What clients say about Seabreeze Amusement Park in East Rochester (NY)

This theme park was so great! We just did a trip of 8-9 theme parks between here and Virginia, and this was one of our favorites, even though not one of the biggest! Seabreeze has lots of rides for the amount of space it takes up, and really well shaded by trees, etc for most of the space. It was easy to accommodate several ages of family members at the same time because the park wasn't huge, but it kept us all busy for a full day! Thank you!

Thank you, Seabreeze, for bringing smiles to our faces. We are old and took advantage of Senior Tuesday. We could only ride the Merry Go Round and the train. Then, we took a giant leap and rode the Jack Rabbit one last time in our lives. It was my very first roller coaster when I was very young, and I wanted it to be my last. I had tears of joy in my eyes. 🥰. God bless Seabreeze. ☮️

We visited Seabreeze in early August(2025) and this was the most fun we had as a family in a long long time. We have been to various amusement parts but none of them was enjoyed by everyone in the family as some of them are good for small kids and others for big kids and few for adults(some only for big kids and adults). However Seabreeze stood out as it was great fun not just for my young one and teenager but also me and my wife. we spent a good 9 hours there and want to go back again and will probably do so as soon as we can. The water park and all rides are lot of fun, the mini circus/stunts were a pleasant surprise. Overall staff are cordial and helpful. Decent food options on premises which are priced decently as well. Only downside in the entire experience was that they were only accepting cash for lockers which was a bummer, not sure if this was a temporary situation. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed this place and hope to visit again.

Ordered tickets online and used codes and only paid 102$ for me and my two kids to visit on a Wednesday for the entire day. Open 11am to 8pm. Waterpark 12 to 7pm. Tons of things to do. Lots of staff and helpful employees.

We visited Seabreeze in August 2025 with our 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 7) and had an amazing time! Tons of rides for young kids, plenty of shaded spots, and even areas where you can enjoy the real “seabreeze” from the lake. The water park was perfect for little ones with safe, fun splash areas. Clean, well-run, and super family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

A great place to go for family or vacation visit. The water park is so much fun.

Kid friendly all ages. Large enough for the day without being overwhelming. Lockers start at 1$ per open and take quarters. We recommend water shoes as the anti slip on pavement and pool floors is rough on the feet. You can leave shoes at the bottom of water slides and collect after you come off. Parking is free. Park is spotless every morning to start the day. If you buy tickets online you can save 3$ per ticket. They have dippn dots ice cream starting at 7$ You can't take phones in pools or water slides. Lines are standardly short if it's not a Saturday or holiday weekend. On a Sunday 0-10 minutes wait for most rides. Water slides take longer. What appear to be short lines don't move fast. You can bring your own food and drinks in. No glass bottles. Sunglasses allowed on rides and slides at your own risk. Lazy river was cold water. Food options available, but nothing exciting. A classic favorite for 3 decades for my family.

Small and easy to navigate amusement park. There is always a security presence here which gives me peace of mind. The grounds are well maintained and the water park has plenty to occupy kids big and small.

We had such a great day at Seabreeze! The kids had an absolute blast on the rides and water slides, and we were really impressed with how clean and safe the park felt. The lines moved quickly, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy more rides without a long wait. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be if there were rules about people leaving their belongings on the picnic tables to “reserve” them. We had a tough time finding a place to sit and eat even though many tables were sitting empty with items on them. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and we’ll definitely be back.

I can't ride the rides. I just had another back surgery but still have to pay full price for what. The waffles and fried dough were not crispy. Both of them we all shared. You have to literally pull on both. The waffles used to be crispy and just broke. All done with Seabreeze. Especially having to pay to walk around. Pay more get less

Perfect for my 5 year old a few tears because she's not tall enough yet, next year for sure. We will be returning. Came here as a kid and forgot how actually fun it was.

My Son and I have been visiting this park for many years, He enjoys the dry rides and the wet park. We love to get a season pass and go Even for a couple hours on an evening for something to do during the week.

I cannot believe how much better this park has become in the 20+ years I’ve been gone. The fact that they allow veterans to visit the park all summer long immediately endeared me to the new owners and I cannot wait to bring my family back as often as possible for that simple reason. Additionally, the water park facilities are fantastic. I do wish there were more bathrooMs but otherwise, they a spread out nicely and arranged well. I also love that you can bring your own foods, drinks and chairs, etc as they provide picnic tables and chaise and trees and shade everywhere. This is so family inviting, helpful for the budget conscious and another reason we will come back again and again.

My family came here for a group walk that started before the park opened on a Sunday. The size of the park was very small for the size of the group that participated. The staff cheered us on by clapping and shouting whenever we went by them. The park was very clean. We did bring in outside breakfast goodies to consume pre-walk. The park was fun to see not in motion, during its quiet time. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is how overly rushed we were to leave as soon as the walk ended. My group stopped to chat with some members who decided to buy day tickets to hang out at the park and the security guards were very rude. We had no less than 3 different security personnel tell us we had to go now in the space of 30 feet. I’d suggest toning that down a notch as that definitely put a damper on the morning.

Very fun local amusement park, featuring the world's oldest continuously operating roller coaster! A bit like taking a step back in time, Seabreeze doesn't have a 6ft mouse, on-site hotels, or fine dining. It also lacks $95 ticket prices, massive lines, and crowds that are actually town populations. What Seabreeze delivers aplenty is small-town amusement park charm and family fun. The rides vary from typical carnival rides, to those appropriate for small children (including a beautiful carousel), to thrill-seekers' delights. The water attractions range likewise across parkgoers of different sizes and swimming levels. The food is largely old-fashioned, amusement park fare--think pizza and hamburgers, with a wide variety of snacks. For healthier or vegetarian options, it's likely best to bring your own cooler, which is an option embraced by park rules. (Just remember to leave the glass at home!) The water park, in particular, can be a bit difficult for those with mobility challenges, but most of the park is fairly accessible. The smaller size and occasional breathtaking lake views help keep Seabreeze manageable for those with sensory processing difficulties, but as with any kid-frequented area, I suggest earplugs. Shaded picnic areas are also available, and these provide some relief from sun and crowds.

I just can’t tell you how much I love this place. I lived 2 miles from it in 1978, and when I went back to visit, it was almost like stepping back in time. There were plenty of newer rides, but the classics were still there and unchanged. A perfect place for a family to enjoy a day. Thank you Seabreeze, for bringing back such wonderful memories and making me feel like a kid again…

I've been coming here for 35 years. The only thing that seems to change are the People. Lol. The "Ride-Waiting Lines" take Forever to ACTUALLY get to the Ride itself. By the end of the day, We Counted how many times we got to Actually Ride on Coasters/Water Slides and it was only 9 times. We were there from Open until Close. Overall, Satisfied but Not.

Took my six year old son for the first time a couple weeks ago. I grew up going to Seabreeze, and it was nice to see many older nostalgic things while there were also a bunch of new and improved rides and attractions, both in the amusement park and in the water park. Went on a Tuesday in July and the lines were so reasonable..didn't wait more than 10 minutes for some rides and many had no wait. The park is clean and well kept, and is definitely a must do for families in Western NY!

We loved this place! It has a good variety of rides for all ages, even the little kids. All the rides seem to be in good working order and look well-kept. In fact the whole park was very clean and fresh-looking. The employees were courteous and professional. We went on a Thursday in late June so the lines for rides were very short or non-existent. We had no trouble buying tickets at the entrance and there was no line. We didn't go into the water park area so I can't speak to that part. Overall I definitely recommend it and if we lived closer I'd definitely visit again.

Today was our second visit to Seabreeze and my husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the staff. Everyone at this park is so friendly and smiling and professional! The park is very clean. They have plenty of fun rides for both small children and older children as well as a great water park. The park is not massive which we enjoy because there is less walking and exhaustion to the parents. The food is good and they have clean restrooms. We will continue to enjoy this park for years to come.

Horrible experience. As a black American grandmother and after having spent close to $400 to enter the park my grandchildren and I were followed around the park by security checking to see if we were “all together”. The one water ride the smaller children were able to get on was shut down. Do yourself and your family and go to one of the indoor water parks and an extra hour to another amusement park.

My mother suggested we take my son here. He is 4 yo & had an amazing time. There were so many more rides that he could go on than I thought. 36" or higher can ride on about 1/2 of the rides as long as there is an adult with them. That includes the pirate ship! Which he absolutely loved. The food was okay, but the grill food came out quick. The staff were all really nice despite being what seemed a little short handed that day. The ride managers were out there filling in too and they were great with the kids! Water rides were fun and everyone was just enjoying the day. We had a blast.

Our family loved our visit to Seabreeze. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Be aware that they check your bags and coolers, if you bring them, so you'll stop at the beginning for that. Then if you choose you can stow your items in a locker for a fee. There were some long lines for certain water slides and rides but we had so much fun that we didn't mind. All the rides and slides were so fun. The staff were all polite as well. The show that they had during lunch, with some really talented performers, was an added bonus, as were the beautiful flower planters around the park. It was a lovely place to spend a day.

It’s one of the most amazing amusements I have ever seen. I visited the place on weekdays. My family and I enjoyed it the most. Although, it wasn’t the largest and newest amusement. The atmosphere, ride, staff members, and waiting line all went amazingly beautiful. We played all the rides without getting bored for our turn because it was short waiting. From Canada to Rochester is worth the visit and I highly recommend it.

Good experience! Came during a weekday and park was busy close to the end of the season. Low wait times and the lifeguards all works together to keep a safe environment for the kids and adults to play in. Nice spot for the small kiddos in the water park and the ride park, even though we were focused on the bigger attractions for our bigger-than-kiddie-sized kids. Nice atmosphere and people were overall nice and good vibes. Enough attractions and rides to keep interest for 5 hours and could have kept going. Only left because of the price of food and it was dinnertime for 4 hungry people! Love the area right next to the Great Lake Ontario, gorgeous views and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth it.

This was a very easy park to navigate. Smaller than Darien Lake, which we are used to, but they have similar rides and a water park. Lots of games to play, however their payment system, for the games, was a bit weird. There are lots of rides for smaller kids.

Had a blast. Been a while since I been, so some rides looked smaller than they did when I was younger. It rained, but the sun came back out for us to enjoy our afternoon . They have a lot of picnic areas, and all the water rides were clean. The bathrooms are easy to find, and we're also clean. It's $40 to enter but was worth the fun we had as a family

There aren't many amusement parks near Rochester, so it's a good place to have fun, family time. It's not huge, but enough rides and water activities to spend the day. There are no huge queues on the rides, too. 10-15min wait max. Entry: There was a queue, and it took time to get in with already paid tickets since the barcode was not picked up by machines Staff: Overall friendly but looked tired. It was hot that day. Rides: There are mix rides to enjoy for the rest of the family. Good water sports activities. Parking: There is additional parking to accommodate guests. Free of cost.
