My son and friends rented an Airbnb and unfortunately, my son’s two front tires were damaged. Could not find a towing company, but then I called this one and he arrived on time, delivered the car within 20 minutes, friendly, accommodating, professional. We are from New Jersey, but we visit East Strasburg many times it’s great to know that we have a company that’s dependable Definitely the want to call

It was snowing and they were the only company willing to come out and help us. They did a great job and made sure we were safe before leaving.

I had a issue with my car that I couldn't figure out and needed a tow and they came to my house personally to figure it out for me and tell me exactly what I needed to replace and because of them im able to drive on the road again. He saved me hundreds of dollars because of his kindness and deserves all the credit. Most places dont have integrity like that and if I ever have a problem again im definitely gonna come to this place often.

Russ is the man. Period. If you need a tow or auto repair go to him. My alternator had crapped out earlier in the day and battery finally died on I-80. Insurance company roadside assistance was crap. Called him up at 10 pm. Came and picked up the car and drove me to multiple hotels until we found one that had a room available . Fixed the car next day (Sunday). Great guy and great service. I would give him 500 stars instead of just 5.

My Yukon water pump blow out and I was stuck at night on the side of the road till Russ came out at 11 pm to save the day got up early the next morning got the water pump installed it and got my back on the road by 9 am

A guy named Russell helped me out, he went above and beyond to help me tow my truck back home . It was very late and he still answered my calls , got back to me right away and provided many helpful options and alternatives to find the best solution. He was also willing to work on my vehicle . Russell went above and beyond what any mechanic would do to get me back on the road after I broke down. I am new to the area and found his number online. I got extremely lucky that I chose to call him because he was such a lifesaver. He was polite and kind and didn't push to sell me anything, not even to make an appointment with his shop, and for that, I have found a mechanic for life!!!

Despite a bad cell connection when I first called, my call was promptly returned and an appointment was made for the next day. Prompt service, very polite and informative, very reasonable price. Phenomenal! We were stuck on the side of I80 for six hours. The transmission cooler blew apart. AAA never came to pick us up. We called at 2am and received a call back in 10 minutes. So at 10pm in the evening my engine started smoking as I was traveling S on PA Route 33. I pulled over and called AAA. They recommended Towing & Auto Repair LLC. Within 20 minutes of making the phone call Russell and his indispensable partner Boo-boo (the lovely pit bull who was a wonderful comfort after being stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night) pulled up and towed my car right to his shop.
