The rudest, opposite of helpful, complete waste of a position I’ve ever seen, this older caucasian gentlemen we dealt with. Your employee you have working there at this time is currently/will continue to ruin your reputation & in the end revenue with his nasty attitude and lack of wanting to help customers
I've called multiple times for parts. Steve answers the phone, puts you on hold, and leaves you there in the middle of asking for parts. The attitude when asking questions (not everyone is 35 yrs into being a mechanic) is disgusting.
