This is one of those 1 in a million places. The owner is awesome. My truck is perfect. Veteran friendly. Everyone speaks English. It was a real pleasure doing business here. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for perfect. You’d never know the entire side was smashed in.

Pocono Motion is by far the best around. When you’re in a time crunch and a pinch this is the place to go. Knowledge of this group is unbelievable. Not only do they know what they are doing but they are very fast at such great work. Don’t look past these group of guys. Thanks Gentlemen!

I had a very helpful and kind experience at Pocono Motion Auto Body. The owner Rich was extremely caring and fixed my car, after a collision with a deer, at a great price. It was a fast repair thanks to their employees, and the two people I met were honest and nice people. I will continue to recommend them to any family and friends as I believe they do an amazing job. I was very stressed about getting repair work done, but Rich surly eased my worrying. I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

I haven’t needed real repair work on a car in years, so after an accident (my fault), we followed a recommendation to check out Pocono Motion Body. The owner was wonderful — kind, honest, and reassuring from start to finish. The team worked fast and did such beautiful work that the car genuinely looked brand-new. They had it done in under a week. I hope I don’t have to deal with car repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be coming straight back here. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Brought my car to Pocono Motion after they were referred by my insurance company after a car accident. I could not be happier with my experience there. I was in for an estimate an hour after I called about it and the repairs were scheduled right then and there. Rich, the owner is such a kind person and so easy to work with. Came in for my muffler falling off. Told me the fixed the entire issue everything new. They just strapped it down. Couldn't pass emissions inspection. Due to exhaust leaking exhaust and sounding like a lawn mower

I encountered significant issues with Richard's professionalism and communication at this shop. After experiencing problems with my insurance, I discovered potential fraudulent behavior involving charges that were unjustified. Once I became aware of these discrepancies, the shop's responsiveness diminished. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. Reply to your respond: I want to clarify that I never approved the repair in question, nor did I sign any document confirming such approval. My agreement was solely with Progressive Insurance for the repair to be completed at your shop; I did not consent to anything with State Farm. The current situation appears to stem from a breakdown in communication and professionalism between your shop and State Farm. The messages I received, including threats, have left me feeling concerned about the integrity of this process. I am relieved that my repair was not completed at your facility, as my experience with you has been far from satisfactory. I would like to commend Caliber Collision in Nazareth, PA, for their exceptional service and communication. I encourage you to consider their approach as a standard for improvement.

A tree fell on my accord, and really did it up. Over $11,000 in damage. The guys at Pocono Motion get it looking brand new again! Rich even personally called my insurance company to get my rental car extended. Highly highly highly recommend getting any body work done here. 5 stars all the way.

I had reached out to Pocono Motion and Rich after I was struck by a deer in the back corner of my 19 Subaru STI. I came in for an estimate within a half hour of giving them a call, and left that day with date to get things fixed. Rich was super helpful explaining the process, handling the insurance, and providing updates as work was being completed. It was estimated to be just roughly over a week, but Rich and his team turned it around in 3 days, with impeccable work. The body line doesn't show any bumps and the paint work blends perfectly to the factory. You wouldn't even tell that section was hit unless I told you or showed you photos. The first two photos are prior to damage and the last one is after the work. Definitely recommend Rich and Pocono Motion for anybody that needs body work and paint!

I had an outstanding experience with the Pocono Motion Body Shop. My father called Rich, the owner, and he went out of his way to meet with us on a Sunday. We called him on a Saturday and within a day we were able to bring the car by for him to take a look at it and it actually got fixed that same day. The car looks good as new!! They took my vehicle in immediately after my accident, quickly drew up the estimate and worked directly with my insurance company to ensure all proper repairs were made in a timely manner. First of all, I would definitely recommend Mr. Banks and his business Pocono Motion. I met him last year when someone ran into the bumper on our car. His crew were able to replace it and looked brand new. He is an honest man with a great deal of integrity. He has a wonderful crew that works hard and do excellent work. Our car had some scratches on it and 2 of the liner splash guards behind the wheel well needed to changed because of paint that was splashed on it. I called Mr. Banks and asked him if he could do the job for me. Of course, he said come by and let me see what we can do for you. We dropped the car off and the job was done within 4 hours. Our car looks brand new. His crew did an excellent job and our car looks like it came from the showroom. I would definitely recommend this business 1000%. Thank you again for the great service!!!

If you’re looking for quality and excellent customer service this is the place to go. My truck was in an accident and even with it being short notice on a Sunday. Rich was able to get my truck in and fix it well within the timeframe I needed it by. He even stayed at his shop to make sure that I could pick up my truck after hours when the work was completed. He’s transparent about what your vehicle will need and honest and telling you what it doesn’t. And the paint job is amazing I literally stood in front of my truck for an hour just admiring the work it has never been so shiny!

I would 100% recommend bringing your vehicle to this place. Richard the owner I believe, he was very nice and professional. I hit a deer last month and my passenger side in the front was pretty messed up. I dropped my car off on Wednesday November 11th and I got my car back on Tuesday the 24th and my car looked brand spanking new! I didn't mind the wait time because I went through my insurance and they accepted the quote from my insurance. Very efficient and honest company! 10/10!

Pocono Motion did an amazing job fixing my car after a recent fender bender. Mr. Rich Banks got my car fixed in one day because I needed it to get to a new job in a couple days. Originally it was probably going to take 2 days but since I told him my situation he made sure to put some priority on it to help me out. They were super helpful and more than fair with the price!
