Always have what you need. Kevin and Carl are outstanding. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. I believe John is the fellas name that works there is kinda rude side Definitely not the type of guy that should be working at the counter. I personally understand why he's like that but when one of employees who never been there before comes back and says hey boss that place is great but that guy John is kinda rude and I rather go somewhere else next time kinda made me upset. I told him to let it roll off because they always have what we need decent prices and I rather support the little man in this big world.
Called for parts was told to wait on hold for a couple minutes waited patiently until someone picked up the phone to then hang up on me waste of time all around
It's the only parts place around that's not brand specific to a dealership a fair selection of parts and tools it's not a very friendly atmosphere though
They make custom hydraulic hoses on the spot ! Great and prompt service, immediate help. Walked out 25 minutes later with the custom made part I needed ! AWESOME
Very friendly staff. Always able to locate what I'm looking for and very reasonably priced items. I can honestly say you'll never find a better trucks parts place in the area.
When it comes to truck parts, there isn't a better spot in the Poconos than Cyphers. They have parts for seemingly every truck/trailer on the road, and also have many other supplies and items. Hydraulic lines made on the spot as well!
