars instead of just selling parts. What stood out most was his efficiency. No wandering, no guessing, no delays. He had the right tools, the right battery, and the job done in minutes. He also took the time to explain what failed, how to avoid it in the future, and made sure everything was tight and reading correctly before closing the hood. That kind of attention saves people from breakdowns later. Big credit to Holly the manager as well. She keeps the place running smoothly. You can tell she supports her staff and expects real standards, not just quick transactions. The whole store feels organized and professional because of her leadership. Because of Josh’s skill, speed, and attitude, and Holly’s management, this AutoZone stands out from the rest. If you want service that’s actually helpful instead of rushed, this is the spot. Highly recommended.

My windshield wipers broke from all the ice. I went today to get new ones but I had no idea how to put them on. The lady there helped me pick out the perfect pair for my budget & installed them! She even cleared the ice off! I was very impressed with this old school customer service!

Phillip needs more job and a proper etiquette training. He does not know how to process returns or warranty’s as Ive witnessed. I walked in yesterday because I never got my refund after three weeks of retuning An item that I had to walk out on because Phillip started yelling at me, blaming “it’s the Lenox system we use it takes for ever to show the return but it’s done!” I caught him yelling at another man accusing him of already receiving a warranty. I stepped in and told him I have the same issue, he told me the system already processed my refund 3 weeks ago and it didn’t. After I spoke up as well he went to get holly from the back, and holly just came out accusing the man of bringing back brakes different brakes from another car and exchanging them before speaking to the guy or even checking the computer. After she checked the computer she notice the warranty was actually still there and Phillip just didn’t know what he was doing. SMH The rest of the staff is really helpful and always try, that’s about the only reason for the 3 stars and not just 1. Phillip really needs to watch his tone!

Alex was amazing. He guided us through our options and installed the battery like a pro.

Never have basic parts like CV nuts... They have gloves for sale Mark $2 clearly there is a sign right above it describing what the object was and how much the rebate was the kid looked at me like he had no idea what was going on... There's four people in line behind me and he was the only register open.. so instead of holding everybody up I just told him to keep the gloves. Dude you should probably have people working in an auto parts store they know at least a little bit about car repair and auto parts... ...jussayin'.

Normally, I get pretty good service, but I just tried calling him to ask him a question about a tool rental. I’ve been hung up on six times they keep putting me on hold and then hanging up on me.

Knows how to help! Came in a some months ago looking for WD-40, but forgot what it was called and had to describe it. They were very kind, we figured it out!

Absolutely.The best service at any auto parts store.I've ever been to. They helped me out big time. What I didn't know what I was doing with a fuel injector cleaner. They even came outside and helped me with a funnel and tube free of charge. When I made a mistake.

Usually this location is great but I was disappointed. I went in to purchase a battery and have the staff install it since it states that they do battery installation on the website. I even called ahead of time as well and whoever answered said they do this service. Even though the girls working were nice, I was disappointed to hear that they don’t do battery installations anymore due to liability issues? Might want to go to advance auto if you need a battery replacement.

1/17/25 Young man working morning was so helpful. Knew his products and how they worked and were installed on a vehicle. Even carried my purchase to my car for me. It is a shame that there isn't a place to write to the managers of this store to let them know what good employees they have. this young man is definitely helping your store and its customers.

The staff at this location are exceptional. Every time I visit AutoZone, there is always someone willing to go above and beyond to assist me. Tonight, Mike provided outstanding service, promptly addressing my needs and providing valuable insights about my vehicle.

The staff here is always wonderful both of the managers I know are always so helpful and clearly work hard. Today I had the best experience with Sarah and Mike I've been not feeling well for 2 days usually can do my own repairs but had a dead battery I went in and they helped me change it out in the parking lot went above and beyond to make sure I got back home awesome service guys. It's refreshing to see these days people actually caring about their job and caring about other people

I LOVE this AutoZone! I needed a battery for my SUV, and while I know how to swap out batteries, I don't think I could have lifted it into its place under the hood. The Awesome Greg at this location installed it for me in under 5 minutes. The other staff members were also super friendly and were helping people left and right. I won't be going anywhere else but here for my auto needs. Thanks, Greg!

Any time I have issues with my car, Alexander is always helpful! Today, he was especially helpful in assisting my mom and me with replacing the headlights in her vehicle. The pricing seems reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a very well organized, clean, and friendly auto parts shop Johnny. He was my sales representative there who assist me and he knew exactly what the problem was on my vehicle. I didn’t have to go anywhere else for reasonable price and now I am on my way back on the road. My car is not shutting off and on anymore, I will recommend this auto parts store. Ask for Johnny. Absolutely awesome customer service! I went yesterday and Alexander treated me and my sons as a school teacher showed us and explained how to handle and check the engine oil. They have very nice stuff and products.

Had a great experience with Alexander and Jesse this morning. Alexander was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my electrical system. When my car wouldn't start, Jesse brought out a battery box to give me a jump. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful.

On Mother's Day, my son took my mother out for boba tea. On the way, he got a flat tire and called me from the AutoZone parking lot. I rushed over to see the assistant manager getting his equipment out and changing my tire. This really made my day, and I am so grateful for his kindness. Because of him, I am an AutoZone super fan. Needed wiper blades for my front and back windshield. The back blade is difficult to replace but the staff was able to do so effortlessly. Both gentleman who assisted me were very kind and helpful. I’ve been to this location before for battery replacement and had a positive experience then as well. Just wanted to show my appreciation for the gentlemen’s who assisted me today. (I came in around 4pm.)

I take pride in my ride. While visiting the Pocono area my car was hammered with pine tree sap so off to Autozone trusting this amateur would get good advice. Stepping up to bat by greeting me was Kenny who intently listened to my story of whoa. It was not enough to merely hand me a product and hope it works. Kenny suggested we go out to the car together and access the culprit. Kenny chose, what he felt, was the best solution and explained what kind of cloths to use and the proper steps. I questioned him about the stronger chemical solutions when he shared, sir, you have a new car, let’s start with the gentle, proven products then re-access. 10/10 experience. Called and they had what I needed in stock at the most reasonable price in town & I got here, paid AND they installed my battery in less than 30 mins. I would highly recommend these guys. They do great work. Shoutout to Joey & his manager didn’t catch his name but they did a great job!

Always very helpful. Neat & clean inside and outside. Well organized and I NEVER ever have to look for help. From the moment you enter the store you are acknowledged with a warm greeting plus the associates are always wiping the store down. I just 💘 love going there. They answer your questions, replace items on your car, they are fast & efficient.The client relationship with associates is consistent. I am glad they are in the neighborhood

Great location for this business. Great customer service by all employees but really need to advice the woman(now gone) and her replacement if you can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen! Your workers are the reason us customers come back not the big wig in the branch. You need to retrain or find people who will treat their employees right and especially in the presence of customers. Thank you to those of you who make a lot of us feel comfortable and wanting to come back!
