The place is clean. The manager who used to work who was nice there is no longer there. The Latino guy with the braids who works Mondays was so supreme ly pissed upset with me for having too much water inside my bottles and cans he shortchanged me by ten dollars. Everything was fine until this guy showed up! I desperately keep my bottles always clean and the Latino guy was pissed about it! I will go to another attendant B4 this guy who does it right the 1st time. Mind he would rather talk to his boss for 10 minutes instead of count out bottles! Sad! @ the Lyell avenue location!
they are very fast, and quick!! the black man did it but the only thing I do not like is the smell in the store otherwise its very good and fast very recommend and would come back!!!
The guy who works there was mad and he treated me really bad he doesn’t respect me and he was talking loud to me and he thinks he’s the owner of the store I don’t think I’m going there anymore bad service
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Closes at 5 I came a little after 4 and the employee locked the door just as I parked. The employee came out and was yelling and rude to me; I only had a few bags of cans. He also turned away other customers, as well. Never will get my business again. DO NOT SUPPORT OR GO HERE.
Said they closed at 6 showed up at 4:50 and all they could tell me is "yo we closed" thanks for nothing. Be sure not to go to this place. Have a nice day.
Rude older male employee made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable and upset. Quit your job if you can't handle doing it without complaining and making people feel alienated.
It was very fast and professional! The staff are very polite and friendly! I recommend! It’s better to donate to places like this when you have a lot of bottles, then you’ll save time!
Joshua has been the best!! I've been going here for over two years and he always is so helpful, quick and friendly! He's such a hard working employee!!!!
The people working there are fast and efficient. They count the cans in their head and then they hand you the money. Nothing could be easier. When you go, make sure you tip them well because it sure beats standing at a machine for a half an hour.
